This was my first experience with Caliber Collision. I chose them because it was an option from Farmers Insurance for the vehicle damage my car sustained from a Farmers client. The whole process was super easy. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I was kept up to date from the estimator, Taylor, about the process and when I could expect to be completed. Everything happened according to plan and my car looked great. I'm super happy with the results. It's as good as new. Thank you for great customer service.

Recently had my car repainted at caliber collision in San Juan and had a fantastic experience. They went above and beyond to deliver world class service. Taylor was very nice and super helpful. Brought my car into Jake at Caliber Monday morning and was told I could have my car back Friday morning. He communicated with me the entire time and got me my car back one day early which meant quite a bit to me. I definitely recommend Caliber and especially recommend Jake. Thank you. Reagan was super professional and took care of the repairs faster than I expected! All my cars will be repaired at the San Clemente Caliber Collision from now on and I will spread the word! Could not be happier! The repairs are better than than I expected. The repair was on a BMW and I am very critical, it looks flawless!!!!!

This shop, especially with Taylor taking care of you, is amazing. I live in the other side of the Laguna shop and will continue to drive past them to come here. 10:10 Finished ahead of schedule, constant updates on the car, and superb workmanship, could not ask for more. By far the best experience for vehicle repairs. They keep you informed through calls or texts, your choice. They get things done quick and efficiently. The repairs made the car look brand new and just off the lot. I love Caliber Collisions.

Amazing quick and reliable service from the caliber team here!!! I was helping my grandfather find a facility to fix his vehicle after the first shop quoted a ridiculous amount and still hadn't scheduled him after 6 months. Ryan Guerrero quickly got on it working with me and my grandfather to make sure the job was done quick and easy, he even called us 4 days earlier than expected to let us know know the job was done and the car was ready!! if you need a quality body shop that treats you like family and does amazing work id look no further than Ryan and the crew over at caliber san Juan. It took 3 months to fix a job that should have taken 3 weeksI had to have them do the body work over 3 times and they still didnt fix it. I was lied to and they gave me excuse after excuse my car still needs more painting to be done and today I have to take it to get aligned, which they said they did they used an after market fender and where it bolts to the car they beat with a hammer then painted over it and said thats how it supposed to look; why cant anyone take pride in thier jobs anymorethat whole crew needs to get firedIf I had the money and time I would sue them

They are not equipped or they like to say they are not able to install anything the doesn't latch and screw... with an appointment and without even seeing the vehicle, I was told that my 98 mercedes is too old as well as they're not able to work on it or even give a quote for insurance. So f y'all Hire anyone other than the laborers you have currently, otherwise I'll have to call your nonexistent supervisor

I was very impressed with Caliber Collision. It's not fun having to get your car fixed after someone hits you but they made my whole experience painless. I called and they let me come get an estimate the same day and then turned my car in for repairs the following week. Service is excellent. They were able to fix it in expected time. Only issue was communication, you may have to call multiple time due to unavailablility of the person but they will return your call. Also had to schedule a appointment just to drop of my truck which only took ten minutes to do so.

From the moment I met with Taylor he was very professional and kind. He thoroughly inspected my Mercedes E350 sedan for the damage that was done. I was rear ended by someone and my bumper needed some body work and paint. He was honest and trustworthy and explained the work that was needed and would also let me know if anything not seen visually was damaged and needed to be repaired. He didn't cut any corners and restored my bumper back to looking new! He gave me clear expectations on time frame my car would be in the shop. I brought it in on a Monday and it was done by Friday. I didn't have a ride home and he gave me a ride and then dropped off my car to me when it was done. His manager was also very courteous and made sure that any concerns I had were addressed. The work was exceptional and I was very satisfied with their overall service. The two ladies at the front desk were also very kind and courteous. I will use Caliber Collision again for any body work needed on my vehicles! I was in an accident where I thought my car would be totaled. When Orlando at Caliber examined it, he assured me they could fix it . I was really nervous that the car wouldn t be quite the same , at the very minimum maybe discoloration etc from replaced parts I have to say, I am so impressed with their work when I picked up my car it looked like mint factory condition with an entirely new coat of paint. I am truly grateful because I was not ready to let my car go, it s the best I ve owned! Thank you to Orlando and the Caliber team for being communicative, and providing an overall positive experience despite a difficult circumstance! They have to deal with people who are having a rough day (car accidents, insurance etc.) and they are truly professionals.

This place was amazing they fix my car very fast! Everyone was super nice and was more than willing to go above and beyond. They updated me every step of the process and even cleaned my card and shined my tires! Caliber Collision is the only repair shop that I will use. They are privately owned, many locations, a lifetime warranty and the quality of their work is great. Imagine working with insurance companies that don't want to pay and stressed out customers that have to have their vehicle repaired. Everyone was pleasant and courteous, not too busy to care. The receptionists were welcoming, smiling, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Our service adviser Orlando Calderon was attentive, responsive, a good communicator and always updated us of their progress. They will do "The Right Thing" and are pretty good at it. The people make the difference. We are "Completely Satisfied" and would definitely recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We got rear-ended and were told to look for a body shop. I grew up in San Juan and have seen Caliber there for years so I thought I'd give them a try, and am happy I did. They were in constant contact with regard to updates on the car, finished within their estimated time frame, did a great job with the repair, and even put a really nice interior and exterior detail on the car.
