Great customer service! We visited this location on Saturday 3/16/24 and received exceptional service from cashier #6 at 1100. Staff seems to be happy and are pleasant with customers. Hope the managers take care of the staff here because this type of service is very rare these days.

Today I went to Autozone to replace my car battery, George Rodriguez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Mr. Rodriguez went above and beyond to get my car fixed.I really recommend this store.Good job guys,

Tried returning a cheap tool like 16 bucks didn't have a receipt and they couldn't return it. Like why do you guys always ask for phone number when I make a purchase if it doesn't correlate with the purchase. dumb ......

Always excellent service ! Great !customer service both guys Freddy and Victor were both so helpful and importantly great personality ! A must have to serve the public , be a people person for sure ! the store is also well stocked and organized!

I had my break lights break and was quickly helped. Got the right ones and was very informative on the difference. I was helped by Fernando and he was actually able to help me change the break lights (both of them) free of charge. He had tools in his own car and I appreciated the help so much. Very good interaction!

our battery was giving us problems and We had just replaced it so we didn t see how it could be. We came to where we bought the battery and Elizabeth provided excellent service. She checked our battery and looked up our insurance. Immediately gave us a new one. Even offered to to do a alternator check for us if the battery still wasn t working. Really helpful. She made our day. ^-^

I came into Tustin Autozone next to the 99 cent store on my lunch break and was greeted by a salesman name Marcus. He was very friendly, professional and efficient as I needed a battery and wipers...He located the correct battery for my vehicle he even offered to install my wipers and the battery for free of charge! He was very knowledgeable and efficient but his level of customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be coming back for all of my future needs!!

Unforgettable.Came in to have a battery testes on 5 20 17.Counter guy said will be ready by 9 p.m tonight. . Never got a call. Came in on Monday 5 2217 battery labeled good. I ask the general manager to test it before leaving, their tested showed bad. Manager was rude and refused to honor warranty.Battery purchased on 12/14 it's one of those with a 3 yr free replacement. Check his system and told me it had been replaced a year ago which is not the case.Again. Unforgettable experience.Never coming back to auto zone.Got a 10 car fleet.

I went to buy a car battery and to see if they could help me install it. This nice gentleman Mario Helped me out he had lil trouble putting the battery in my car but he was so nice and had so much patience. Finally it worked I will definitely recommend him.

Went to autozone to get a part for my hotrod. Tends to be a hassle cause I have parts from 10 different cars on a car from 1925. I walked in there and have not been to this location. Fernando greeted me and made it super easy and quick to get the parts ordered. I might just have to go out of my way and come to this one more often cause that was amazing service.

Polite, helpful, new clutch went out their brand but was lifetime guaranteed.. But have to pull out the transmission all my expenses and labor.Clutch should have lasted 100k miles not give out in 1000.

I was trying to find a brake light switch pad for my car. This is a part that many people have never even heard of, but the lady representative at this AutoZone immediately knew what I was talking about. She didn't have the part, but she must have spent 5 minutes calling around to other AutoZone locations, trying to find me this $3 part. She went way above the call of duty. A very good store.

Overall was kinda bummed that the employees made the store feel like walking into a zombie movie... and what I mean by that is everyone there was emotionless and you could smell the apathy in the air but the store had what I wanted and that a good price so that's why I give this AutoZone a three star

One of the worst AutoZones I have ever been to, 3 customers milling about 3 employees standing around looking confused.Came in to buy two things, took over 20 min and not because anyone was busy answering questions. Will never come back here again.

The best auto zone there is its right by my house they get me after market parts for my bmw in stock or they order them and have them within 24 hours. That's main and st. Andrew st. Santa Ana CA.

No matter where you are. When you walk into a AutoZone its the same great store and great service. East coast west coast, I have been to both in the past month. Parts purchased repairs done. Me time.
