Went in after being quoted over the phone a good price to have my car oil sensor fixed and a few other things looked at. After leaving the car with them I receive a call from them saying a way different price that was originally quoted and it was like they never talked to each other because they had no clue about the other repairs i just told them about when i was there the first time. I go to pick the car up when they said it would be done and its not even finished and then they try to say a shock was bad and it would cost 700 for the part and said it was a discontinued part and would have to get a used or refurbished one he lied about the part being discontinued and the price. I finally got out of the shop paid a better price still not the quoted price I first had because I had the job priced by 5 different shops before going to them and they priced me lower than everyone else then tried to jack the price up when I came to pay. Went online to find the shock he was talking about and found the part for half the price he wanted to charge for a used or refurbished supposedly discontinued part I found new and in stock. The manager was rude and was slamming everything he should have handed to me on the table (recipe credit card paperwork to be signed) and looked mad because i called them on there price.

I bought my 5 series with a great value and low mileage from International Motors. I keep coming back there for servicing since I bought it 6 years ago. Great service and no overcharges of parts and labor. I highly recommend this place to buy second hand cars or services particularly Nino, Mario, and the other employee.

Nino is excellent. His attention to detail and willingness to explain what is wrong with my car is why I keep coming back. They have skilled technicians working on cars and a beautiful showroom full of cars at amazing prices.

I have bought two used cars at International Motors over the last decade or so, and I have had four of my cars serviced here during the same time period.I have done this because I believeOwner-Brothers Nino and Mario can be trusted not to take total advantage of you as has too often been my experience at other auto places during my approaching 40 years of driving. They shoot it reliably straight.They have been able to diagnose and fix about 95% of my car repair needs (which is as good anyone's record and better than many), and compared to other foreign auto repair places they are the most reasonably priced overall.Their service is done expediently. Usually you can get nearly anything done during a full working day -- during a day or two at the time of your need -- no matter how busy they are. They have lent me their loaner little work truck many times while they were working on my truck.Older brother Nino does not come off as a "cuddly bear," but he is a good man. Younger brother Mario has a reliably sweet demeanor.David O'Shaughnessy

I live in Ventura, got stranded at 10pm in San Pedro with a disintegrating harmonic stabilizer. I talked t o these guys, AAA hauled my car over, and I was fixed and out of there at 4pm. THIS WAS ALL ON A SATURDAY! AND AT A VERY FAIR PRICE. NO MARK UP ON PARTS THAT WERE OEM, and they could have not been any more pleasant and accommodating. I knee he did not want to work that late on Saturday, but I had to travel back to Ventura and work Monday. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
