The owner is a scammer beware. Bait & switch grab. The owner offered a deal and price too good to be true even reconfirming with the owner. Once all finished, will dramatically switch up the price on you not recalling a single thing about his offer

Came in with car tires issues. Talked to owner and we agreed to trade my Subaru OEM rime for another set that would fir my car and at the end the owner tried to charge me over $400 for the deals. Told him that's not we agreed with and made them change my tires back. Owner was rude and disrespectful and didn't care. Never going back to them again

The aftertaste on my mouth after walking away was dishonesty.It is very unfortunate when you come across dishonest people and businesses.For decades on this Earth and I have never had anybody tell me that a nail on a tire was no good and I needed a new tire?You guys tried selling me a tire after I tried patching my tire like any ordinary tire I have seen in many decades. There's much more to say but it starts from management all the way down and all of you guys should be really ashamed of yourselves.You can always cut employees hours or adjust to the economy rates but being dishonest will not make you more profit.I asked for a patch and you guys were going to patch it which is okay I guess but to have another employee come by and recommend plugging it and then having your plug pour out in front of my eyes in less than 48 hours is very unacceptable especially when you're having your family transported.Luckily I was seeing what my dashboard and had a warning of my tire pressure being less than 10 psi all of the sudden.And then you guys tell me on the phone that I was warned by theTire worker that the plug was not going to be guaranteed? Well I asked for a patch but see you guys back yourselves up like a business and I understand that up to a degree! But we're talking about wheels and people traveling which could cause a real bodily injury or death! You guys take this too lightly but more people with feedback like mine will eventually be the toll and paper trails in front of the judge!It was very eerie and awkward coming across the same worker who tried up selling me to a new tire just for a single nail hole, on the liquor market ,down the street where I was breaking a large dollar bill and seeing him purchasing his beer just several minutes after driving out.Se pasan raza!

I have been coming here for over 40 years, friendly people that do good work and the prices and good. I come here for tired and to service my vehicles.

Called to check if they had used tires in my size. The woman on the phone said yes so I came in. My initial interaction with the crew was HORRIBLE. They were rude and the front desk MAN sent me away immediately without checking his inventory. I went ahead and left but called back to verify if I had the right address. The woman explained that there was miscommunication within the crew. I said okay(because of price) and came back. The man at the front desk was rude and sarcastic as to why I would return. She had to come out and tell him that the tire was put to the side. I would not recommend women coming alone. This man was rude and there was only one gentleman in the crew that didn t start sarcastically talking in Spanish. I believe they thought I was not bilingual.(made comments about my tires being not the same brand name and yelled out a comment when I was doing a look over of the services rendered) Never coming back again.

Went to get my tire patched since there was a nail in it. I have always paid $20 for the patch. After the tire was patched, the guy working on it told me it would be $30. I asked him why is it $30 now, I have always paid $20. He told me to speak to the "boss". I went over to talk to the "boss" and asked him why it's now $30. He had no answer or explanation. I told him that if you suddenly decide to change the price for a service, you should let your customers know beforehand. He got irritated when I pointed this all out to him and told me, "Just give me $25 and don't come back here". I would advise anyone coming to this shop to ask their prices beforehand and get a receipt for it, since they have decided they can charge a random amount with no explanation or warning.

I went in for a nail on my tire. I asked for a price to pull the nail, and patch the hole. I was told $20. I then showed where the nail was (edge of the inside) and asked if it could be patched. The guy said it would be no problem with a patch/plug combination.The first attempt was a fail, so a second patch/plug needed to be used.After getting the tire fixed, I was billed $25.I told the guy, I was quoted $20. He said he needed to charge more because it was a patch/plug, not just a patch. He had "just forgot to tell me" it cost more, and because a second one was used (due to an application error).I told him he needed to be up front about the prices before and that a second one being used shouldn't be a penalty for me to pay.You can see it was $20 on the receipt but then changed to $25 at the last second.I don't mind paying $5 more, I just don't like the dishonesty.

I bough new all terrain tires and went here to do the alignment. They used a stick instead of the laser machine. My front tires wore very unevenly very fast. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR AN ALIGNMENT

Went in this this morning at the time they open and I was the only one there and it's 12:30pm and they're still not done. Just for a set of new tires. Never ever going there again.

When Pep Boys says they can't fix it due to policy (I need new tires, soon.), this place repaired my nail impaled tire fast and at a great price. $10 - $15 option. Friendly and efficient service by Alex. Plenty of bayes and staff.

Came here a few times for my brakes and tire needs.. Fair pricing.. The owner runs a clean tight staff.. They re very knowledgeable and very helpful. All in all a good little spot right here in the city of San Fernando.

These guys changed a part on my car. They removed clips from plastic pieces and didnt replace them. When i left i was dragging parts of my car underneath. Instead of fixing the clips they removed the whole plastic and left it for me to fix. Horrible experience.

Fair and honest prices , I needed a tire sensor replaced , Gentleman at the counter helped me out , told me exactly what was going on , didn't try to rip me off like a previous place I had just came from ..definitely go back .

Horrible service !! Stopped by for a nail in tire patch and was qouted a price, once service was rendered went in to get a service invoice and price was changed by manager. When I told him that's not the price I was qouted, " he stated well that's what it is" . First and only time I will ever go HERE!

Well first off I call over the phone if they do a alignments MY exact words (do u HAV a computer)n their answer uses so I take as I was waiting I see a computer but at any time I see him using it then the mechanic says pay inside so I do that I ask for the print out they say computer's to old! Then I bring it to the supervisors attn I tell him that's false advertisement n he Rudy responds ever since then took it back cause they did a poorly job they treated me really bad No customers service at all I learned mine by given them money PPL BEWARE

This place really sucks plus rude service from the owner never pay before you get your work done they put my tires on and they broke the caps that good in the middle I was very upset the owner said what do you want me to do. Bad bad service

I called to see if they sell used tires. The lady on the phone who answered said they did, when they transferred me to a sales person on the floor, he said they didnt sell any and just hung up on me. I then went to the location to see what was going on as i have never received such rude service on the phone. I wanted to know why one person said they sold used tires, and another person said they didnt. They refused to answer my question, and threatened to call the police on me. This type of low class customer service should not be tolerated and we do not need these types of businesses in our community. Dont give them your business. There are a bunch of shops less than 2 blocks away.

What a joke!!! No basic customer service!All the 5star reviews are their own employees.Do not go there. They say all sales are final. Of course they can not stand behind their service. That is why!!!Bought a wheel on ebay with local pickup. I drove from Ktown to San fernando to pick it up. Upon trying to install the wheel to the tire I found that my tire had a hole. I bought used tire from this shop for $41.50. Then I drove back home (ktown). When I arrived after driving 20miles, the tire I bought was flat. I called them and told them the situation and requested $41.50 refund through ebay since I live so far. They refused to refund my money unless I return the flat tire (which is useless tire) or refused to compensate for me driving back and forth to return old used and now flat tire. Ridiculous!!!

Good tire service but alignment is not done the right way they only adjust toe and say that camber and caster are good when they didn't even check it .I was watching to see what they did .I'm a auto tech so I know my stuff ...

One of the worst tire shop experiences of my life, sales person was so disrespectful along with the people putting the tires. I do not recommend this place for anyone, I rather pay $200 a tire than give this place any dollar.

Walked in and no one at the cashier. Then I found someone at another desk and they seemed bothered that I asked them for help. Place looks chaotic and definitely disorganized. Crossing it off list of places for tires.

Went to get my rim fixedThey messed up and when I called them out they placed the blame on something elseThe worker admitted he s was lazy and I left to get it fixed somewhere else

I called looking for information on a wheel for my car and was treated very rudely over the phone. Will not be calling back or taking my car there for any type of service!!!
