Overall this is a pretty good dealership. The service department is great, every time we come in here they offer us either an Uber Uber or they will loan us a car. Everyone's always nice and I literally have zero complaints. The sales department doesn't really jump out at me. Nothing negative to report nothing great to report. I think the mini Cooper is a good value and my wife seems to like it. I personally did not not a fan of the mini brand but I'm also 6 foot three in the car just a little bit too small for me.Overall the dealership deserves five stars, if you have any Cooper and you're looking for service this is what I recommend.

I enjoyed my buying experience with Crevier Mini. Salesperson Brian Hernandez was great to work with. Very patient and spent a lot of time answering all of my questions. The negotiating process was pretty easy and I felt like I got a good deal. Post-sale Brian spent time explaining all of the features on the vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Brian. Great salesperson!!

A shout out to Noel and the team in the service department. Got me checked right in. Took care of the loaner car and was on my way. Got an update from him exactly when he said I would get one. Made sure the car was ready to go out front when I came back in to pick up so I had no delays in picking up. All the small things add up to make a good experience a great experience. Thank you again and truly appreciated the service.

Great experience here. I worked with Christian Banks and he was very helpful. We didn t reach a deal my first visit but he was very professional and didn t try to upsell me or anything. Just showed respect, was to the point, and he obviously valued my time by not wasting it. A few days later we were able to work out a deal and i was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours with my new countryman! Thanks Crevier!

Great experience. No pressure at any point which I loved. I left off the PFC and Ceramicoat, and they asked one time if I was sure, which I was. Overall wonderful experience, they did try to sell me maintenance packages, but all it took was a no thank you. The walk-through of the car by our salesman, Dana was perfect. He left no stone unturned, which was great as this is my first mini.

Do not think this place is just other casual dealership. I know most of people don t speak highly of a dealership including sales people.But I swear they are different. Not only professional but also humanity.I bought a 2023 countryman jcw via online and didn t even drop by there at all. But all steps were organized and fast. Dana & Jaime, Tracy was super helpful from the very first to the end. Reliable and responsible people.Also they put some gifts in the cargo and it touched my heart. It just was perfect for me and my son.Do not hesitate to ask them.You won t regret it.

I did not purchase a mini but instead a trade in that I found online for a great price! I could not be more satisfied with their A++ service & my new car!! Thanks again guys!

I recently had the first service done on my daughter's Mini Cooper S. Service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a video message regarding the service. I even got an electric Mini Cooper SE as a loaner. The reason I took off a star was because the loaner wasn't fully charged. I've been really interested in the vehicle, but it only had 34miles available on it. I would've liked to get a better feel for how it drives. Maybe they are worried about putting miles on it. They had 2 or 3 Mini SE's, but none were even plugged in.

Christian Banks at Crevier Mini is wonderful. After calling several Mini Delearships I decided to go outside of my local area and work with Christian. The majority of our discussions were done thru text. He was available, detailed and answered my questions in a timely manner. When I drove the hour away to meet Christian, everything was ready to go. The delearship has impressive customer service. I had no regrets finding a car outside my city.

Dana Eastman from Mini Crevier is super helpful. His service is above and beyond compared to other places we have visited to. He took at least two hours to help my daughter and showed every little function of the car. We will definitely come back for more cars and will refer our friends to Dana.

I had a really good experience buying my vehicle at Crevier Mini. My salesperson Brian H. was excellent. Showed me many different vehicles and was patient as I made a decision. I thought the whole process was very smooth. Post-sale Brian spent time showing me all of the features of my new Mini. I really appreciated the extra effort from him. Great guy and great dealership! I just want to say thank you to Jim Forbes. He did a great job assisting me to upgrade my 2015 Cooper for a 2023 Cooper.He was patient and able to wait until I got the time to sell my old Cooper. Once I got my new Mini Cooper he took time to explain me all new features this cutie comes with.J Ossa was also cool and friendly. Had an excellent purchasing experience here recently on new year s eve, also was 10 years anniversary of marriage. Suddenly decided to buy my wife a mini which is her favorite car. From walking into the dealership to driving the fantastic JCW away only took around 4 hours. The staffs here are professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Especially thanks to Henry, Tracy and Jim to make the entire process very smooth, efficient, and joyful.

Our salesman, Jim Forbes was professional, friendly, easy-going and knowledgeable. He's not just a salesman. He's a fan and Mini owner! The paperwork & financing process was a breeze. Jim explained & demonstrated all the vehicle's features and set up our profiles. I LOVE the Customer extras like - FREE car wash, transportation to/from John Wayne Airport, tire pressure checks, etc. Jim made our experience a Happy one!He's definitely getting a Christmas card!

Always dealt with friendly staff. Repairs are on the pricey side but it is expected. Service dept tries to figure out a deal for you when they can. Sales staff as well. Customer service seems important to Crevier and they pay attention to it. Bought/Leased 2 cars from them so far. Used the service dept exclusively for routine and unexpected services.

Crevier, Santa Ana, was phenomenal. Christian Banks, salesperson, was patient with my requests of test driving the same car three times, as well as explaining the finer details and nuances of my new car. I will use Crevier again and will recommend to anyone.

Weird that they had to share the finance dept with BMW across the roundabout and upstairs. Other than that, it was a great experience! Jim was super cool and super knowledgeable and we just love our cute little mini. It fits in the garage with our other car and that s more than what it sounds like.

I paid just over 1700 to get my spoiler fixed. I am so happy to have it back, however. I appreciate Kyle for putting up with me. I wish Mini would lower the cost during these times. Everyone is struggling. Keeping the prices really high is not good. I gave 5 stars because the employees deserve them more than the company
