Could not be happier! George was fabulous and spoke to me in easy to understand layman's terms and was extremely helpful in getting my brakes done after having a bad job done somewhere else. We will be using Otto's for all of our vehicle needs from now.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I took our Prius to a another mechanic and they couldn't figure out why it was over heating. I found Otto's car service and they were able to fix the issue. Our prius has been running great!

I Came to Otto's Shop Roughly two years ago, I called from my parents house in Ontario. I was a student at the local college and mentioned it to him over the phone, which I later realized was a mistake. I was able to drive my truck the 70 mile journey, no problems. My issue was it would fail to start on demand. I gave him the truck for diagnosis at which would be discounted from the total invoice, if I chose to have him do the repairs, or I would pay $95 and deal with it myself. With over $1000 in personal repairs, he instructed me that my prior investments wouldn't work, due to their Foreign origin (from AUTOZONE) with lifetime warranty's, that weren't meant to be installed on a Chevy (American car). He asked for roughly $750 for a list of recently replaced parts (by me) which didn't include the culprit. After taking my Volt Meter and reading a vast amounts of wires, I found the CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR to be failing. A $40 China part From AUTOZONE that has maintained my truck for two years plus. Don't be Fooled due to being in a vulnerable situation. Times change and I get it, times are tough. I'm an Electrician and business graduate, and can understand a reasonable explanation and hope to get one. (if he has one)2001 Chevy S10 white 100k potentially at the time. Ill upload my invoice, if I didn't throw it away.

Otto's the best! I've been to other mechanics but I always go back to Otto. He's honest and fair, my cars have run in tip top shape because of his work and expertise.

Really good and friendly mechanic...trustworthy. also I hear that you can get a better deal if you help with the labor of fixing ur own car with them... a chance to be a good learning experience. And save some money
