I bought a vehicle. It couldn't have gone any better. I see why their reviews are so good. They had a good vehicle. The outside mechanic who did the prepurchase inspection said that Paradise had done some good repairs to make the vehicle in the best shape possible.

I needed to sell my dad s 1966 Austin Healey on consignment and had a friend recommend Paradise Automotive. John Paradise was helpful from my very first phone call. He listened, answered my questions and put my mind at ease. We talked a few times and made arrangements for him to look at the car. John and his crew handled everything. I felt comfortable, informed and heard. The car sold within a month. And then John went the extra mile for my 87 year old dad. He drove the check to my dad s house. I appreciate the integrity and honesty of each person I dealt with at the shop. John has cultivated a welcoming culture at his dealership. I would highly recommend Paradise Automotive.

Very satisfied with the quality service within the establishment. I drove an hour away from LA and was worth it, very clean modern environment. Lots of great inventory vehicles, Julie and Sebastian were excellent helping me take my new vehicle a 2018 Audi S4. They go above and beyond and felt treated just like family.

Great service, great price, great communication. I price shopped them thinking they would be more expensive due to the dealership like quality but I was wrong. Paradice is the only place that will work on my BMW.

5 Stars to Niko for his great and friendly service, 1 Star to the fact that they added over 2k to the out the door price for pre installed products such as CLEAR SHIELD, GPS SYSTEM, VEHICLE WRAP, CILA JET...that was the deal breaker for me.

I drove here all the way from Palm Springs to check out a beautiful Nissan GT-R. Sebastian, Julie and Niko were very friendly the moment I stepped into the show room. They really took their time to explain financing options with me and helped get the perfect terms I was hoping for. They are very transparent and explained the sales contract unlike most other dealerships. I highly recommend coming here if you want quality service and a top notch vehicle.

I ve used Paradise for several years. Initially, they were attentive to details and fairly priced. However, the last few visits have been unimpressive. In one instance, a large piece was not secured to the bottom of my car and fell off on the highway. In another, I had a car in for service only to have the rear brakes go out the next week when I was a long way from home. While the work has gone downhill, the cost of service has gone the other direction, which is a bad combination. I won t be returning.

From the moment I called and spoke to Jimmy. The friendly and professional family orientated atmosphere manifested itself. Sebastian my sales person was very knowledge and eager to assist with the vehicles I selected. Due to holiday of course I had to wait for NAVY Federal to reopen to give me the check. However, with the delays regarding finance Julie knocked it out of the park with awesome customer service. If I had any doubt or reason to leave the deal. She saved me with her impeccable knowledge and calming interactions.

Unpleasant experience at Paradise Automotive Group. Their communication over text lacked reasonableness and, surprisingly, they wouldn't permit a test drive without pre-agreeing to a number for financing. Their sales team, especially Sebastian, could benefit from improved customer service training. I won't be considering them for any future purchases or even investing any more time. Strongly suggest potential buyers to explore other options.

I have called this dealership and their manager Jimmy more than 20 times in the past almost 3 month regarding where is my title, registration and tags for my car that I paid cash on July 6...as of today September 26, I still have not receive anything and their person in charge of titles Ms Allison also gives me the run around telling me one thing and doing something else. I am really hoping to resolve this problem as I hope this is not auto fraud - if it is and I will know within one week, I will get a lawyer - I did spend almost $70,000 cash to buy this car. Very upsetting that a dealership would treat their clients like this- I am just glad i have enough money to get a lawyer if needed.

Very nice employees! VERY!The guy that originally greeted us gave us cold bottles of water, which was very nice! The manager was extremely nice and said he'd keep an eye out for what we wanted. So... fingers crossed! Very clean store, great employees, beautiful cars! We'll be back! Thanks guys!

Ryan is fantastic. Knowledgeable, personable, and no pressure which are great characteristics for a car salesperson. I didn t ultimately purchase from Paradise, but Ryan was great meeting with me when I came in to test drive a couple of times. They have great inventory for different price points and all of the cars were high quality and extremely clean. Felt like new cars when I was test driving!They do have aftermarket item dealer add-ons which raise the price, but it is in the website and car sites if you read the info. This isn t uncommon with used car groups and they may be willing to negotiate some of the items off. I didn t get far enough to try.

I have dealt with Jimmy on and off over two transactions in the past eight months. Amazing service from Jimmy and Josh and the rest of the crew sold my car had a great experience with that bought a black widow truck. Another great experience love the owner, John and everyone there gives top-notch service

I traveled down with my three young children from Northern Nevada. My car kept overheating after another mechanical shop (Aamco) told me to just go buy a new car. I was able to get it towed to Paradise Automotive. Thank God for them. They replaced a thermostat and a sensor And got me and my children home safely. Not only did they do an excellent job and give me a discount they went out of their way to help me return my rental car.

Place is great bought my car here even though my credit is super trashed but haven't had any issues with the car it's been good. They worked super hard even though I have a business and only had bank statements. Would reccomend to anyone!

Had a nail in my tire and walked in and they fixed it in less than an hour. Beautiful and comfortable place with sofas, TV sports and water. Thank you again and I'll be back to Paradise Automotive Group in the future. Excellent vehicle repair service

All you need to know about this place is they have listed cars available with SALVAGE/REBUILT titles, and do not state that anywhere within their descriptions, or the car detail page. Of course, a buyer should always check the CarFax, but my goodness, so much for honesty and transparency trying to leave out that HUGE detail about a car. Ha! If they're trying to cover that up, what other corners are they cutting/trying to hide from you!

I found 2 cars online that I was interested in purchasing. I called and spoke to a women on the phone who said the cars were available and would be ready when I arrive. Before arrival I received a text message from Jimmy reaffirming the cars being available. I walked in and Jimmy introduced himself and within minutes of meeting moved the car out of the showroom and I was on a test drive with Niko. I was interested in another vehicle and no hassle, no waiting, within minutes we were on another test drive. I had some questions on the second vehicle and they told me Josh would reach out and he did within the hour. I worked in the exotic car industry buying/selling and Rarely come across a dealership that was as welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. They have forever gained a customer in me!

A friend recommended Matt at Paradise Auto as the BEST to buy our used car. Reviews looked promising, so we took a chance - boy, are we glad we did! The process was quick, friendly and Matt honored the increasing value of our used car. The whole process took about 30 minutes - as compared to 1 to 2 hours at CarMax.

Flew from WA to buy a truck from them due to the amazing price and quality. Carl was amazing - he even picked me up at the airport. Best service I have ever had buying a vehicle. Since we weren t able to see it in person immediately, we asked for a quick video. Carl took multiple pro-level videos from every angle! Nicest guy, best service ever. Would absolutely fly down there again for my next vehicle.

This was my first time buying a used vehicle and let's just say i was very nervous... I searched dealers and private sellers all over until I found the perfect truck at Paradise Automotive. Carl was my salesman and he was great; professional, communicative and thorough. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure the used truck was solid for me. I didnt want to post to soon, as you never truly know what you may get with used vehicles. But now it has been about 2 months and the truck has been perfect. Carl and John the owner (and all the guys in the service dept) made sure the truck arrived to me in the best shape it could. And for that I couldn't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone!

I bought a car from here. Smooth simple easy process. Car was as listed. Very nice. The purchase was smooth and went better than expected. Carl was amazing a great person all around. They follow up after for satisfaction. They do not push sales just genuine great company.

I went to this dealership after looking for a type of car for a long time. Not really having any expectations, I was met with some of the most honest and nicest salesmen that were polite on the phone, sent me photos of the vehicle in interest, gave a full tour, and instantly gave me an out the door price that fit into my loan and great monthly payments. I never felt like I was being hassled or played, like in other dealerships. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and confident in making my decision on the car, they were very professional in everything. I strongly suggest coming here, the owner is very kind and knowledgable on cars, and the salesmen were open and apologetic on any misunderstandings. Very easy to work with, with the best customer service. I worked with Daniel, who did the numbers, understood my situation and did a great job overall in helping. I would definitely come here again, and be excited to purchase another vehicle when the time comes. Overall, amazing experience, pleasant atmosphere, and awesome customer service from ALL of the employees that were there.
