I'm very pleased to purchase my Navigator at South coast. When I first called, Paul was very courtois and helpful and told me there was no hidden add on to vehicle price like other dealers. Just straight forward honest pricing that I appreciated. Fred was extremely helpful and friendly on the test drive and went out of his way to explain everything I needed and expressed a great deal of courtesy and class. I strongly recommend buying a car at this dealership.

Absolutely incredible experience with Lincoln South Coast, and special recognition of Fred Gil and Carla Rodriguez! Purchased an immaculate, low miles 2021 Corsair. We live in Arizona and had the vehicle shipped. Fred was fantastic at providing all the information (thank you for the personal vehicle videos!) and managing all the purchase coordination. I worked with Carla on the closing paperwork. Great communication, responsiveness, quick/flawless shipping and just a perfect overall experience. 10 Stars!!!

Bought a beautiful vehicle yesterday from this dealership and it was hands down the BEST car buying experience I ve ever had! My husband and I drove over 100 miles to look at (and hopefully purchase) this vehicle after communicating with Dylan the sales rep over the phone throughout the day. Dylan was very upfront and helpful! He was organized and made the process absolutely seamless! We really enjoyed meeting him and working with him! He s wonderful! We also worked with Peter the general manager and Carla the finance manager during our visit. Both of them couldn t have been nicer or more helpful! Carla was so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and made the dreaded paperwork part SO easy and actually enjoyable! This dealership is a class act and I highly recommend you visit them when searching for your next new or used vehicle. Thank you Dylan, Peter and Carla! Incredible dealership! We just bought a black label navigator, the process was so easy and smooth got the car delivered to us the next day! Id like to highlight Fred who took great care of us. He was kind and upfront. did his best in meeting all of our needs, and getting the sale done seamlessly.We have also gotten our service done recently, and the service team is very kind and willing to accommodate all your needs to the best of their ability!

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Fred Gil was a pleasure to work with. I stopped by the dealership to check out a used vehicle for sale. I m from Northern California and was in the area. Didn t think I would ever purchase a vehicle from outside my area. I really liked the car so I put it on my list as a contender. I spoke with several other dealers but wasn t impressed with their knowledge or friendliness. So a couple of days passed and I was thinking about the car. Fred went above and beyond to earn my business. I made an offer, they accepted, and next thing you know I m on a plane to pick up my car. He even picked me up at the airport. That s service. I m very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much Fred! I m glad we met.

This place has wasted my time yet again. In the last week they did it twice. The first time they lied about not being able to patch a tire meanwhile Costco patched it. While I was there I booked an appointment for a broken warranty part that effects the AWD system, I tell them every time that I need a car, I am a one car household. Well I go there today and they don't have the rental car that I was promised, and is a service that I paid for with my maintenance plan. Unless another Lincoln dealership opens up close by I am going to have to find a new car brand when I replace my car next year.

Fred Gil and this dealership were extremely helpful to me when I was shopping for my Lincoln Aviator. They showed incredible customer service and integrity when others didn t. Fred never did a high pressure sales pitch on me. This dealership has ethics that others don t. Unfortunately I didn t purchase my vehicle from them and I ve regretted it. The dealer I did buy from , there were issues from the first contact to up to today. I truly regret that I didn t purchase my car from Fred. I m definitely going to get my next one there!! Great customer service!! Thanks again for everything Fred.

Second, Corsair lease through Lincoln South Coast. Obviously, I'm a fan of the vehicle and this dealership. I got exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy! I work a lot, so the deal started back in July and was completed last weekend. Easy, breezy. New features were shown and explained to me before I drove off the lot. Excellent all-the-way. It took us a comparatively short period of time to negotiate a great deal with the folks there at Lincoln South Coast. We especially appreciated how they were able to provide us with videos as part of familiarizing us with the Navigator features. This greatly improved the buying process and saved us a significant amount of time at the dealership. Kudos to the entire staff for making the purchase decision and experience accurate and efficient. When its time for our next vehicle, Lincoln South Coast is at the top of our shopping list!

We just bought a black label aviator. Fred the salesman is awesome. A great guy, very helpful, classy and made the biggest impact on us to buy from this dealership and this car. The dealership has a show room that I have not seen before in terms of its beauty and organization. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a 2023 Lincoln Navigator Black Label L from this dealership and was so impressed by their superb customer service in ALL respects. I worked directly with Peter Maldonado, the General Manager, and Dylan (didn t catch his last name), Sales Manager. While I live in Northern California, these two individuals are the reason why I purchased this vehicle in Costa Mesa, CA. From the get-go, they were willing to find the exact vehicle I was looking for (when many others had given up). Once we found the vehicle, they gave me a great deal and make the purchase process so easy & quick. On the day I picked up the vehicle, Dylan personally picked me up from the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, I found everything immaculate and conveniently furnished. Everyone I encountered was attentive, willing, and provided such great customer service (it speaks to the great leadership coming from Peter!). The purchase process was incredibly easy and all the staff paid great attention to detail. The car came out fully prepped and Dylan took the time to show me each of the car s unique features (which was quite a lot). I will be returning back to this dealership for all my future Lincoln purchases. The vehicle is also so nice, comfortable, and well-made. Thank you, again, Peter and Dylan!

My husband and I recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus from South Coast Lincoln and our salesman Fred was amazing!! He took the time to help us through the entire process and made our car buying experience smooth and honestly, fun, and exciting :) I absolutely love my Nautilus and its so refreshing to actually feel excited about purchasing a vehicle instead of feeling pressured and ripped off like most other dealers. Fred and his team were honest, down to earth people, willing to work with us to make my dream car become a reality. We took the car to Vegas that same week and it was the best roadtrip and the car was amazing!! Had a few small issues with the passenger side power seat Daniel the service advisor was also super helpful! He was great with communicating, ordered the parts, took great care of us, and we were back in our new car in no time!

Wow, what an experience! We did a lease buy out today and things could not have been smoother! Visited another Lincoln dealership and had to walk out due to the dishonesty of the place. Lincoln South Coast is a complete 180 and a true world class location! From the minute we walked in we were met by Fred Gil who I felt like I knew my whole life. Fred is truly an asset to the company and I only wish everyone I ever deal with was like Fred. Carla in financing was very knowledgeable and made the final steps in the financing very easy!I 100% recommend you visit and purchase your vehicles from Lincoln South Coast! Thank you all so much!

Very poor service, very poor attention to detail. Leased a brand new Lincoln navigator multiple electrical issues . had to have the vehicle towed twice to the dealership. No Rent-A-Car/service vehicle when returning to the dealership to check on the vehicle and its status. Is it been sitting in the same spot for the last five days!!!! The management at the service department and dealership is terrible!!!This is the third navigator I have leased. First two were From Kaplan Ford . I made a big mistake, thinking that all dealerships were the same.!!!! Kaplan Ford is hands-down the best dealership I ve ever dealt with.I personally own six Ford vehicles.I guess I ll have to keep driving back to the valley .

Came in to Lincoln south Coast met Dylan Laurent and he was awesome! They did not have the exact car we were looking for but he told us he could get one to the dealership and sure enough he did!!
