Herico and the team at Prestige Collision South were an absolute gem to work with. I live in Seattle and purchased a car during May 2022 in San Juan Capistrano. Before flying down, I coordinated with the PCS team and DE Autos Inc. to have the Range Rover's letter decals replaced. The turn around on the job was quick, all aspects of the job were well communicated, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for your awesome help on this project!Service: Body & Trim

A 2 month job turned into over 3 months. That wasn t a big deal. The brand new Mercedes certified paint job was terrible and has horrible swirl marks. When i picked up the car, the rep, Joey said it was hard to do black paint. Well I see mang black Mercedes out there ..That should have been a red flag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Drove car a few miles through out the next few weeks to let paint fully bake before ppf wrap. My ppf wrap guy said my paint job is terrible and would be very noticeable under ppf.I sent Joey the videos and pics that was shared with me. The swirls were out of this world . It looked like someone wiped the car with sand. Prestige collision south said they will schedule their guy but won t make things right. Two things, my ppf guy already was prepping car which cost money and prestige was going to schedule a guy to come out and do a paint correction a week later. I couldn t afford to pay for my car to sit there nor would I trust them. This was a brand new paint job via insurance claim of damage from a proclaimed Mercedes certified shop . I would have thought they would have did the paint correction themself. But apparently they are proud of this work. Please see pics and videos.Service: Painting

Prestige repaired my bumper on my Subaru after I was in a fender bender.Their collision specialist Jim Fehr was fantastic. He was on top of all of the procurement of the parts, completed my car a day earlier than promised and was really great to work with.Their body shop guys did a great job!I am very satisfied with their product and would recommend them to my friends and family!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Prestige replaced my door and repaired the frame after I was backed into. They were prompt and thorough with their estimate, made the whole process easy coordinating with my insurance and the rental car agency, and did a great job! I went to Prestige Collision South for a fairly major repair after somebody backed into me in a parking lot. From start to finish, Frank and the other staff at Prestige Collision South were extremely professional, maintained regular communication with me, and let me know promptly when there was a one day delay in getting my car back. The repair came out beautifully--I cannot even tell that it happened! This unexpected ordeal happened at a very stressful time in my life, so I especially appreciated the personalized care I received. I am so thankful for the excellent client service that was provided to me by Rob Green. He truly exemplified what great customer service is. With daily text updates as to the status of the repair, and a text when my car was ready, when I finally picked up the car, it was fixed and washed and detailed. It looked brand new like nothing ever happened to it. I would highly recommend Prestige Auto to friends and family. Thanks Rob!

Just beautiful work and such great service!! Joey was the best ever and helped me get my car fixed and back fast while also dealing with my neighbor who hit my car and were being a pain. These guys are amazing! My car was hit while it was parked; it was then towed to their location and they fixed everything in a timely manner, and kept me updated along the way. My repair expert was Jim and he did a great job communicating me throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

Prestige fixed my Mercedes GLS450 and did an outstanding job on it! They kept me apprised of the timeline of my vehicle and returned it sooner than expected. The service from everyone was very genuine and so kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Herico, his staff, prestige as a company are five stars. The quality of work, the professionalism of the staff, and the customer service is of the highest level. Due to the Matte black finish of my Range Rover the paint finish is extremely difficult to match. I would never trust my vehicle repairs with any other body shop! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Brought my car in after the rear of my car was hit, I have to say these guys know what they are doing. Bumper was replaced and painted, as well they did some dent repair on a very tough body line in the trunk and I was very surprised and amazed that they got transformed it back into the original shape. Painting and blending quality was great. If something happens again to my vehicle I will be coming back as well, recommending it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent!Went to a small body shop in hope for an honest quote and was quoted almost $3,000.decided to go for a second opinion to Prestige Collision and had my car fixed for waaaaaay less and everything was fixed within 30 minutes. I do not exaggerate.Highly highly recommend for Range Rover owners!

Go somewhere else! This shop made many critical and obvious mistakes reassembling our car. While the paint work was good, they left off three parts, none of which were damaged in our collision but had to be removed to fix other things. Two were trim pieces and the third was the battery tie down. I drove around for a week with the car battery flopping around in the engine compartment... extremely dangerous as it could have shorted out and caught fire. Also had our AC stop working about 2 weeks after the repair was done. Turns out the AC leaked at the coils, which Prestige replaced. So they also screwed up the reassembly of that. I had to take the car in to a different shop to get the AC fixed (with no more rental car coverage from my insurance since I hit the 30 day max when Prestige had it). They offered no recourse for all these errors other than "bring it back in." No way I was going to trust them to do ANYTHING on my car again.

My experience was great. Kevin was very accommodating and I also experienced very good communication. The only reason I put 4 stars is because I had to go back the day after picking up to get some minor bottom-of bumper scratches taken care of after they replaced and repainted the bumper...A good through quality check could've avoided that.

My first accident and my insurance company deals with Prestige Collision South. I was very nervous but the ladies running the front office were so kind and so good. One in particular took care of all the paperwork from the insurance company to the car rental. I worried I would have to take time from work, nothing. It was like one stop shopping. Herico helped me and was so kind and professional. The body shop car repairers did a great job. When Herico showed it to me, I couldn't believe it was even my car. It looked like a new one!! I highly recommend this shop and all its staff. Thank you so very much.

They did a great job on the body work after my girlfriend and I were in an accident BUT they gave us our car with a dead battery! Now we re stranded and it s after hours! This is ridiculous, and upsetting in so many ways. I have a 2019 Honda HRV, it s a new car it shouldn t have battery issues so I m sure someone left the car on. I will be calling tomorrow to get this handled ASAP!

I had a major collision, and prestige took care of me all the way through finish to end.. They were amazing, in fact when I picked up my car it looked like it was brand spanking new. They upgraded a few of the electronics, and I could not be more pleased. Rob deserves more than 5 stars!!!!! GREAT customer service, constantly communicating with us on updates on the repair of our car. Our car was returned to us and it is perfect. I highly would recommend Prestige Collision South.

As a claimant i elected to have the insurance companie's, (Geico) vendor repair my vehicle. Rob was friendly and courteous, discussed the various steps including the damage and repair process. Excellent customer service including communication, and delivered the vehicle as scheduled. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and would recommend this company to family and friends.

I have was in an accident and this was the preferred shop for Geico. The work was great and my only issue was after. I was impressed and wanted a quote to have some additional work done on my car. I picked up my car 6 days ago and still no quote for the minor work I wanted done. I guess they don t do work under $1k so now I have to go back to finding a body shop for the work that I want done.

I had my FPace fixed on time. Great service from front desk to inspection. My car was fixed to my satisfaction, clean and when I got my car back, I felt like I just got a brand new car from Jaguar ! Thank you ! Will recommend this shop to anyone who wants the best service.
