My mechanic highly recommended Cain's Tire Annex and I'm so glad he did. They took great care of me, and they were able to work on my tire repair immediately; the whole thing took about 30 minutes. Younger manager dude was amazing and I wish I could remember his name. Lastly and most importantly, they've got integrity, which was demonstrated to me during our interactions. Great experience. (P.S. this location is much less busy than their other one on 4th.)

Buyer beware! Cain s uses dangerously cheap parts in your brakes. I had the front rotors and pads replaced in my 2017 Ram 1500 after the factory originals wore out at 80k miles. The replacement parts were completely shot after 25k miles more. Pads worn down to metal on metal. Complete junk. 0/10 do not recommend.

I called around to get rates for brake pads before I went in. I called all the usual suspects in Novato, then a neighbor recommended Cain's Brakes. When I called them, they were the best price and they were true to their price. I needed brake pads and rotors, and new tires! It was a longer driver for me, but the savings was worth it. All the work was done in 4 hours. Fabian was great and the front desk staff was also great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They are honest, offer great service and charge reasonable prices.Services: Tires, Brakes

Lazy staff didn't properly change my brakes, been over 2mo since my terrible experience and my brakes still squeaks.Man with texan accent gives terrible customer service, He will rudely rush you so he can leave early and left my keys in my car in plain sight for anyone in that area to take. Save yourself from overpriced service with underperforming techs would give negative stars if possible. Maybe if you know him personally he will give better service but not to me.Service: Brakes

Had all pads replaced and front discs turned. Friendly service. Go figure,they would also find a nail in a tire. They repaired it. They are the OG tire store. Very happy.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
