As I was sitting at the market place in Tustin, CA, three pieces of wood from a palm tree fell on my car shattering my windshield and hood. The insurance referred me to Caliber Collision in Santa Ana. Miguel and the front desk girl were very kind, listened to my story and were sympathetic. Miguel kept me informed of the progress by text and within a week, my car was done. At my request, and own financial resources, they detailed my entire car. It looks brand new. The windshield is perfect and I am very pleased. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs on their car.

Great service, everyone is so polite and so attentive and very informative. Leo was so helpful he would call 2-3 times a week to give me updates on my car. My car was completed in the exact time frame that I was given.

Excellent service. Miguel kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repairs. Got my car back before the estimated date because a part is on back order. (Not necessary to the safe operation of my car)

This place does not care about your vehicle my car with An open trunk was left outside during the rain they didn t care when they should of covered it or put it inside I didn t have a flat tire when I droved my car there and it had one when I went for itThey drained my vehicle car battery they didn t close the car and locked it with the alarm car battery was new and they drained it thanks for such a great experience F for grade

So I decided to bring my car here for some scratches on all my doors. Communication was on point.. I was informed about my car every other day which was great.. however when I got my car I noticed some specks on the paint job alot of overspray on most of my windows disappointing

I wouldn't come here ever again. they take long just to do a bad job with paint, body panel gaps and loose plastic panels. Car looked better with the damage. My car doesn't have nice fitment anymore. Waste of time and expectations!

Took my car here to get repaired after my side mirror was hit. All staff was extremely friendly and patient as I had to call claims again to fix an error. Even after some delays my car was fixed the same day. And staff updated me throughout the process as they had to get a part from a dealer. They also washed my car before giving it to me! Definitely a good experience 10/10 recommend!

This Caliber Collision Santa Ana office and repair shop on East McFadden was truly a TOP Winner for me!They did all the expected repairs magnificently, the car came back out new, and clean, with extra details I had not envisioned.Amazing customer service, kind, polite, humble, highly focused, very serviceable in every way!I give them a 10+++ and Highly Recommend Them!One amazing thing: they were able to give me an appointment to bring in the car the next day. I had been quoted 2 to 3 weeks wait by 7 other companies called prior. Imagine!And on top of that, they were able to complete the job three days earlier than the expected target date.A hidden gem. Took my truck in for a new gas tank and fender liner after someone vandelized it and my insurance sent me there. It took a couple weeks to order the parts from the dealer, but when the repair started it took only 1 day to make the repairs, 2 days faster than promised. They even detailed my truck which was a surprise. If you need anything on your car fixed, i recommend them as your first call.Service: Body & Trim

they changed my roof and they left damaged on the pillars and never touched it up. they over sprayed although i asked them to be carefull. they damaged the front pillar when installing the front glass .caulking job was not done clean. the fixed pillar came out wavy. am i satisfied? No . i believe 2 more hours or less would make a perfect work . the fact that they sent the car out with the scratches that they caused is not acceptable.

DO NOT Come here!!! I took my car to be fixed after a car accident and they gave me the car after 3 weeks and half. I drove it on the freeway and started hearing a weird sound and another car flagged me down when I stopped the engine cover had fallen off and damaged the bumper from the bottom! I could have been in a fatal car accident with my kids in the car! I called them and told them they obviously didn t check and fix my car properly. Well of course they turned it on me and said I hitsomething and that I m responsible for the repair.

Decided to use this Caliber Collision because it was up the street from me. Had to take my limited edition car for body repair that I wouldn't be able to do myself. Intake went smooth and my assigned guy was Leo. Leo called me to report that my windows weren't working and I told him they were when I pulled up. I was really peeved that my windows suddenly weren't working when Leo said he'll check on them. When he did, they were able to get the windows to work to which I'm very appreciative to Leo for. He continued to report back every other day and when it came close to releasing the vehicle, my insurance was lagging. We worked together to get what he needed and we were able to get my car, which looked amazing when I got. I would definitely recommend this location based on my experience with Leo and quality of work when I got my car back.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent repair and service! They went above and beyond the necessary repair. They saw that my headlights were foggy and buffed out the headlights at no extra charge.I have had to use them twice in the last 2 yrs and both time they gave superior service and excellent repairs!I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Their staff and work are both phenomenal!!

Regular updates were sent to me via text and phone messages from Oscar. When completed, my car was delivered to me and Oscar reviewed the work that was done. He was both professional and personable. I wish my insurance company had sent my car there initially. They recommended someone else who had the car 10 days and realized it needed to be repaired at a certified Honda repair shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

It's really the worst. I paid a lot for the repair cost to the insurance company, and they didn't fix the car properly. Instead, they made the car worse. It is not worth even one star.If your insurance company directs you here after a car accident, never go there.
