We have been coming to Midas for more then twenty years. We bring all of our family's cars here because they do a fantastic job working on our vehicles. Albert and John always make sure to explain what is needed in detail, and then give us a thorough estimate that shows exactly what is going to be done. The costs for the work are always very fair and they let us know how the job is going and when it will be done.The mechanics are experts in automotive repair and maintenance, and explain what work they did and why it was necessary.Customers are a top priority at Midas, and many come back like we do for many years for all their automotive maintenance and repair needs.

I've been coming to this location since 2014 and never once I was disappointed. Albert, is always honest about what your car needs, never lie about service that you don't need. He loves his business as much as he loves his customers, I would never trust anyone else to service my cars the way Albert takes care of them. I LOVE ALBERT and JOHN! They are so friendly. They explain to you what you need repaired and WHY. I ONLY go to this Midas location because of the staff. And because of their experience, they do excellent work. My whole family goes solely to them. In their computer database, I have numerous cars listed because I have taken every one of my cars there for repairs. I trust them. One mechanic replaced my WHOLE clutch system.

Came here last week to have vehicle checked for excessive vibration while in drive & on idle(when stopped at a red light for example) Left car there to diagnose. Got a call a bit later from Albert & was told 3 of my 4 motor mounts were bad & that THIS WAS THE ISSUE FOR THE VIBRATION. Got quoted $1200. We settled on repairing 2 of the 3 worst mounts & that it would really help reduce the vibration but not completely 100% for $700. I went this route since I told them I'm selling the car & this was the last thing I needed done to be comfortable to sell. A significant reduction in the vibration would make me feel better when selling the car & also not needing to fork out $1200. Picked up the car next morning before work & driving to work noticed NO CHANGE IN VIBRATION! Called Midas back & Albert answered. Told him the issue & he said to bring it back & they'll see what's going on. Took it back after work few days later & was told its not the motor mounts & that it would have to be something else. I paid $700 & the aggressive vibration was still exactly the same as I first took it. Albert said the motor mounts were bad & had to be replaced. Ok I understand that BUT he told me THAT WAS THE ISSUE FOR THE AGGRESSIVE VIBRATION over the phone & again in person when clearly IT....WAS...NOT. To me this is bad business practice & the Better Business Bureau needs to be made aware. He didn't try to fix my problem by refunding at least an amount back from the $700. I left there donating $700 & left with nothing fixed. I drove off shocked at what had just happened & very very disappointed. Never had an issue like this with any of my cars in my 25+ years of owning them. Be careful when considering this Midas & especially this location for vehicle repairs/maintenance.

I ve been going here for almost 7 years now for every car repair I ve needed because Albert is absolutely amazing. Most women know what it s like to have mechanics either talk down to you or talk you into repairs you don t need. Albert (and all the staff at this Midas location) always take the time to break down every repair you need and why. He has worked with me financially, always goes out of his way to find discounts and parts that aren t overpriced, and remembers who I am every time I go in. Highly recommend!

I ve been bringing my car here for years and have always gotten taken care of. I recommend Midas on Bristol to all my family and friends. Albert is a great part of Midas and makes the experience enjoyable

Do not recommend going here for axle replacement, their supplier is subpar. The issue was it would wobble against the knuckle and cause a metallic like screech when turning. They told me multiple times it was the brakes which I knew/had video evidence it was not. I confirmed with another auto shop that my brakes were indeed fine and that the axle was the problem. They offered to replace it as it was under warranty, but just a heads up labor is not covered. I decided to get the issue resolved at the other shop as I did not trust their supplier or them to correctly install the part. Front desk personnel are nice, but I feel you're better off going to another place for more complicated jobs.

I brought my car over for alignment after I had suspension work done elsewhere. It was a DIY job with a buddy.You didn't need to be extremely condescending and rude because you felt the job I had done was pissy poor.You had the brass balls to get me kicked me out of your business, while I watched your team laugh and mock me as I drove off.Well, I drove to another shop and had my alignment done. The suspension work I did was fine and my car is working perfectly fine.I even had the next alignment shop to give a professional assessment of my suspension and they recommended I replace my tires, which I did because they had the sense of decency to speak to me like I was human.I am glad you kicked me out of your business. I didn't deserve to be serviced by ill mannered people.

I have been going to this Midas for many years now. The owner, Albert, is kind and honest. He always breaks down the exact issue, explains how the part works in the car, and shows me the pieces they fixed when I pick up my car. I trust him more than any mechanic I ve ever been to and would recommend anyone use his services and make the trip!

John and Albert are awesome. I called at 1 PM spoke to Albert to get a break and Rotor job. I dropped my car off at 2 PM. Albert gave me a ride back to my work in the Irvine Business Plaza. My car was ready for pick up at 3:45. John and Albert are great. Their service is great. In Irvine, or Santa Ana, you have to come to Midas for automobile repairs.

20 year customerI ve been coming to Albert here at Midas for many many years. He has such a good memory and never forgets a name. Very nice guy. Has always treated me with respect and we have had some funny moments over the years. His shop does good work and can get you back on the road same days even if they are super busy. Always shows me what s wrong with my car and explains in a way I can understand what the problem is.

This place is the BEST! I feel so lucky to have discovered them. They have helped me several times with both large and small repairs, and they have been excellent every time. Albert and Jon are great to work with, and their mechanics are superb! They do everything they can to give you the best price, and they definitely give the best service. They always stand behind their work and have proven themselves over and over again to be trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend this shop!

Albert and his team is SUPER amazing! We took our Ford C-Max into Tuttle Click Ford Lincoln in Irvine to get it fixed because the check engine light keeps coming on and we were unable to pass smog. Can you believe that Tuttle kept our car for SIX months?!!! On top of that, they didn't even fix the problems. We took it into Midas because we had taken our cars in before and had great experiences there. Why did we not take our C-Max to Midas to begin with? Because Ford was supposed to fix another recall issue. In summary, Midas fixed our car right away at a very reasonable price and our car passed smog. We definitely recommend Albert and his team. They will fix your car the right and honest way, AND with a smile! Highly recommend this place! P.S. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TUTTLE FORD!!!

This place is amazing. Amazing customer service. Albert, the manager and John went out of his way to help me in anyway possible he could to make me have a great experience. I will always come back here. i highly recommended bring your car here to fix or for any maintenance. Awesome guys and very friendly. Very helpful.

I had a big problem in my car and these guys, especially Albert, helped me tremendously. They helped me with new parts and even helped me with the price, which became super helpful to me in the end. they did a great job fixing my car, it's basically brand new. they quoted a 10 day repair and exactly 10 days later my car was ready. My family and I now love this place and will definitely be coming back for regular car fixtures. Definitely recommend!

Albert (owner) was able to get me in right away for a battery check, AC inspection and oil change when I called on a Friday morning at 8am. He was very friendly and was thorough when explaining what was going on with my battery and AC.I do not know much about cars but Albert went out of his way to explain how to interpret the battery test report to me instead of just telling me I needed my battery replaced. I really appreciated the extra information which I m sure will benefit me in the future. He was also very honest and upfront about what work needed to be completed. I felt that the prices I paid for the services provided were fair.He also offered to drop me off at home while my vehicle was being serviced and picked me up when it was ready to go.Overall, I would definitely return to this shop! I felt I was in very good hands. Thank you Albert and team.

This place is awesome. I just went in for an oil change and they took excellent care of my vehicle. Very reasonable prices and friendly customer service. They spent time looking over everything, topping up the fluids, replacing an air filter and an oil filter as well. They looked underneath and I think they rotated my tires too. I could immediately feel the improvement when I drove off. They are honest people and treat their customers well. I'll definitely be back for all my other mechanical needs. They do everything . Albert is the guy in the front. He is very nice and will take good care of you and your car.

John and his dad are awesome. They help me with keeping all of my company vehicles roadworthy. They provide pretty much any automotive service. It hard to find honest people in this industry, so when you do keep them. They will even fit a repair in last minute if you really need it. They rebuilt the motor for my work van, another motor for the family truckster. Lots of brake jobs, oil changes, door and window problems, replaced windshields. You name it. Plus the mechanics will even tell some jokes. Excellent overall experience for the last 11 years.
