While i typically go independent, this dealership came highly recommended from a fellow 6.0l diesel owner for their expertise. Excellent initial experience with Lee, a service rep. Called to make an appointment, then drove down. In and out in less than 10 minutes, up front estimate with no hassle.

I'm satisfied with the work done here but the scheduling leaves something to be desired. Don't use the online scheduling, they won't know you're coming when you get there. Pretty average service time management, it will take all day to get 4 hours of work done.

I have been a customer since 2009. Had one prior issue that was resolved. This last service was supposed to cost $62. Service rep Ed Cooke called back that I had a steering fluid leak that would cost $500 plus. Something did not seem correct so I checked my last service bill. In January of 2017 Ed Cooke again was my service rep.. At that time Tuttle-Click charged me for a Steering Fluid exchange and a complete MOC Fuel system service. Director of Service said it was not Tuttle's problem because the leak was long standing. I asked the actual mechanic how long the leak has been there he said he could not tell. Director when pressed said about 2 months. He said the hose was crimped. I feel I have been defrauded. After paying over $300 for steering fluid and fuel system service in January of this year they now want me to pay over $500 for something that was not a problem before I got there today and at the very least should have been found in January if true.

Badly misnamed the Quick Lane. I have been twice, and both times was there over two hours. I was sorely vexed, not an easy thing to do. The fact they have a food counter should have warned me. A half hour for a breakfast burrito? Be prepared to wait, and bring lunch.
