I walked in without any appointment, but Krissy was there to help me, she is the best. She finds me a perfect x3 with her patience and perfession. This place will definitely worth to go.

Overall, the service is decent. I definitely like Rudy Vega. However, out of the many times I ve serviced my X5 at Crevier and requested them to wash my car, they have only washed it twice. Whether it s a failure in communications between the input of the request to those providing the service or just forgetting, this has happened so many times. At my last visit, I waited about 20 minutes for someone to drive my car out to me. After finally getting my car, I noticed that they vacuumed the inside, but the outside was half dirty and half clean. It looked mostly unwashed. They wanted to put it through the car wash again, but after waiting as long as did, I was in no mood to have them keep it for another half hour or more. I don t know what it is with the car washes. They keep forgetting or when they remember it, it s sloppy. I don t have this issue when I take our Mercedes to the dealership. I hope they address this problem. Because for the amount of money we pay for BMW services, a car wash done properly isn t too much to ask.

I had a 10:20 appointment and it was handled with tremendous efficiency. They had offered a free loaner but Michal Lopez stated that he thought if I had a bit of time that he could have me in and out in about one and a half hours. So I waited. To my surprise he had me out by 11:30 and the car was washed besides. Crevier s service department is a well oiled machine ! Thanks.

Brought my X7 for service and Miguel was my service advisor. He was very professional and honest about what needed to be worked on. I moved forward with some and decide to wait on some of the items. Miguel understood and helped me with the items I wanted to move forward with without any hesitation. He followed up when the work was done and everyone in the service department was very friendly. Will be back again!

Excellent BMW service center. First time going to Crevier in Santa Ana, Dan Cao was my Service Advisor. I came specifically for an oil change but they conducted a thorough inspection with video. Dan gave recommendations in order on what to have done next as I asked him what was important on the list. I definitely will be back. Professional, pleasant and fast! Very pleased.

Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I strongly feel it's worth that drive to get such professional service and I always get treated with respect in a very comfortable environment.More importantly, Eric Li is one of the best Service Advisors that I have ever dealt with! Constantly updating me with the status of my vehicle so I'm fully aware of exactly what has been done and when I can expect the service to be completed. Never any guessing games.In the automotive service industry, you can't expect any better!

I have continuously chosen Crevier BMW for car purchases over the years and a major reason for this loyalty is the service provided by Service Technician Dan Cao. Dan has consistently been awesome in addressing my car's needs, ensuring that it is in tip top shape. Whether it's a routine oil change or assistance with collision repair, his clear and meticulous approach instills confidence. Furthermore, the seamless process of loaner car rental and the quick service at the Starbucks within the facility make waiting a pleasant experience. Kudos to the entire crew for maintaining such high standards of customer service!

Convenient and professional service experience.The check in was friendly. The process was a bit clunky, with waiting times to register and finally escorted inside final handover. The place was busy. Could have been the reason.The video report and subsequent pick up process was excellent and smooth. I could for some reason not pay online, but it was swiftly fixed when I picked up the vehicle. Left with a good experience and a steaming hot cup of Starbucks Coffee.

Dan is a great service advisor. So honest, he took care of my mom, and myself.! No unnecessary upcharges, just honest work for a fair price. Give this man a raise, he s the reason I ll come back to Crevier BMW

I love the team at Crevier starting with Michael Lopez. I have been with the Crevier team since 2019; it's the only place I take my car for service. Communication is great and the team keeps me updated for timeline and any costs. Great loaner cars are also a big plus! Thank you Crevier!

Once again Mark Caudillo and the entire service staff took excellent care of me and my 2019 M550i.I hit a large pot hole and instantly blew out my run flat front passenger tire.I contacted Mark and he said he did have the tire in stock. I contact roadside assistance and was towed in to Crevier. Mark immediately came out and checked in the car and he even arranged for a loaner car for me.The tire was replaced under road hazard warranty and the car got an alignment and even a wash.I always have faith in Mark and the entire staff that my car will be taken care of with the highest regard!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I love Crevier BMW! The service department (and Paul Cox) is always very courteous and professional upon arrival and keeps me up-to-date on my vehicle. Had a component malfunction in my vehicle under warranty, it all went smoothly. I took a loaner vehicle and loved driving around a newer 300 series even though my car is a 500 series. Never disappointed in the service! Highly recommend this dealership both sales and service departments: A+++

Second time using Crevier bmw services. Second time seem more seamless and better then first. I got a video of the service being perform and showing me some trouble areas of concern to address. Miguel was very attentive and helping me to push the technician along to get the best service and time out. Was also shown a better waiting area that Miguel recommended. Was much better then the first time I had a check engine light.

Rob Bautista is my service advisor here, always takes care of me, and my cars. If I have a question about the services, he s always got the answer for them. Great customer service all around, always get video updates of my cars when they re being serviced. People here are polite, great service center.

The Service Advisor slipped in a charge for new cabin air filter disinfectant. I did not want it, and had to argue with him. He was out when I went to pick up the car so discussed with the Service Manager. She argued with me and was rude and condescending. At your prices, I expect courteous treatment. I had a prior matter in which I sought clarification on a future service need, and nobody ever responded. My service question was referred to a sales department clerk, who was courteous but useless. She never put me in contact with the service department. Horrible service, and my wife and each own a BMW that they serviced over the years. Worst experience ever.

We drive from San Diego to Crevier in Santa Ana (87 miles) because they have the best service team in the industry in the state of California and it s not even close. We bring our X5 and 5 series to Mark Caudillo who is a seasoned and polished professional. Can t imagine ever going to anyone else. Our recent service experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you Mark for everything you do!!!

My last visit to the BMW dealer was very pleasant as it s been for a long time. I thought it doesn t get any better but it did. My advisor Robert Bautista went above and beyond to address and explain all what my car needs He was very knowledgeable and not pushy so I trusted his recommendations. Very nice experience indeed!

I have always had a great experience coming to Crevier's service department - they are so organized and make scheduling/completing repairs on my vehicle a breeze. Miguel Rivera has been my advisor for years and is a pleasure to work with. He is honest, straight forward, and keeps you informed every step of the way. Despite relocating to South OC, I will continue returning to Crevier just to continue working with him.

Crevier is THE best BMW dealership in So Cal. I have purchased both my cars here but would go to Irvine for service as it is closer to where I live. Not only is the Crevier dealership excellent but so is the service department. Faraz in sales and Aras in service are the top!! I will never go to Irvine BMW again

My friend recommended me to bring my vehicle here instead of Irvine BMW and he was right. I had the privilege and pleasure to work with Matt and his fabulous team.
