This is the perfect shop for your wheel and tire needs. I came to 7 day tire for a drag wheel setup on my ford mustang and to change my suspension back to stock suspension with lowering springs installed. They were able to get everything completed for me within a timely manner and everything came out exactly how I wanted I was very happy with the results. I could have not asked for better service they were all very friendly and answered all my questions. They also kept me updated and called me before proceeding with any work. Very honest and definitely will be coming back. I would recommend to anyone looking to modify their vehicle to come to this shop.

Got 2 new tires Hankook.Balanced and Aligned the whole car for 300. Pretty good price. Would highly recommend to get it all done in this one spot.

Mike and the team made it happen so quickly and efficiently for me. Mike communicated with me throughout the process and when I brought my car in, they changed my tires in less than an hour. When I came back and had a nail in my tire, they put a patch on immediately and I was out the door right away.If you need tires, this is the place to go. 5 stars!

I went to 7 Days Tire Center because it was the closest to my house. I told the counter guy I needed an Alignment and he told me it would be a 3 hour wait time. After 3 hours they still had not touched my car. 4 hours went by and still nothing. I was very angry and blame my self for not believing peoples bad reviews. I guess I just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Very unprofessional. I will never go there again. It was such a waste of my time. I hope people consider all the bad reviews from unhappy customer and never go there. They don't deserve not even 1 star.

I want to give praises to Federico Andrade, who was working on Sat when we came in with my Lincoln Navigator, to troubleshoot our AC issues. Unfortunately, bc we had taken some parts out to do our own troubleshooting, we couldn't diagnose the AC issue today. However, Federico inspected the rest of the car and said "I cannot let you and your family leave without fixing your brakes. I'm inclined to fix it bc this is a safety issue". He told us that our brakes were so worn they only had 15% life left Federico cared to take the time to fix a problem that we didn't even go in for bc the brake issues were so bad. He was so kind, caring, professional and efficient. He was able to get the job done so quickly and we felt comfortable with his expertise and knowledge. He is trustworthy and I HIGHLY recommend him for your car needs. Thank you so much Federico for taking care of my car and allowing my family to feel safe in our vehicle. You are the epitomy of professionalism and amazing customer service!!

said they would put new tires, but they had already been used. They said that they would check why it was leaking from under the car, but in the end they did not look. Very bad place, I do not recommend (

Refuses to honor groupon for alignment and put all the blame on groupon saying they stopped accepting it a month ago. Bad business ownership. It's $20 off bro shut up and take my money

CROOKS alert!!!I got 4 set of ties with 40k warrenty and did alignment by thier mechanics. Few months after two of the tiers worn out (front and back was different types!!!!) So when I asked for using the warrenty they reject and wanted me to buy two new tires from them!!!!( the picture attached showing the tires after only 7 months driving)Yes perhaps they "got me" and I never step in thier shop again but they won't go far as I tell the story to all reviewers online before try this shop!

I called them this morning for a quote on 2 tires as something had been on the freeway that had damaged the front tires and it was the best price we came across. Drove right over and the quoted price was for the incorrect size. I will take the blame for that as I talk fast sometimes and it is also loud inside a tire shop. The correct price was just a few dollars more and still the best price anywhere close to us in Costa Mesa. The gentleman that helped me at the counter was personable and very nice., he remembered me from the call a little earlier. I was to Santa Ana and back home in less then an hour. Very fast installation which i was grateful for. I will definitely return to this store when we need tires again. Thank you for the great prices and the quick and efficient service!!!

One thing that I can sure say about this place is that their guys are nice and have a good attitude, when I was there it was super busy,their parking sucks, not much of it,took my wife van for a/c compressor, so far so good,only bad thing I can say is they tell you is ready and is not,but they did a good job on replacing of the part.

I showed up at this location early Sunday morning and when I asked them how much it would be for installing 4 new tires and an alignment the owner said $80 total. After waiting for over 2 hours to be attended he had the audacity to charge me $140 for the tires and alignment. I confronted him told him he said $80 total. He denied he said the alignment and tires are different charge.Customer service is terrible there 1 guy working while the owner and his son walk around with an upset face. They Never great customers they walk around the shop taking there sweet time to get things done. Worst customer service ever. Plenty of other cheaper places one can visit. Definitely not worth waiting around for service.

I took my car for front wheel alignment and after five minutes was ready !? Normally it takes an hour as i have done it many times before. They are CROOKS & with BAD attitude.

Great place! I hit a pothole last night on my way home from work and damaged my tire. At the same time, I knew I needed new tires anyway. So I came in, and they took care of me, got four new tires and alignment!

My dad and I came in to get a quote from them for a 2010 civic about a month ago. When it was time to pick up he tells us that it will be a $60-80 (I can't remember the exact amount) charge for a quote if we choose to not leave the car there. Prior to leaving the car there he never mentioned that there will be a charge. I decided to pay that amount just because I do not like to make a scene. He then proceeded to hand me the corner of a ripped piece of paper with the things my car needs to get done. How is that professional in any way? People are paying more $60+ for a quote to just receive it on a ripped piece of paper. Really upsetting and unfortunate.

I've come here ever since I was a kid. Great service. Will rotate, allign lift lower just about all your suspension needs in one easy to find location. They get the job done fast even when they are busy.

Jaime is the boss, his staff are hard working and quick when something simple. Parking is very limited, small but every work area is busy working on cars. The great thing is this place is open 7 days a week, opens early so if you arrive early then you have the rest of your day to get things done. You can watch your car from outside and/or wait inside looking through mags. Location is near freeways and shopping areas. I recommend this place to everybody.

Great place! The mechanics all seem to have decent knowledge on everything I asked them. Very polite also. The shop may be a little hard to see on such a busy street but it's not hard to locate at all. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for some automotive help.

No sense of customer service whatsoever. - I'm happy to see that they do reply to reviews albeit 4 years later :PI did return last year and the guys were great!
