Buying this car was an easy and good experience. Mike (Sales) was courteous and answered all of our questions. No pushy sales talk which for me is key.Finance Dept works fast and very efficiently. Really couldn't have asked for better service.Follow up in the Service Dept has so far been a good experience for our family.

I ve bought 2 wonderful cars from them and had them serviced there. I got 302,000 miles on my van (2004 Odyssey) and am approaching 100,000 miles on my CRV. I ve been using them exclusively for car maintenance since 2003. I follow the recommended maintenance to the letter and it certainly has paid off. I highly recommend Ocean Honda (formerly Weseloh Honda) for a great car, and their service department (especially Christian and Felix) to keep your car running well for a long time!!!

Christian has been helping me keep all my Hondas in tip top shape for nearly two decades, he s the best. He even helped me when I had warranty issues on a trip to South Dakota by faxing details to the dealer there. I keep his cell number handy, just in case.

Been coming here for years to service our cars. Very straight forward and will not over sell you on things you don't need. I was going to a couple other honda service centers when I moved to LA but everytime they would say my car was having all these weird issues, that were not real. Ocean has been great especially Brandon in service! He's the best and super helpful!

This dealership has now been apart of my life for 4 years, with 3 different vehicles that were purchased through them as well. And let me just say I have had nothing but a positive experience in every aspect of the dealership Johnny was the salesmen that sold me two of my vehicles including my Type R, making sure I got a deal that I was comfortable with and treated me with the utmost respect throughout the purchasing process and even when I come and visit he s always happy to see me and ask me how my car is running! The CarDoc service has saved me plenty of money and I ve ever only been helped by one service advisor, Enrique huge shoutout to him for always taking care of me and my vehicles throughout these 4 years. Ocean Honda of San Juan Rules! I cannot recommend this place enough!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

We bought a 2013 Odyssey here 9 years ago and asked who they suggested we work with for service. Since then we have had the genuine pleasure of working with Christian Dilauro, knowing not only that the vehicle was serviced properly but that he was looking out for us with great service and friendship, a true asset to the department and dealership, and after many years (decades) of having cars serviced, the only service advisor who has stood out (in a positive way).

First, let me go on record as saying how much I usually hate the car buying experience. It was always a chore and a necessity, not something I chose to do.Thank you to Ocean Honda for changing that impression. Thank you to Sean S., the Finance Manager for his assistance and helping me find the best rate possible on my loan. He made the paperwork part easier than most experiences I had.Bryan K. was personable and listened to our needs, making the sales experience more of a relationship than a transaction. He was available after the sale for questions and guidance which proved to me you aren't buying a car, but a long term business relationship.Last, thanks to Garret the General Manager and Brandon in Service.Overall, I have to say I am impressed!

On two hours notice, Ocean Honda was able to get my vehicle in and fix the recall items that needed to be replaced in order for me to register it the same day - outstanding service! Very friendly staff all of them. Felix answered all of my questions.

While the basic service went good, I was dissatisfied with the feedback regarding the AC. I have been bringing my car for service since 2020 and in 2022 I brought in my car for AC service because it was blowing white crystals and warm air. Same thing happened again 11 months ago and supposedly the problem was fixed. Well here we are and still the same problem. I was told there is a leak with the evaporator and unfortunately to replace it I have to pay $2900. My question is why wasn t this addressed the first time or 2nd time. Since the symptoms are the same the root cause has to be the same. I am not suggesting that your technicians last 2 years were incompetent, however some where things were not diagnosed correctly and now as a customer I have to pay the price both financially and physically (hot car inside)

Team at Ocean Honda SJC took good care of my needs with my car. Communication was great and they even provided complimentary Lyft ride back home. The coffee machine they have onsite was a nice touch to have and I look forward to come back.

I had some issues with my 2009 Honda Civic Si. It's an older car with high mileage so things are going to come up. Christian Dilauro went above and beyond at every step to determine the causes of the issues, find the best way to remedy them, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. He is an exceptional representative for the dealership and for Honda.

I would never buy a car here. We had to file a harassment claim against this dealership several years ago. This review is explicitly for the service department.The parts and the service department of this dealership is top notch. If you need some quick regular maintenance or some random parts for your own repairs this place will not let you down.

I have been a Honda owner for 40+ years and Christian gave me the best service I've ever had. He met me when I arrived and went thru every detail of my service. He had originally told me it would be 2 hours and when he found out about an hour into my service (due to the recall )the it would be longerHe ordered me a Lyft to take me home and ordered one to bring me back when service was done. He explained everything that had been done to my car and when I would probably need service on brakes and tires. So thorough and I was really impressed. I had just moved from the Bay Area to Orange County and he made me feel truly welcome. I would highly recommend Christian Dilauro of Ocean Honda San Juan Capristrano to anyone that owns a Honda. He is the Best!! Thank you for exceptional service above and beyond!!

Very pleased with the service that Ocean Honda provides. All of the service agents are extremely polite and friendly and will always do their best to help you out. I do live closer to the Norm Reeves Honda, but with the complete opposite service professionalism I drive over to Ocean Honda instead.

Well not the greatest experience. I have a newer CRV and the infotainment screen is malfunctioning. I also have 2 warnings appearing when I back out and turn my wheel. When I dropped off my car for an appointment to get it fixed, It sat all day and wasn t even looked at. The service advisor was overwhelmed and apologized. He said the call center shouldn t have booked my type of appointment for a Saturday?? It was a complete waste of my time getting a ride to and from, not having my car all day all for nothing.Change your booking process.

This was 45K service. I got in and out in a record time of 45 minutes. Christian did a great job and the attendees outside were very courteous. Of course, it was a slow time the day after Christmas. Nevertheless ...

We love Ocean Honda, their staff and facilities. My little kids and I dropped our car with our service advisor of eight years, Enrique, went to the cafe area for complimentary donuts, water bottles, coffee etc. and then moved on to the kids play area until our car was ready after an oil change.

I have a 10+ years relationship with Oceanside Honda.
