Excellent service! I took in my SUV to remove paint scratch from a metal gate. Tim helped me out and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Worst service I've ever experienced with this company, very unprofessional and the work is they did was disgusting. The paint was chipping on new paint, the decals were peeling of 2 weeks later, they missed a emblem on my vehicle, they had over spray everywhere. Not only that my truck has a tool box and that was broken into and I had about $3,000 worth of tools stolen from Sanger Auto body! They refused to be held accountable! DO NOT GO TO THEIR AUTO BODY SHOP!!!Service: Painting

Considering they are one of the few auto body shops here in Sanger, they honestly did an excellent job on completing body work on my 2015 Honda Civic! Although I was a little impatient about how much time my car had been there, I now understand why. They want to take there time to perfect quality work to meet and or exceed there customers expectations! I m honestly glad I choose them to complete the auto body work my car needed! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent body shop to repair there vehicle! Thanks to Tim and his team for there time and effort to perfect quality work and service, I now have a brand new front end on my Honda Civic and couldn t have asked for anything better! Again thanks Sanger Auto Body & Collision for exceeding my expectations from repairs to customer service! My daughter hit her fender coming out of the garage. Took it around town to get estimates and they gave me the best price. Sometimes paying less isn't the best way for everything but I was very happy with the work. I would do business with them again.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Sanger Auto Body & Paint did an excellent job of repairing my truck fender, which was hit in a rear end accident. I can t tell any difference in the paint job accomplished on the truck bed from the cab s original paint. The truck was done within the timeline promised, they cleaned the inside and exterior of my truck, and they straightened out the bumper which was slightly pushed in. In addition, they stayed within the estimate provided by my insurance company, who paid for the work. I highly recommend Tim and crew. Thanks for a great job!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Good job matching old paint and fixing up my van after a tree fell on it. They even fix all the little details I added myself, very suprising and appreciated!! Hood latch wasn't aligned properly but I got it fixed myself.Great job, although it took a while to find all the parts for a 30 year old van!

I went to get a estimate said the computers were down they would call back and it's been 4 days and nothing. And also expensive, recommend to looking around comparing prices.

La peor experiencia,cuando me lo entregaron despu�s de la reparaci�n de colisi�n no tenia anticongelante asi que regrese para que lo rellenaran ya que habian cambiado varias partes incluido el radiador. Despues que me fui mi auto empez� a tirar anticongelante, as� que lo lleve de nuevo y solamente perdiendo el tiempo en m�s vueltas al taller, no me daban fecha de entrega de mi auto y eso fue lo que m�s me molest� tampoco sab�an darme actualizaciones sobre mi auto. Finalmente despu�s de m�s de 2 semanas me llamaron diciendo que ya estaba listo mi auto pero que yo no lo pod�a recoger y que tenia que ir otra persona a recogerlo. As� lo hice porque ya necesitaba mi auto. Ahora no se si tengo garant�a sobre las reparaciones porque no quieren que vuelva a pisar el taller. Solo porque estaba insistiendo en que necesitaba el auto lo antes posible y se enojaron por eso. Tienen muy mal servicio al cliente y no son nada profesionales. No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto.
