I ve been 3 or 4 times for tires and I find their prices reasonable and their service wonderful. Today (5:45pm on a Friday) I realized in San Diego I had a low tire; I filled it up and drove home, picked up my son from soccer and I d already lost 15psi. Worried about leaving the tire overnight I luckily drove by as they were closing. I asked if they could take a look and quickly they found the screw, pulled it and plugged it -staying late on a Friday to take care of me. In addition they gave my son $1 for a drink out of the vending machine; couldn t be nicer or better service. Highly recommend and will 100% be taking my car for tires and brakes to Capo Brakes and Tires again.

terrible service, terrible customer service, unacceptable work done, and over payed for a terrible job. if you care about your car and want an honest quote followed by honest work steer clear of this establishment! I REPEAT STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. they sent me home with 2 missing hubcaps and a missing hose that couldn t severely damaged my car. SCREW JAVIER AND SCREW ALAN DISHONEST WORK DOESNT BELONG IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE LIKE SAN JUAN RUN THESE IDIOTS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!

Took car today to fix my radiator and they said it s not fixable when it really is. Oh and if it wasn t then why did let my car sit there half day and I got no call about them telling me it s not fixable. They waited till I went to go pick up my car.

I towed my vehicle to replace one tire. Prices are to the sky $256.00 ONE ONlY for a Toyota SiennaI suggest you to call before and ask prices because once you re there, they take a vantage off your needs.

Professional, efficient, affordable. Comfortable and clean waiting area with 2 tvs screens. One turn off 405. Walk to shopping, restaurants, coffee, groceries.

Javier and his team were super helpful when I ran into tire trouble. They were all friendly, prompt and clear about what was going on. I also felt their prices were fair. Here's hoping I don't have to deal with any tire or brake issues anytime soon, but if I do, I would go back!

We traveled to San Juan Capistrano for a concert but damaged our bumper in a parking lot. Capistrano Brake and Tire was gracious enough to see us before they closed up for the night and made sure that we could get back to Phoenix safely. Tommy was awesome and extremely helpful. Thank you, if I lived in town I would recommend them to everyone.

Got a flat and needed my tire patched, as well as needing my back tires replaced due to the tread on my tires being worn down over time. Staff was very helpful + friendly and the prices were very affordable/not more than what I anticipated paying. Thank you so much for your help!

I can honestly say that I have used Capistrano Goodyear at least 10 times over the past 10 years. Simply tire repairs, tire replacement and a couple of major repairs. I believe they have always treated me well, charged me a fair price and I have never had one complaint with their products or services.

NOT HONEST!!! I thought I needed brakes so I called CapistranoTire and brake for a quote.. Oscar at the front desk said I would need to drop it off for at least one hour for a brake. About an hour and a half later I got a text with a quote of $431.00. I ok'd it, A half hour later I got another text saying that I needed drums and the price was now $648. I replied that they had my car to inspect it, quoted me and now want $200+??? I responded and canceled the repair. Ten minutes later I got (3rd) text saying they could do it fir $563 with generic brand parts. They were bargaining. I refused. I took my car to Streamline Automotive gave them the quote, they inspected the brakes and said they were ripping me off. The part they were charging $200+already came as part of the brakes. Turns out I have padding for up to a year, I am grateful for Streamline's honesty. were so honest

Unprofessional,Bad Attitudes,and Not Honest. Couldn't quote me on a repair I didn't request to be inspected but had to pay for anyway. Due to their parts department being closed wich is understandable but if they were so eager to take my money why couldn't they atleast call me to follow up with a quote? Because they just don't care I will never choose convenience over a quality mechanic again.

Some people are good there but the so-called manager in the garage, Allen, is a big time dishonest and unfriendly, incapable person. I went for an oil change and I called beforehand and asked if they check the fluids. The nice lady on the phone said yes. So, I dropped the car off for two items, oil change about $70 coupon and AC maintenance about $60 coupon. They changed the oil and I paid extra because I needed more oil. Fine. I waited another hour for AC maintenance. Finally at the front desk Javier said he cannot fix it and if you want to wait more you must pay $140.The first discrepancy because the coupon stated AC maintenance $60. I said it was too much and they charged me just for the oil. I went home and checked my fluid and they were the same as I before. No water for wiper, no oil for transmission and no antifreeze was added.I went there again the next day but I went inside garage and talked the mechanic named Allen. I told him did you check the fluid. He answered yes. I said why you did not add. He said we just look and we do not add if it was low. We just tell you it is low.The Second lie because they did not tell me that my fluids were low and they just gave me the car. That showed that he had never checked. Especially the brakes fluid was very low. Anyway, I told him, I can look myself. What is the use. And told him the lady at the front desk said you must add. He replied, it cost too much if we add we have to charge you extra.So, I went inside the office and told the lady the story. She said he was wrong he must add. We went again inside the garage with the lady. He refused to add. Firstly, he showed the antifreeze tank and said that needs just water. I told him, that he was wrong that is the antifreeze tank. The wiper tank is in the other side with and obvious engraving of the wiper and also no water was added to that. He did not even know the difference between the antifreeze tank and the wiper one. The second mechanic new better than him. So, he added some fluid in front of us. I am not sure how this Allen guy became a manager. He said Ihe was not going to open a 40-gallon tank for me; it cost too much. I said there are already pumps ready in the garage and it just need half a cup of oil costing nothing. I can buy at Walmart the whole gallon for cheap. I told him the lady says you must do it it. He said that he was above her and he would not do it and arrogantly left the conversation.So, there was nothing to do. I told the lady that he is not honest and he is not a good manager. A good manager pleases the client and for few dollars which are not even from his pocket he did not cooperate and gave the service. That lady expressed her apology. But the work was not completely done on my car and I need to go and buy the fluids and add myself. At this point I am not even sure that my oil is changed properly.I do not call this a full, honest and professional service. Allen probably cheats on every client to save money for his boss, probably a cousin. Especially the older clients do not check if the service is done or not. They leave the place assuming the car is serviced. Later when there is a problem they have to go back and pay for more. That is not a correct way of doing business. In fact, I wonder why so many people cheat these days. It is very sad. After 10 years, I will not go there anymore unless they change Allen in the garage to somebody professional.

i have been taking my vehicle here for over a decade. it s difficult walking into a mechanic as a single female worrying about getting taken advantage of just because i don t have a stinky t-shirt & pit stains. the staff here is honest, capable & professional. real people who treat me like one too & have gone above & beyond on multiple occasions throughout the years to make sure i am driving around safely.shout out to Javier, Allen & the many five-star team members at Capo Tire & Brake!~much love, Natalie

Highly recommend this place to anybody. Had to go there on an emergency twice. Was greeted the exact same way both times. I learned the name of one young man named Joshua and he was extremely helpful. Prices were very good. And the mechanic was super informative and personal. Definitely recommend it. Will now be our personal place to take our cars.

I just went in today for a flat tire repair and was only charged 30$! They even did it under 30 minutes. Honda didn't want to do it for 40$ and instead tried to sell me a new tire...anyways these people are honest and I am going to recommend them to anybody who needs to fix their tire from nail or screw. It was our first time there and Javier and Allen took great care of us. They were able to get us in right away for a smog test. I've never had such a smooth an easy time with a smog test. We've found a new home. This is a shop I can trust.

Totally inept, said they would call every step of the way during the fixing of my issues. No call, went back after 2 hours and they said they couldn't help me. So don't waste your time going here cause they don't care.

They promptly got me in and smogged my vehicle. Professional and courteous staff. I was out of there in less than 30 mins. and paid a very fair price for their service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Great job, gentlemen!

Thong and his staff are excellent. I have been going here for a couple years now. I have two older vehicles (7 & 15 yrs) and these guys treat me great. They tell me straight up what is really needed and what can wait. Prices are very reasonable and Thong ensures you are a satisfied customer.

I cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone. If there's an ounce of doubt after reading this review, trust your gut. Do not go here. There's so many other place you can bring your car where your business will be appreciated and you will be treated with respect. I would happily pay more for both and would happily drive farther as well.

These guys were awesome (particularly Oscar)! I showed up 20 minutes before close and they repaired my tire even though it kept them late. This was my second visit to this shop and both times I received great service.

My tire blew-out on the freeway going through Capistrano. I found Capo Tire & Brake and even though they didn't carry the tire I needed he made an offer to mount a good used one to get me back on the road. Saved my bacon, as I just made it in-time to an important appointment. Couldn't have been nicer or faster helping me, a stranger from San Diego. A+ to this tire shop for doing the right thing even if it wasn't a money maker.

Went in after getting my truck lifted and wheels and tires just for a alignment ... WRONG CHOICE!!!! They scratched all 4 of my NEW RIMS now all they say is we are not responsible for scratching your rims Why wouldn t you inform the customer about not being able to protect the wheel. This is so Ridiculous that one needs to go throw all this. People should just be a bit more Courteous and take pride in your work.. worst company I ve ever gone to.. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Traveling from Utah our A/C went out in Barstow Friday afternoon. Midas quoted us $1,200 to replace the compressor and it wouldn't be done until the next day. We had to drive through in 110 degree weather with 2 toddlers to San Juan Capistrano to make our hotel reservation and beach vacation that night. So we called ahead to Capistrano Tire (Goodyear) to see if they could help us, because they were walking distance from our hotel. Josh ordered the parts Friday night. We dropped the car off Saturday 8 am, they gave my husband a ride back to our hotel and they repaired our car by 1 pm on Saturday for $694. Friendly, honest, and speedy service saved our vacation!

Don t go here. They are a rip off, doesn t this seem like a crazy bill? They Installed the wrong filters and used regular oil, but charged for synthetic (I watched them pour it). On top of it, they failed to repair the tire. The only reason I paid is because I had to get to my flight. They promised one hour service, barley finished in two and a half (still didn t fix the flat).
