I called in to get some clarification on the hours as it says they open 8:30pm which makes no sense lolOnce they answered a lady who did not give me her name essentially rushed me off the phone rudely , to which i called backwhen i called back i was treated with much more respect and decency . the second guy gave me his name and everythinganyways after getting the clarification i did go on there info and update it for them (through suggest edits)if it says they open at 8:30pm that means they haven t approved the edit Conclusion: I will be taking my car somewhere else for this simple oil change .I feel like if I can t trust you on the phone why the hell should i think you are trustworthy in person

I took my car there! Only wait for 15 to get my car in. Get the inspection within 30 mins. They told me the water pump is leaking, need to replace. But since my car is diesel they suggested me to to the diesel shop to do the water pump and timing belt replacement. No charge. I will come back if other work need to be done other then the diesel engine issues.

I been going there for years and they always let me know when something not worth fixing. While the wait time is a hit or miss.They do try to get you back on the road as fast as they can. Today they were not busy so I have 2 guys working on my car at the same time. they got both lower control arm replace and alignment done in an hour.

They all ways do the job right very professional from replacement parts or fixed any motor any problems in your car they will take care of you ahhhhhh the price is always reasonable. Just stop by and see for yourself

People from Santa Ana I highly don t recommend to bring your cars for any mechanical issues to this mechanic shop they replaced unnecessary parts. One week after pass by and they still don t have it ready awful serviceService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
