I don t know what are all these one star reviews, but my experience of changing tires here was quick, fair price ($20.00 for change and balance + $20.00 for alignment)

This place is a complete scam. I went in to patch a spare tire, not even one that I was using. He said I needed to have all my tires balance and I left with a shaky unstable car. I returned to have him check it out and he refused to acknowledge that it was shaking and vibrating. On top of that, he still tried to sell me more services even after giving me a horrible service! Not only are they ignorant, but they are unwilling to listen to what you have to say. I was more than patient and kind to them. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! I am NEVER coming back and I never want anyone to have to go there to be treated this way. I went to another mechanic in Irvine and he balanced them free of charge and had told me that this place did it incorrectly. They are extremely forceful here and will argue with you if you deny a service they recommend.

This place is a fraud they try to scam you on different prices for no reason never go hear the owner is a fake says will help you out but won t be charged me 25 for a diagnostic and then he told me it was 109 for never come here didn t. Pay the 109 had to call police to help me. To get my car back they won t going to give me my car unless I pay that priceService: Electrical

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! THE STAFF NEED TRAINING IN MECHANIC SCHOOL, I went to this place to get some work done on my breakes . And The vic guy was telling me that my engine had prombles. like trying to sell me other stuff. but i told him that the dealer had check it and was up to date. He got very angry and said well we fix it and you need to pay more. so i said why i came for a break job not anything else. He want me to pay $300 dollars more. So i did Cus i did not want him to hold my car there cuz other wise pay. or he ill call the cops and stuff. SO I SAY GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE THIS PLACE IS A COMPLET SCAM.

Do not use this place! Most unprofessional shop I ve ever been too! I was asked how much I get my usual oil change and informed him I use group on for about $30, the person began to cuss me out and say their is no way and to never come back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had a friend go there and was told that they didnt serve women, very unprofessional place stay away take your business elsewhere
