After reading the positive reviews I took my MBZ that had a very minor scratched on the rear bumper panel. No damage to the light , camera or rubber bumper guard. The first thing I noted was the line of people starting to accumulate at the door (0830 am) and the massive amounts of work orders on the wall racks, desks and everywhere. Once i got to speak to a sales rep, he mentioned that they were short handed. I got a quote to repair the minor scratches for $1996. and a 5 day LT. I took the car to Dentco and fixed it for $575 in 1 day. They obviously dont need the smaller jobs.

There's ways to earn business. Some do all they can, no matter what, to get your money, even with small things. Then there's others, who know confidently, that looking out for their clients interests, will create experiences and demonstrate a level of trust that can't be bought. Based on this and their level of care I highly recommend!

I was on vacation and crashed my car the first day. Coastline Collision was super easy to work with and answered all of my calls and questions throughout the whole process. My car looks better than it did before the accident. Thanks Jerry and team!

A big thank you to Rafael Thayer and Charlie at Coastline Collision in SJC. You guys literally saved the day! I am still in awe of the amazing craftsmanship done by Charlie! He is truly an artist! Rafael, where do I begin? From the initial contact on the phone, to having our car back (all in the same afternoon!) you were a professional who is kind, able, ethical and so understanding of the situation we were in. You accommodated us, when we had no-one else to turn to! Given the urgency of the situation, you could have charged so much more than what you did. I am still in disbelief of how reasonable your prices are and just how good Charlie is! The car looks amazing! Our family is grateful to have found this gem of a local business! Absolutely the best body shop hands down! My new car was in a little accident on the road heading to Arizona so I turned back around to go back home and Coastline Collision was there waiting for me with open arms. The work they did on my car was so great with a great experience for me as well. I truly trust these guys at Coastline Collision to get the job done right the first time around.

It s never fun having your car repaired but these guys make it as easy as possible and do beautiful work. I ve had my car repaired twice and it looks good as new.My last repair was a somewhat uncomfortable situation with the at-fault party wanting to pay without contacting insurance and getting involved at the shop. The gentlemen at Coastline really eased my fears and did a wonderful job communicating with both parties. I m so grateful for them!

I had a small dent in my bumper from an incident that happened over Christmas. I went to Coastline Collision only to get an estimate to give to the other party involved and just from the initial experience, I knew I wanted Coastline to fix my car. Scott was so helpful from start to finish, he helped me navigate the insurance process and made sure that I was given the best customer service possible, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. The results were perfect and I will 100% recommend Coastline to anyone, they are the best!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are awesome. They were really nice guys and they took care of my car really quick. I was replacing a side window on my car. They ordered the window and contacted me as soon as it came in. They did the replacement quickly and cleaned out all the broken glass in the door and in the car. The best repair shop I have ever been to.

Jerry was very nice and helpful so was Trent. I put my trust in them to get my Mazda cx-5 2021 fixed like new because I just purchased it in June of 2021 and it needs to come out super nice. I saw many Mazdas at Coastline Collision so I know that I took my Mazda to the right place to be correctly done with original Mazda parts because it is a brandnew carThank you Jerry.....Lisandra Castro

Had someone hit the back bumper of my daughter's car. The folks at coastline were professional, fair, assisted her on the insurance claim and completed an OEM repair expeditiously and on time. We were both pleased with the service.

Awesome place! I ve gone twice for door and window repairs and they ve always done a great job. I bring in my own parts and they install them, no questions asked. I ve never made an appointment with this place and just drop the car off. Always done within a few hours. Amazing service! Thanks guys.

Had my new Ford Focus fixed here. 4 weeks to repair the front end after a collision that should've taken a week.All the plastic prices that attached to the front bumper fell off frequently. The weatherstripping often falls off. I'm sure all could have been fixed with a few clips and screws, but they never seemed to have the time.Too busy pushing cars through and getting them out the door.They were very nice though.

Following some very costly damaged inflicted to my car and a significant amount of time needed to repair, JC kept me throughly updated with the progress of the car and was very attentive to my concerns. This is a fair and honest shop, and they did great work on my car. Thank you Coastline!

My gf had her car repaired their. Her car was only a week old when somebody hit her and she had a coupe and they pretty much had to do the whole right side. No frame damage and everything was repaired with quality OEM honda parts. Paint was super fresh and looked better than factory. These guys do an amazing job. Never had a problem and best of all they were able to order all the best and highest quality parts because insurance paid for it all

JC (the owner) is extremely friendly and trustworthy. He was very strait forward with what damage could be present, even if it may not be visible, while other shops I received quotes from said everything would need to be replaced without even taking anything apart.He also worked with me to make sure the insurance company (for the person who hit me) did not install any aftermarket parts. Paint was a perfect match and the quality of work was excellent.Not only this, but also a few weeks later I had a small part pop out of my bumper (after hitting a large bump in the road). I went in to purchase a replacement, but without question he said they would pay for a new part and paint it at no cost to me because the bumper is where the work was initially done.While I hope I do not need any bodywork in the future, I would without question bring my car back to Coastline. I recommend Coastline to anyone who is asking!

My 98 YO mom's 94 Camry got hit and was unusable. Kelly blue book was under $1,000 so we thought Kemper would "total" it and we would end up with a little cash but no car to use. Rudy Tabares, the Kemper adjuster, inspected the car and met with Gerry Chmiel, owner of Coastline Collision Center. They worked out a deal. The car got repaired and is beautiful. Thanks so much to both of them. Great job. Highly recommend them. Very nice to deal with.

Great experience! Super fast and affordable. They went above and beyond with customer service.My car looked fantastic when I got it back, they even vacuumed my kids mess that was under the carseat area!!! I planned on picking up my car and going to the carwash while the carseats were out and I didn't have to! Thank you guys, from a very busy mom of 2!

Good repair of rear quarter panel and door on a VW sportwagen. Paint matched well and no orange peel. Insurance covered so I don't know if it's cheap or expensive. They do lots of repairs for local VW and Mazda dealers which have me confidence.

They took care of my truck after an accident. Took me right over to the car rental place down the street.Truck was done in under three weeks. A Couple weeks later a basketball hoop fell and sheared off my mirror during a wind storm, they told me to order from Toyota and bring over and they did it for no charge.Thanks guys hopefully i don t need to come back soon, but that s not always in my control lol

Recommendation for Coastline Collision in San Juan Capistrano. My Jetta was T-Boned in "T" Street, San Clemente, while parked Sunday Memorial weekend-afternoon. The damage was extensive & VW San Juan Capistrano recommended going to experts who care about the customer & will do everything in their 30+ year experience to expedite! JC "Jerry" & Scott Berger made sure that my long term plans to go to Ventura & Lake Tahoe with my friends & family would not be thwarted! Kudos!
