Had a good experience with these guys. The website visualizer was great for my wife she got to see you what they would look like on the vehicle. The order went smooth I got them in less than a week got a couple of calls to verify that we were happy with the purchase quality was top-notch customer service top-notch five stars. Ask for Liam!

I had an outstanding experience with Nathan at Discounted Wheel Warehouse! When the wheels I initially ordered online weren t available, Nathan went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect wheels and tires for my new seven series BMW. He spent the entire morning and part of the afternoon guiding me through options, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Not only did he provide exceptional service, but he also gave me an amazing deal. Nathan s dedication and expertise truly made my shopping experience outstanding. Highly recommend!

I haven t gotten the product yet, but they have a very responsive customer service line. So far very happy and I will reply back with another review once I have inspected the wheels I ordered.Update 11/18 the rims arrived Finally! To no fault discount wheels FedEX lost two of the Rims. Liam at discount wheels was on top of it. Once I notified him that the shipment didn t make it intact. He was on top of the carrier and made sure I got the product I like to put big thank you to Liam for saving the day!

Romin was great. Listened to what I wanted, checked inventory, and got the wheels ordered for me. Shipping time was acceptable. And the wheels came with Gorilla lug nuts as a bonus. So give a call and ask for Romin.I bought Fuel Flux, 18x9 +20 offset and reused my old tires since they are just 6 months old. We'll go bigger later.

Jake Anderson helped me get these Kraze 20 wheels and tires on my MB E400. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I received my order quickly after just a few days. I only recommend that if you speak to someone instead of ordering online, make sure that you remind them you would like the order mounted and balanced if that s the case.

I must say that I had dealt with a DIFFERENT tire/wheel place and had a terrible experience. I called Discounted Wheel Warehouse and spoke to Romin. ROMIN went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the tires and wheels that I wanted and his customer service was top notch!! He stayed in touch the entire time during the whole process to make sure everything went smooth. Went out of his way to get the tires I wanted. I highly highly recommend this place and if you want a smooth transaction with a knowledgeable guy ask for Romin. I would suggest no one else!! Thank you Romin.

Another wonderful purchasing experience at Discounted Wheel Warehouse. My salesman Romin was truly a man of his word. He wasn't pushy desperate to make sale. He was patient and very honest with me. He listened to my concerns about the purchase of the wheels and tires. He understood how important my family and their decision were in me purchasing the wheels and tires. He gave me his honest opinion when asked and truly listened. I m glad he was my salesman and even more grateful for the experience! Hope to get him the next time I need anything from them!

This was my very first experience with Discount Wheel Warehouse so I was a bit anxious when placing my order for my replacement rim. An outstanding customer service representative by the name of Jake was great and helpful with verifying the wheel would work for my vehicle so everything starting off great. After receiving my order I noticed that the wheel had been damaged during the shipping which was a big concern for me. An agent by the name of Will heard my concerns and immediately started a claim to replace the damaged rim. William did an amazing job following up daily to ensure I was fully aware of the status of my claim. The communication that I received during the process was top notch and within days William was able to get the claim approved. As of today Will has already sent confirmation that a replacement wheel is on its way. Thank you so much Jake and William for all your help. I will definitely continue shopping with Discount Wheel Warehouse because this level of customer service is hard to find and I appreciate the professionalism.

This is my honest opinion and review. It's my first time doing a review so I'm going to do it quick and simple, considering the fact that what it took for me to order my tires from DiscountedWheel online website. I ordered 2 sets of tires for both of my vehicles. I applied for the payment lease program because, well, tires are not cheap, and I was in urgent need for new rubber. Liam was awesome on the phone. He ask me every question to make sure I was getting the right tires and for MY! budget, not his or the companies. I told him which tires I wanted, but we're sold out for one of my vehicles, so then he gave me options and they were cheaper, so that was great for me. Thanks Liam for helping me get new rubber on my whips. For sure I will always be coming back in the future so future. Oh and also, ordered the tires on Monday(11/22/23) and they arrived on Saturday(11/25/23) on my front door step . Five star +++!!

I ordered tires and the customer service was great from start to finish. Shipment was very quick however FEDEX misplaced one of the tires. This wasn t any fault to DWW but the matter was resolved within days. Overall very satisfied.

I just made an online purchase of four wheels from Discount Wheel Warehouse. The experience was made excellent due to the assistant of Jake Anderson. Mr. Anderson diligently recommended the proper set of wheels for my car with an innate customer service, the like of which are hardly found these days of automated purchases where humans and machines are interacting with little or no consideration to human kindness.
