Received excellent service from the first day I walked into this dealership! Was greeted by friendly staff! Was recommended to shop here by my neighbor & am so thankful I came in to shop for my new car. Terry Converse very helpful excellent sales person helped me till the end when finally purchased car here! Appreciate all the calls and info I was sent by Terry and Gary who I first spoke with before heading in. LOVE my "new" used certified 2021 Volkswagen Atlas SE it is beautiful and fully loaded. I am enjoying all the features! I received a car that was beyond what i was looking for met all i wanted in a car! I will definitely send friends & family here for new & used car needs. This dealer sells top quality certified used cars. I found no other dealer with cars that had this quality of used low miles and prices. Also the purchasing was easy online app and quick signing at finally purchase in and out with new car. Thank you! Also appreciate the phone calls thanking me for purchasing car here means a lot that Gary took the time to call.

My experience at Volkswagen Capistrano was amazing. I called the day before with a certain car in mind to make sure it was still available and to set an appointment ( 2023 Volkswagen Jetta SE, low miles). When I arrived first thing the next morning the car was right up front and ready for me. Buddy the salesman was amazing. He had a wonderful upbeat attitude that made the experience a lot more exciting. He explained the car features in detail and when we got back from the test drive I was pretty much sold on the car. I had been preapproved by my bank but decided to give the dealership a try and see what they would offer me. I have great credit, just shy of excellent, and they were able to offer me almost half the interest rate of what my bank offered me. They also offered me an extended warranty which I refused a few times before they offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I really feel like I walked out of that dealership with no regret and can honestly say that the price I paid for my car was extremely reasonable. It happened to be raining that day so Buddy told me to come back to get a wash and picture. I haven't made it back quite yet but I'm looking forward to it. Everyone who helped me was very kind including the salesperson, finance, and manager.

This was the easiest and nicest experience I have ever had buying a car. The staff was amazing and everyone I spoke to really seemed to care that I had a good experience. I was never bothered with unwanted phone calls after I first inquired, I live about 80 miles away and they made the buying process as easy as could be. They even delivered the vehicle to my home. I never leave reviews but this experience was too good not tell others about.

My experience with the service department was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding assistance provided by Zander Esterley, the service advisor. Zander's genuine warmth, reliability, and knack for putting smiles on customers' faces made every interaction a pleasure. I can confidently say that this dealership stands out for its strong leadership and efficient operation. Both the service and sales departments have consistently exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Don't go here if you value your time.I called and made an appointment to sell a newer VW that my family no longer needed. Showed up at the agreed upon time and waited around for 30 minutes before the only salesperson that can do purchases finally came out and told me he was with another customer buying their car (so apparently appointments are meaningless?). He told me he would need another 30 minutes before he'd be able to work with me and I would be waiting around for at least an hour past my appointment time, so I walked out and will go elsewhere.Their loss--this vehicle was less than a year old with 5k miles and I wasn't looking to haggle. Just wanted to get it sold and out of my driveway.

Whenever we need service always drive the extra distance from Anaheim Hills to Capo. Bought 3 cars from them do far.Always treated great in sales and service departments.Also Brad in service is great and goes the extra mile, even offering advice for my daughter who has a VW in Texas.

The experience here has been great all around. From the purchase experience to the service experience. My appointment was with Zander and I arrived a little early so Fred was wonderful and for my paperwork stayed until Zander was ready. Both were very personable and friendly and I was able to get in a rental to not sit there all day. When the car was ready it was a quick process to pay and be on my way. The team here is amazing

I just bought out my third leased car from CapoVW & they could not have made it easier or more enjoyable. I can t imagine going anywhere else for a car after 9yrs of great experiences. Highly recommend.

If you're coming to Capo VW to purchase a car, don't deal with anyone else but Buddy. When I was at the dealership, I noticed that everyone else was pretty dry and no one even offered to help me, except Buddy. He's amazing. He's funny, helpful, so positive, and he knows a lot about Volkswagen. I put a deposit for my ID.4 a month ago and it wasn't ready until a couple days ago, but he would update me along the way because he knew how excited I was and he just wants the best for his customers. Once my car arrived, I told him I was very busy to come in and sign papers, so he drove 20 miles to me and delivered my new car (while it was pouring rain). Days later, and he's been texting me and helping me with charging my car.

Everything was fine until the Finance person pushed for the usual maintenance service agreement quoting that without it, it would cost $2,200 for a wheel alignment! NOT TRUE! Lying to customers to get more business is unethical. After speaking with the sales manager, he only admitted to a "misunderstanding". I got a new Finance person to close the deal the next day.BTW, I was a CASH customer and had no need for financing.

No pressure environment. Our salesman, Buddy Holguin was very friendly and knowledgeable, he seemed to know every nuance of the vehicle that we were looking at and provided great insights. Additionally, the technician handling the pre-delivery prep was friendly and seemed to take a great deal of pride in his work.

I had to have 2 recall repairs on my Beetle.I was directed to Capistrano Volkswagon for the repair. Great customer service, very professional.Repairs were done in a few hours. My car came back washed.I was very impressed with the service. I will definitely return.

The oil change was fine. What I don t like is that I was told by the dealership when we bought the car there were two free oil changes. When I brought the car in for the first oil change (oil change light said I had 14 days till oil change) I was told the first free oil change had lapsed. Really? Penalty for low mileage usage? When I went off the cars indicator? Shame on Capo VW. I ll get my car serviced by honest mechanics.

My car stayed overnight for an oil change because the dealerships failures. I brought it in at 7am and didn t get it back until the next day. I specifically changed my schedule and brought it in early as possible so I would receive it back in a timely manner. I was told it would be done by noon, and it was actually done at 11am. Nobody called me! I called multiple times to see what was going on and specifically said that morning that I need my vehicle before the afternoon. I was assured that it would be ready. I never received a call, and my calls to service went to voicemail. I have lost trust with you guys. Prices are increasing at a ridiculous rate while your service quality has decreased. I held up my side of the bargain by paying the full price for service while your guys just make mistakes and have terrible customer service and screwed me over because I didn t have a vehicle to get to work. I lost money because my car was not back in my possession at the time it was promised, you guys still made money. How is that fair?Also. I showed up at 6:50 to drop my car off for my 7am appointment because I was in a rush and wanted to drop it off as quick as possible. Doors were open and I came in. The entire service team told me to just sit and wait and continued to ignore me until 7:02 (I was literally watching the clock to see how long this would go on for because I couldn t believe they would do that to a costumer) while they sat around and talked and joked with each other while I was the only customer in the building.You guys will read this and just be like, oh well because you get paid regardless. Pretty obvious that customers come second and money comes first for your business, I ll take my car anywhere else from now on.

I walked in and though there was a counter of four men on computers, no one asked if I needed help. I stood there for 15 minutes before I asked for help. I was picking up my car (they had called and said it was done); however, the entire process to get my car took over 45 minutes when it should have taken 5. I don't feel the customer service is anywhere near acceptable here.

Best car service experience I have had in years. Spoke with the service department about our issues and they got us in same-day, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and fixed our convertible hardtop within a few days. That would have taken a week plus at our service department in Virginia. 100% percent satisfied. Thanks Brad and team!

Don't waste your time here. Sales staff is full of retired geriatrics. No sense of urgency. They play the whole "I need to talk to the finance manager" to get you a deal. If you try to use vw promo rates they inflate the price of the car, so you end up paying more for the car @ 4.9%. Then the scumbag retired airforce finance manager writes a low credit score on a piece of paper and says you only qualify for 19% apr. Um my credit is 750. I went thru my credit union and bought a 2024 atlas se/with technology from Ontario vw. At 7.24% my payment was 150 lower then what quoted at 4.9%.

Nick and Edward are the best. Nick gave me the best price right off the bat and made the entire process seamless. Lots of transparency and I was definitely taken care of. They went the extra mile to make sure it was worth my drive from LA and I will definitely be going back to see them for any future purchases. Two great guys and a fantastic dealership. Absolutely love my car!

I just purchased a Tiguan from Capo Volkswagen. I traded my Mazda CX5 in for the new 2024 Tiguan. I could not be more pleased with this purchase. Everyone at Capo Volkswagen was wonderful but Julio Ruiz made the experience enjoyable. His professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle made the entire experience easy. Nick the sales manager and Paul in financial were also great to work with. I would definitely recommend Capo Volkswagen to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ask for Julio and you won t be disappointed. My car is less than 1 year old with 7,000 miles. I reported a wiper blade that streaked and a door handle that was pulling away from the door. I was told the wiper blade was out of warranty and that since I had done some body work on the car, the door handle must have been damaged at that time. However, the front passenger side door handle was a problem months before the car went into the body shop, and the body work was on the front driver side bumper. I called the service manage to discuss these issues, but he did return my call.

I'm on my third VW through Capistrano Volkswagen. Their service Department is exceptional. I've never dealt with a better car dealership. Had a problem with my older CC the other day, and they were able to take my car the same day and have repairs completed the next. The car had a problem with the intake manifold and VW surprisingly covered that even though my car was out of warranty. great service.

I'm new to the area and looking for a new go-to VW dealer. I have loved VWs since the 1960s and owned probably a dozen different models over the years. I found Capistrano VW to be both professional and courteous, and I really appreciate the care I received from Fred in the service department.

I had an excellent experience with Capistrano Volkwagen Julio was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future

From check in to completion they are very efficient and friendly. Comfortable waiting area with Starbucks coffee, tea and water.I waited for my car to finished. While waiting, the guy working on my car texted me a video of everything he checked with narrative .And they wash your car!
