Great experience all around. Steve was very helpful even though I ordered the wrong parts. Very happy with the service and price! Just wish I had come here sooner. Best shop in OC for off road upgrades!

They did an amazing job on my 4" lift and tire size recommendation. I was able to speak directly with the installers and ask a few questions which gave me more confidence lifting my truck right there first time.

Dear Lu and Mark,I wanted to thank you for taking care of my 2024 High Velocity Yellow Jeep JL.Mark - you did an amazing job in allowing a cleaner look to accommodate my 35inch tires I plan to get.Lu - you took time to explain the pros and cons of installing a tire relocator versus installing the spare tire delete kit.I truly enjoyed our conversation Lu and Mark. It was interesting and informative.I highly recommend 4 wheel parts Santa Ana - namely Lu in sales and Mark in installation. This is by far the best experience I have had in Jeep Specialty Shop.Thank you again from the bottom of my heart 4 wheel parts Santa Ana.With warmest regards, and may God bless Lu and MarkJohn ChoiOral and Maxillofacial Surgen

To start, 4wp has problematically low business practices. This company deletes and disables comments on their social accounts that leave honest reviews on products and poor customer service.4wp does not stand by their work or the products they sell. I had a faulty issue with 1 item of $4k purchase order. Dealing with a warranty claim on a headlight unit I purchased and installed by them that failed after 3 months. When I asked why they carry it, their words verbatim, "I would have never have changed from Toyota's oem headlights." Interesting advice from company in the business of aftermarket upgrades. They went on to say, "business is business, if it sells it sells". Personally find that kind of disgraceful to their reputation. And they will not even sell a single replacement unit, has to come in a pair! Good luck to anyone looking invest your money into this legendary company. Shame, but business is business. One last note, when you call Customer service expect to wait on hold for 50 minutes. Can call for Sales and they answer immediately. If only this type of feedback would reach the eyes of management, unfortunately they have demonstrated systems are currently in place to ensure it never will. And that's the real loss, a corporation that loses sight of their standards and can't retain a customer base.

Great service and great installations. I had a lift kit, side steps, and larger tires installed on my Rubicon. Not a single problem in 50k miles since the installation. Very happy with 4WP. I've also taken my previous two vehicles to them for various things and have been happy with the results every time.

5/6/19: I put down my $2,000 deposit (over 50%) 2 months ago for suspension wheels and tires. Was told a week to 10 days from when I put down the deposit to have it installed. I was then told it would be a few weeks for the rear shocks to come in. After a few weeks, after calling, I was told the end of the month. After a month, after calling, I was told another month. I should have pulled my order at that point but decided to be patient and see if these guys could pull it off. 2 months later and they said they had everything in stock except the passenger rear shock. My decision was to have everything else installed minus the rear shocks which I would do on my own when they came in. I made an appointment to have everything installed, which they said they had it all in stock. I switched my work schedule and dropped off my truck, excited to at least get 75% of what I ordered finally installed. Got a call a few hours later with some "bad news". Now the method rims are the wrong ones and they need to have the correct ones delivered tomorrow. A few $20 uber rides to and from and I still have to do it all over again tomorrow. I can't wait to be done with these guys. Never ever again.5/6/19 Afternoon: Picked up my truck and noticed they installed the one rear shock that they had in stock instead of waiting for the backordered shock to come in. Now I have 2 different rear shocks (Photos attached). My tire sensors are not reading now and have a dash warning light. There's no reason for this as they were to do nothing with my stock wheels and tires. (Photo attached).5/7/19 Here it is the day after. No phone calls as usual. I called to confirm the wheels have been delivered and guess what?! Now they "should be" delivered tomorrow.Left a voicemail with corporate store operations. Hoping to get someone involved in the company that cares at least a little about customer service.

These guys are awesome, I came in originally for my fog lights to be replaced, but I also asked them if they could install a leveling kit for me as well. No questions asked. Right now (Nov. 2020) they're 2 weeks behind with appointments and only 2 techs but they went ahead and got it done for me. Thanks guys

Because of Cameron Wilson I will never have work done or purchase anything from your store again. This Dotard is rude, Argumentative, and confrontational. Just because I ask if my service item was under warranty he said I was being Argumentative? My installation was October of 2017 when Marcus was an employee. He tells me my items are prior than 5 years, then he flips the screen around to show me what he's looking at and tells me "if you want to argue with me here is what it shows"?? My items were installed in October 2017, my truck is a 2017, today we are in October 2022, that is mathematically impossible to be greater than 5 years? This sales representative is an embarrassment to have represent your company. Poor service!!!

I had to deal with some complicated issues due to the sub-category of my truck. Steve and Tyler worked tirelessly through long periods of research to ensure everything I was asking for could be accomplished. The work that's been completed on my truck has been top-notch and has exceeded my expectations. I will continue to come back here with all of my needs. The customer service is outstanding.

Very poor customer service, generally unresponsive, unorganized, rude. Ordered wheels, tires, and leveling spacer for Tacoma. After 2 weeks since placing the order and not hearing anything was told by Corporate customer service (because I couldn't reach the shop) that the components would ship the following Monday. Two weeks later I call corporate (again because shop was unreachable) and they put me through direct to the shop. They say wheels and tires are in. I scheduled installation for a Friday at 9am. Drop the vehicle off for installation (tires were allegedly already mounted and balanced). Individual at the counter was generally rude and off-putting (not that big of a deal) and said installation would take up to 5 hours. I leave and go about my day. Call around 5 hours later to get an ETA, and am told by COB that day. To me it's a bit unreasonable to take and entire day to install wheels when tires are pre-mounted and balanced.

These guys rock!! Keep going back since they know their stuff and have best deals around. Tried other places, even with price matching, and they either could not get the parts, or it was a way longer wait. Have good coverage and customer care.

I ordered some parts several days ago and the site said it would be ready to pick up the next day. Three days have passed and I haven t gotten any calls from them. I decided to call today. After calling three times, somebody finally answered and told me the parts I ordered weren t going to get there for another 7 - 10 days! Don t have your website show me that it will be ready to pick up next the next day if it won t be ready for two weeks. And don t send an email stating the manager will be in contact if they aren t. I cancelled the order and guess what.. the refund won t be received for 3-5 days. What a waste of time and money! Save yourself the trouble and just order from somewhere else. Most places probably won t lie about when product will be available.

I had my cargo box shipped here. They were so kind and kept it for me while i figured out installation. Then they even helped me carry it to the car. Drew very much stood out to me though as he made sure everything went swimmingly! Thanks guy!

DO SHOP HERE. I had a horrible experience with this place. I ordered a part from here it took them 2 months to get it. But the worst part is no one called me to tell I had to call consistently to get updates. When I called they were like your part came in, I set up an appointment for 3 weeks in advance since they were fully booked. When I came in I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me it was the wrong part that they ordered. Please do not shop here safe your time and money. This place is not worth the hassle to try and deal with incompetent employees.

PLEASE READ.Without a doubt one of the biggest hack jobs I've ever seen.Prior to buying my truck (2021 Tacoma) a little over a year ago I'd had little experience with off-road vehicles or shops for that matter. I took my truck to 4WheelParts for both rear and front bumper installs, which at first presented no issues. However, due to the poor wiring job that 4WheelParts did for the integrated cube lights on both the front and the back, the wiring broke down over time, causing my trucks PCS (Pre-Collision System) to malfunction, along with my ABS system and traction control systems. The wiring that they did for my rear lights also caused the connections on my after market taillights to corrode over the course of about 5 months, which led to this issue, which I am now spending the equivalent of what I paid them for the initial work in order to have it fixed. All of the lights are wired straight to the battery through one 15 amp fuse (wired directly to the taillight assembly for the rear lights) and pose a serious fire hazard; and due to the issues that it caused with the PCS system, render the vehicle relatively un-drivable as the truck begins to break on it's own. Lucky to be alive after this happened going 80 MPH down I-15.Additionally, the body cutting that they performed was jagged and not in line with the aftermarket front bumper that they installed.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO 4WHEELPARTS for anything to do with wiring or body work. Find shops with a more personable experience, that will do the job right the first time.

Went to pick up a part and was really surprised by the lack of interest of any worker here. The part did not fit and they did not even try to find another option for me. Staff seemed annoyed to be working, not friendly and not helpful. Tons of other places to shop for parts, go somewhere where the staff wants to help you.

I have been there a couple of times, both times nobody has offered to help me or even acknowledged my presence.I honestly went there today to buy a rear bumper for my Jeep and a tire carrier for the same.I should have stayed home and ordered online. I won't go back nor will I order from them.

Looking to buy wheels, tires, and coilovers. Guy was helping me and was getting prices on wheels. He decides to walk to the back and get his breakfast and start eating. I guess that's more important than actual customer service. Just list my $4k. Hope management actually looks at these.

The place is like Disneyland for jeep/off road enthusiast. Staff there are very helpful and attentive and equipped with two major qualities I appreciate....1) product knowledge & 2) Honesty! I will definitely be back and don't see a need or reason to shop anywhere else for my jeep needs/ desires. They got it right!

They are the worst, definitely DO NOT SHOP HERE or their online store. Doubled the price at pick up and waited 2 extra weeks for a part to arrive. Ended up canceling the order today, what a pain in the neck this place is. Asked to speak to manger and manager was unavailable . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Purchased wheels, tires and a leveling kit for my Tundra. They had the parts when they said they would and the installation took less time than they estimated which was great. Torque specs were provided and truck rides great. Very happy, highly recommended.

Their manager, Louis, was literally the worst salesmen I've ever encountered in my life. I went into this store ready to spend a bunch of money on my Jeep, and after being ignored for almost 20 minutes, when I started asking questions he told me I was going to have to do my own research on the Internet, and then talked me out of spending the $2000 I was planning to pay them. Not how y'all stay in business!
