I took my car to this bodyshop by a referral from Geico insurance. My car was Merecedes GLE G53. They changed the rear bumper and some of other parts. There wasn t a lot of damage. I believe my car was there for 8 days or so. After I picked up the car, everything looked perfect and it seemed that they fixed the car. But, nightmare started after passing two days of the pick up time. Lots of noises were coming from the back which were from the part they ve replaced it. I called back this shop and they said bring the car back and we will check it out. Again, they hold the car for a couple of hours and called me that the car is fixed now. But, it wasn t. The car sensors were all messed up! The car started making more and more noise. Again I called them and have been told to bring the car for check up. This is a redicioulos process. It was pretty obvious they couldn t fix that kind of car! It was such a waste of of time for me for bringing the car to themto see what was the problem every week. I ended up paying a big price for nothing! I had no choice I decided to sell that car and got a brand new one. At the end, I learned to not trust the Geico s suggested bodyshop. They all wanted to do cheap work to get rid of you. If you have any accidents I d suggest to get the job done with your own car s company to avoid any future headaches and nightmares with the bodyshop and insurance. That was a terrible experience and I ll never forget that!

I worked the Jared, they took me on time as had to make an appointment. Very friendly team especially Jared and the front desk. They also have a seamless process and make it a quick in and out for customers. Would definitely work with them again.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

This business will work with the insurance companies and they will agree to do half of the work. I had my bumper fixed and painted but the paint did not match so half of my bumper is silver and the other half is gray.Do not take your car there unless you are OK with half of the work being done And drive your car with two different colors. It s extremely annoying now I have to go somewhere else and have my car painted properly out of pocket $.Service: Painting

The repairs on my car are incredible! it's like new! The team is very professional and Omar who attended me was very kind, he explained everything to me from the beginning of the repairs to the delivery of my car completely satisfactory, he kept me updated all the time. Jared was the one who contacted me once my car arrived at the workshop and who made an appointment to see it, he was also very kind. (My car was stolen and crashed). The people I've had the chance to interact with at this body shop were all top notch! My service adviser was Omar and he's on top of things! Not only does he communicate well, they'll constantly provide updates on the repair of your vehicle and provide timeline on when to expect work to be completed. They're so good that they provided me with a 1 week repair quote but got the job done in only 3 days! Excellent customer service from everyone at this shop. Highly recommended. I have fully paid my repair in July and they promised the remainder of my van parts will come mid August its 8/27/23 now and no updates from them, I have been following up with them and they said they will return my call, no return calls as of this comment.9/14/23- UpdateCrash champions did install the remainder of my parts eventually after i posted this, they have contacted me and resolved my issue. I would have given 5 stars if they have acknowledge that they forgot to contact me back, but instead they were giving me the excuse that they tried to contact me and could not reach me. Overall evrything is settled.Service: Body & Trim

My car was hit while idle and I was referred to Crash Champions in Santa Ana by State Farm for my trunk repair. It was a hard lesson to learn that you could only enter the lot on the closest side of the street - finding this place and parking has limitations. Anyway, back to my review of the service I really appreciated working with Sylvia and Omar. My car looks brand new! Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my car interior was vacuumed upon return and that it was ready for pickup 4 days in advance of the anticipated date - it was unexpected and I m grateful.

Had a driver take the front bumper off my car on a Friday night about 3 weeks ago. Spoke with my insurance to have the repairs done at this location due to it being very close to home. From beginning to end Caleb assured me and kept in contact with me throughout the process. From when to drop the vehicle off to how the repair was going to be done. Not corners were cut and everything was beyond smooth. Omar, the associate who handled my claim and repair documentation did a tremendous job with communication. The car was done a few days before the scheduled pickup and I appreciate the care that Caleb,Omar, and the car repairmen had for my vehicle. It came out looking better then the day I purchased it from the car dealer. This team did a 110 percent job. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for restoring my vehicle. I would recommend this location to any friend or family.

This car-repair shop is the absolute best. I cannot tell you more how professional and friendly and amazing the staff is. Juan is incredible and such a breath of fresh air when dealing with a damaged car and repairs. I was unfortunately rear-ended and dealing with a damaged vehicle and i had no experience with damaged cars whatsoever. When i originally called this shop they were so kind and friendly and explained everything in detail and made it very easy to choose this shop over all of the other shops in Orange county. They shop was clean and well taken care of and every person i interacted with was so nice and just made this entire experience WAY EASIER than i ever anticipated. i want to say a HUGE thank you to this place, for all of your hard work, your kindness, and your communication in letting me know all the updates on my car. It is not easy to find people who actually CARE in our world today and this place made a world of a difference for me. If there is anyone out there needing a repair shop i HIGHLY suggest this place. Juan is the BEST and after my experience i will recommend anyone and everyone i come across to go here! I got rear-ended in Santa Ana a few weeks ago and their insurance signed me up to get my car fixed here and overall was very pleased with the customer service and auto work. It was done within a few days and because of my work schedule, Caleb made the extra effort to take it to my home. Overall would definitely give this a 10/10 star rating if I could and would recommend to anyone with a busy work schedule for it's fast and easy service!Service: Body & Trim

A big thank you to the crash collision team for getting my GR86 back to me as fast as possible. From keeping me updated throughout the whole process to when I finally got my car back. They are very thorough, professional and get the job done making it seem like there was no damage done at all. I appreciate you guys and keep doing a great job!

I can't speak about the body work on cars yet, as I haven't gotten the work done, but this place has very friendly people. Before I headed there I called and Armando helped me on the phone. Very friendly and welcoming. Later, I stopped by to get an estimate on a car that is old but, for sentimental reasons, of extreme value to me, and Omar took the time to check it out gave me a ballpark figure, explained why it could cost this or that much, and then I asked him about something else that I'd like to fix on the car, and he also gave me an idea. I felt comfortable, confident in his assessment, and I REALLY appreciated that he didn't act like the little car is not worth repairing. For me, customer service is extremely important, so I think we're off to a very good start.

I was very impress Snd pleased with the service I received from Crash Champions from the receptionist, to the service advisor and the manager of the shop. Although this was as approved body shop through my insurance company, I would use them for any car repairs I gave and highly recommend them to my friends. I've only had 1 accident in the 35 yrs I've been driving. 2020 was just not my year, with getting side-swiped in Feb to then having it stolen in June.Both times, based on reviews, I chose Pacific Elite as they know how to treat a customer. Everyone in their office demonstrated excellent customer service, and they made sure I was taken care of. Michael was my case manager both times, and he always kept me informed. They took care of everything with my insurance company, so it was pretty seamless.I'd recommend them with a resounding YES!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Great service, excellent job and good price. I had an appointment before arrive, and everything is ready in about ten minutes. The technicians are very professional. They check for all the potential damages and fix some other small things for free.

I was very happy when I got my dad's car back. Juan Hernandez went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. He kept giving me updates of the progress of the vehicle and answered all my questions in a timely matter. I already referred a friend based om how he treated me.
