This gas station is always higher than anyone else in town. You drive anywhere else and find it usually 40c cheaper a gallonThen you have to listen to his stupid promo where he offers you a 20c hot dog if you buy 100$ in gas from him.

The bathrooms are available post pandemic. If you do rideshare or just passing through; you can get a cup of joe and a car wash. They also provide paper funnels if your oil is low.

This is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a bad review about any company. I took my Prius through their drive thru car wash and it ripped my Thule luggage box off my rack and tossed it onto my hood eventually landing in front of my car. No one came out, so I had to call them from my cell from inside the car as it continued to batter my car as it continued to toss the box around the car wash. The roof and entire hood is severally scratched now from this happening. The manager finally came out and started off blaming me for what happened; he said "I shouldn't have done that". I told him I've been through a 100 drive thru car washes and never once had an issue; he told me "this one is different". He also said" I should have read the sign and that I'm lucky I didn't break his machine". Not one single apology just blame, he didn't even offer to help me put it back on top. I told him I wanted an accident report and he said no and that he had to call the owner first. Two hours later he calls to tell me the same thing and then starts blaming me again. I told him that I will be going to yelp and social media to bring light to this issue; thats when he proceeded to yell at me. Guarantee this is not the first time he has had to deal with this issue. I told him one of the employee's witnessed me drive up to pay and said nothing about the danger that lay ahead. As I was pulling away another customer stopped me and said the machine scratched his windshield a few months back and they told him it wasn't their problem as well. If you enjoy the condition of your car and are in search of a decent drive thru car wash please make sure to avoid this Shell gas station! I don't expect much from a gas station but this is outrageous.

Terrible experience here. I tried to call and express concern about the car wash leaving scratches all over my car and if they were aware this was happening. I was hung up on and now they aren t answering the phone. Hopefully other cars aren t getting scratched.

I couldn't agree more than with the other one star reviewers. The staff is and always has been beyond rude, unhelpful, and act annoyed, rolling their eyes. I come here for the car wash only, they don't deserve my money.

Very nice store. It really has a great selection of snack foods. Nice and clean with an unusual look as far as a convenience store is concerned. It is almost a bit upscale looking because its very spacious. Check out the neat offbeat sorta things they have to offer right around the cash register. Great store. Friendly staff.

I live close by so I go to this gas station more than I should. Every time I go, I wish I would not have! The employees that work there are so rude and disrespectful it is unbelievable! I have even witnessed this with other customers!!! I usually drive to the next exit just so I don t have to give them my money. I will never go back again!

I was in a very bad place and needed a bathroom urgently. I begged if I can use their restroom since the nearest one was 10 minutes away. The gentleman pointed out at me the way to the bathroom but the woman didn t care I had an emergency and denied me. I understand people are scared of covid19 and I told them I had my sanitizing stuff and all but they just didn t care. Where is humanity?

This station is right off the freeway, and as such has some issues. If you come during a busy part of the day, it will be jammed. I've had times where I had to wait 10 minutes for an available pump. Also, its proximity to the freeway means prices are 20 to 30 cents higher than gas stations further away. I will say. They are always very clean, including their bathrooms, and everyone there is always nice.

DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT!! Especially if you are a woman. One of the nighttime employees (skinny older man with an accent and colored eyes, middle eastern I think?) Followed me around the whole store being a creep. Then told me to just get something and get out when I was only inside for 2 minutes. Horrible and rude service. Will not be going inside again, would rather drive a few more minutes to another station.

Very lousy service... Waited in a queue with one person ahead of me to get gas. No smile or acknowledgement that I was there. Finally the register person fron the other side took my money. On return the main registers couldn't do change. The original person also couldn't do change. She was also re-dressing into uniform. Finally she figured out how to do change... Training issues?? Manager was right there and oblivious. Prices for water and drinks very high here. One driveway in, one out while you dodge work trucks?? No thanks, not recommended.

Negative review of clerk "John" (a middle-aged man); Thurs, 7/28 @ approx 6pm. I purchased gas, paid at the pump, then moved my car to a parking stall. I went in the store, filled out Mega Millions and Powerball tickets, picked up a couple sandwiches and chips, and John -- in a terribly wrinkled and unprofessional shirt -- ran my lottery tickets through the machine, generated my tickets, rang up all of my items, and as I was running my debit card through the machine, he stopped me and said I needed to pay for the lottery tickets with cash. He reached across the debit card machine, and voided my transaction. I said I didn't have cash on me so I'd just get the sandwiches (and paid debit for those). He must not have heard me, since he again asked me for cash for the lottery tickets. I repeated that I didn't have cash on me, and that frustrated him to the point of looking at me and laughing. I said, "Is this funny to you?" and he just said, "The law has changed, and everybody knows that." I said "I didn't know that," took everything but the lottery tickets, and left.As I drove off, I decided that management should be aware of the calibre (or lack thereof) of service this particular employee is providing. I see I'm not the first to comment on John.So, I called the store to speak with management. John answered the call, and as I started speaking, he hung up on me. So I called back again, and this time I was directed to an automated system, I selected the store extension, and even though the greeting said voicemails are not monitored, I left a voicemail anyway, including my callback number. I will continue calling until I am able to speak to management on ways they can improve their customers' experience.

The night clerk is by far, the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Everything was fine until his hate for people living in poverty, was so obvious, it made a nice gas station, into a yucky visit!!

They have public bathrooms, good drink and snack selection and is always kept organized and clean. Very easy step right off the I-5.

Very rood night personal in the Food Mart. Me and my husband just passed by and got bad attitude from the worker all because we opened the door to go into the food mart. Their was no sign that said we shouldn t open the door and their was customers inside so it wasn t closed. Very bad experience.

This place is always crowded and isn't the cheapest place for gas. It does however have a drive through carwash that is only 10$ for the best wash! Usually why I get gas here.

I was a regular at this gas station on the way to work. One day Benji could not stop making bad comments. He was really trying to get me angry. Never coming here again. They don t treat you with respect here.

Very convenient location, it always reminds me to check if I need to get gas right before I go the long way on I5! Reasonable prices, too.

Now days it s hard to find a public restroom, this guys prices aren t all that great they should at least provide restrooms.
