We brought our work van here to have the hood and windshield replaced. They are very busy but had our van back in a few days. Everyone I dealt with in the office was knowledgeable and professional. They also work with a lot of insurance companies to make the process easier on you.

Early December, I got off the freeway & had my rear-end crashed into. The guy admitted fault to his insurance company. They suggested this body shop. I went in there to get an estimate. I got an estimate.Has my car been fixed?No.I have no idea what their work is like until the insurance company comes through.I can't review work that hasn't been done.

This review is based on my experience in resolving an insurance claim. First off nobody is happy they ve been an accident and you re likely not going to be a happy camper until you re made to feel whole again. I came in on a Thursday (day after my fender bender) for an estimate. I was greeted by Cathy at the front desk and I was set up with Jose Moreno. He came outside and did his thing to provide me with an estimate. Once I received it I was advised to drop off my car on Monday. Monday rolls around and I m there on Monday dropping my rig off for what might be a week. If you re lucky to have access to a 2nd car or your insurance includes car rental service, you have no reason to sweat it. I had none of those. HOWEVER, Dealer Services provided me with a complimentary car rental from Enterprise for 5 days!! Yes, a complimentary car rental!! Who does that? They do apparently. Enterprise came by to pick me up and all I did was fill out some forms and leave a 100 dollar deposit via my bank card at Enterprise (basic car rental rules, etc). Friday comes around and Dealer Services calls to tell me my car is ready. I rush over, greeted by Cathy again(friendly) and Jose pulls my car around. She looks marvelous! Like nothing happened. Paint is blended in and you can t tell the fender was replaced. Dealer Services even provided a complimentary wash and vacuum. Overall, a great experience with excellent customer service. I recommend you try them out. The reviews speak for themselves. This is not a paid review nor was I given a free Buy One Get One coupon for Burger King.

I recommend Dealers Service to anyone who wants fast, reliable body work. They have their act together, were able to get me in to start the work the same day I brought it in for a quote, and finished ahead of schedule. I truly appreciate their level of customer service. Great service. I had my antenna snap off when I backed out of the garage too quickly. Their repair was just 1/2 the dealer quote. On another visit I wanted to see if we could get the console USB port to charge better, but after 45 minutes no luck but also, no charge. This will be the first place I go for my next small or large body shop event.

I am very satisfied with my experience with dealer service they went above and beyond my expectations! Five stars go to Mr Jose Lopez, his customer service was amazing he was friendly professional, communicative, and trustworthy! My car was in the shop for almost 4 weeks and he made sure that I was taking care of from day one from when they towed my car to take it to the shop from my house to sending me photos of my car to update me, explaining all the work being done to my car, to contacting my insurance and the rental company to deal with them, He even met me at the shop when my car was ready on his day off! I am so grateful he definitely made a bad situation less stressful thank you so much Mr. Lopez being in the same industry customer service is very important to me so on that note I would definitely recommend using Dealer Service for your next Auto repair needsServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Have been going here for about 30 years. No one likes the reason you need a body shop, but if you have the need you won t be disappointed. Good work and great personnel. Scott and Kathy will go out if their way to accommodate. Unfortunately, we ve been here several times in that 30 years. Never an issue. This was my second time having damage on my car repaired at Dealers Service. Took my car in to get repaired & they completed the services very quickly. They were in touch with me throughout the whole process & made it easy on me. My car looks good as new, you'd never even know I got hit! I was totally impressed with Dealers Service and they exceeded my expectations. They were excellent and a 5-star body shop. Dealers Service was one of the names my insurance company, Electric Insurance, gave me to use. After a comparison of other names on the list using Yelp, the reviews were excellent. I am so thrilled I decided to use them. I worked with Jose Moreno, who helped get everything set up for me. My car was ready just when they said it would be. My car actually looks better than it did before the accident. When repairing it, they were able to buff out a small area of scratches that had been bothering me and at no charge. They matched the paint beautifully on my Lexus and you can't tell that I was ever in an accident. I appreciated their quick service, dependability, and the manner in which I was helped by Jose. From the time I walked in for an estimate, I was able to start the repair 3 days later after approvals. Jose made it so easy for me. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends.

I've had some bad luck with a couple hit and runs and this shop has worked on my cars. The repairs were professional my cars were repaired, good as new as if nothing had happened. The service from the office is always friendly and top notch. Thank you dealer services for your work and great customer service.

Very pleasant experience working with Jose Moreno at Dealer Services. Very humble, thoughtful, patient, friendly, precise, and professional. I believe him to be a person of good will. Genuinely looking out for what is best for me. The work done looks good as new. In addition I noticed a some touch ups to very minor scrapes unrelated to the accident which brought me to Dealer Services, complementary. Thank you to the team and Jose Moreno. Great experience.

I want to thank Dealers Service once again for their quick, professional, and outstanding service! The work here done is solid and they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.They will even arrange a rental or can offer drop off service if you are nearby. I really appreciate that I was dealing with a single point of contact from start to finish instead of being bounced around between the adjuster, tech, or front desk like other places. Plus, they arranged for me to come in a time frame that was both convenient for me and with minimal downtime.Highly Recommended!!! Thank you, Victor!

This is the first review I am writing for any kind of business. I absolutely love this place. They are very professional, very welcoming and respond immediately to any queries. This guy Victor Pineda is the best. I interacted with him while my car was there at the body shop and he is a joy to work with. After the service was done, they returned my car in pristine condition. Even the car dealership wouldn't do that good job. I would highly recommend this place. Good job Victor.

I rarely write a review, as it is time consuming for me, but this place is so helpful. I called about a service that I needed done to my vehicle immediately. I found these guys on google. Anyway, I wanted to make sure I would be able to get in fast so I called this company in advance to inquire about my situation and to see if I needed to book an appointment. The agent said no, just bring my vehicle by and they would have a look at it. I brought it by super quick because the shop was near me. When I entered the office, I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I had a seat, and in a few minutes an Estimator came out to greet me. I showed him what it was that I really needed to fix that day, and that I just wanted a quick fix. The agent took my vehicle around back, and in less than 30 mins, it was fixed! Thank you Jose Lopez for taking good care and listening to my very need. Great, professional, and friendly service. I would highly recommend these guys.

Have gotten my car done here two times already and both times I have been exceptionally satisfied, don't hesitate to get your auto repairs done here because they will leave you in shock and awe, A++ all around!

These guys do a great job! Brought my Tesla in for front bumper repair and it's impossible to tell that it was damaged to begin with. On top of that they offer free car rental while your car is in the shop. Great place!

Superior service and very professional. Why did I not rate 5 stars? My car was not ready by the day promised, nor the next day, nor the next. They did make this up to me which I appreciate a lot, but lack of timeliness loses a star. Also, they missed two minor physical damaged things and incorrectly diagnosed/"repaired" an electronic issue, requiring a second visit. They still only fixed one of the three things, adding additional delay, but were very reasonable and allowed me to bring the car to a dealer to address the electronic issue and receive reimbursement.

Had an issue with our Volvo drivers seat and decided to bring it to Dealers Service for further examination. The team was super friendly and helpful right from the start. They not only fixed the issue with the seat motor, but helped with a light lens issue that we were having as well. After only about 30 minutes of waiting, Leno came back to us and told us everything was fixed, FREE OF CHARGE. I can't begin to tell you all how much this means to us. Thanks to Leno and the whole team for taking such good care of us. We will absolutely come in again any time we need service assistance. 5 stars!

I'll preface my comments by saying I did not have my car repaired here. I was in an accident and my insurance company referred me to Dealers to have my car examined. I met with them several times--I kept forgetting things in my car. They were very professional and helpful. My car ended up being totaled--that's why they didn't do repairs. But they communicated well throughout the process and were always friendly.

The best body shop! Dealers Service is the best I have ever been to! From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcomed and made the process very simple. My daughter had been in a major accident in her Mini Cooper and the front was completelly smashed in. They repaired the vehicle and today it looks like brand new. Thank you very much to Leno, Scott and their staff for making a painful situation a very nice experience.

I went in with my car and Victor was the most attentive and helpful person. Their services are not only but great but also fast. I also recommended this place to a friend that needed to change her right side doors and bumper.I can't thank them enough!

I can't say enough about Dealers Service! Both times I've brought my car here, they have gone above and beyond. Extremely courteous, and my car looks like new!! And they finished way ahead of schedule. Make this your only body shop!

Unfortunately, I am at Dealers Service all the time. I have 6 children with Driver Licenses, and my wife and I have been known to crash our cars, so I have spent WAY more time there than most people. They are always nice, professional, and do great work. You can't go wrong with Dealers Service.
