I've been coming to WC San Fernando for a couple of years now, and I can say the parts department has been improving dramatically. I've been recently getting great service form Javier P. He is cordial, professional and always ready to help. If you are concerned with prior experiences you may have had, make sure you ask for Javier and you'll see what I'm talking about.New! More wavs to react to reviews.

I repaired my truck here few times last year . Simple repairs take a month, or not less than 3 weeks. they never guarantee anything, just drop your truck and every few days they say it s gonna be few more days. 70% of the time I called them, manager is not there. Huge attitude. I understand this business is very busy, but the service they provide is WORST SERVICE EVER. Last time they asked me to confirm the estimate before they start repair and few days after I called them . And they asked me for the confirmation that I already did. Means I wasted few times just cause they don t read emails carefully. Contacting the manager takes 2-3 times before his answer. I had to resend same email with important question. One time before maintenance I asked how much will cost standard oil change for box truck and they said 350-450$ then after they did it the bill was 480. Last time my maintenance has to be covered by warranty , I paid the bill cause I didn t want to wait for 3 days to confirmation from Hino after 4 weeks of the simple repair of filter. I was waiting for the refund . They asked me to provide fuel receipts confirmed I paid for truck diesel . I sent them . Later they asked me to provide receipts of fuel filters (every 20k miles). I gave them receipts where says I changed them every 10k mikes during every oil change . They declined to give me my money back cause they say I was using not the original filters. These guys robbing people and truck businesses . WORST service and REPAIR EVER. All they do is repairing your trucks for weeks for 2x price and can t even answer the phone or emails on time.

A little over a week ago I broke down on I-5 just at the end of the truck route coming out of the Newhall Pass. After a few phone calls I was able to get ahold of Nestor who happened to be in the San Fernando area & he sent Victor out to see what was wrong. Long story short, I was the lower radiator hose and Victor had me up & running in no time. Very much satisfied with the service.Mark BielawskiShocker Transport LLC.

Came in today with an appointment for an oil change took more then two when it came down to making the payment took them other 45 mins to find out how to charge $500 for an oil change I would not recommend this place to anyone bad customer service rude they have like 30 people working here with everyone walking around playing games wasting time then upon leaving they forgot to reset the oil light unreal waste of time

If you are looking for an honest and well reputable company, well look somewhere else. Spent over 12K on repairs on my Hino truck that they were never done, computer, gaskets...two weeks after engine light came on again and tuck it back for assessment ($385) they said it needs a driving performance test over $800 plus the repair. Spoke to an honest mechanic and told me to get the truck out there, so i went to pick it up and they keep saying that i was going to do more damage to the truck. After discussing after 10 minutes got my track and drive away and magicly the two warning lights were off and the truck is running perfect!!This review is going to be on yelp and i will try to reach Hino main headquarters by email.If you need more proof search on yelp to see what i am talking about!

Very Bad Customer Service. I had to wait for almost 6 months to get my truck repaired. At the end of the day, I still had issues with the transmission, which wasn t fixed properly! After 6 months! Not only my business lost a lot of money, I had to find another repair shop, which got it fixed within a month.I never had my money refunded.

I brought in a truck for repairs. It was just a computer problem causing a derate coz of the def. Guess what these guys are so unprofessional. All they think is charge you and sit behind the computer . No part bought nothing. Computer use was like $300 then $3500 labor. I can assure you they are just wrong inexperienced people to deal with.

Be careful when purchasing from this place. Bought a piece for my Isuzu truck. for nearly 400.It was just the plastic cover with 0 components. Brought to my mechanic and asked me what that was. He told me to return it that he would get me the whole system for a lot cheaper than what I paid for the plastic cover alone.They told me that they could not return me my money... even though everything is new and it's Original packing.I wanted to buy spark plug cables wich they were trying to charge me nearly 200 and would have to order them.I bought the cables, the spark plugs, The rotor and the spark pug distribution cap for 200, what they would of charged me for the cables ALONE. If you have an Isuzu truck NAPA auto parts have a lot of the parts for ALOT Cheaper.DONT BE SCAMMED!!

First, this place is high-priced. The way they are trying to scam you with extra unnecessary parts just to charge you more. And these parts are much more expensive than in any other places. Second, workers are very unprofessional. Also there is no way you can reach them out, no response on emails/calls.

Counter guys are fantastic the reason why I gave this place one star is because their corporate office in Arizona is always hiking the prices on there customer accounts I've gone round and round with them they will drop the price then the following month hike it right back up. I used to do a lot of business here, no longer have gone to other International Dealers that that have been consistently more affordable.

horrible service. getting your truck to this dealer will make your local rent a truck richer with everyday you have 1 or more than 1 trucks short because of those incompetent people to correctly diagnose and take the correct steps to have it fix. while it sit over there once in a while a technician will visit it and "check" and will add 1 hour, half an hour at a rate of $105 per hour. its better to have your truck sitting in your yard and get on the phone book to have a mobile guy to come in. these are the hard working diesel man, no fix or diagnose you don't pay. the hell with those scamers. you need to chase them at all times, they will tell you that they know whats needs to be done and by the time you call to follow up (after you waited their call all day) the guy that told you that the truck will be ready is long go and the night guy don't know what you are talking about.

I feel sorry for the people who lost their cars and I wish you well OK life is tough this is Los Angeles and I am it s all about money Ioana now about the action this is one of the best places to come and buy a vehicle by a BMW 750 for like six of 100 bucks and then put another is going to be 1 million problems with the car but you gonna fix it put another $2000 in it and then for $3000 you re going to have a nice BMW to drive around for this movie I m a film director so I need an expensive car you re not so building for the 3000 just google me you know George Anton it s a good deal get a call from Mia make a $50,000 car out of the $3000 nice BMW 750 IL long one in order I need the expensive car in on the film director of my name is George Anton and I need an expensive car that they can meet Producer s and I have executive producer from bottom mount on the brothers stuff like that anyway guys I wish you well good luck buying a car again I m sorry for the ones that they lost the vehicles with this vehicles are being sold like cattle with dump all the property that and probably somebody Donald tickets I don t know how Apple discussed but they just grab them from the street is selling them here so good luck everyone five stars

DO NOT go to this service. They are unprofessional. They DO NOT reply on emails, they Do NOT call back. Takes forever to fix/resolve the issue. If you want to SAVE yourself some time and money, avoid this place at all cost.

Parts prices are always higher than other International dealerships, and they charge you shipping to bring it down from their other warehouse. Ridiculous.

Horrible service stand clear, these guys claim they are working on your truck daily only to try an run up bills. They called us 2 separate time to tell us the trucks ready, only to drive 5 miles and again the check engine light comes on. Really, dont you road test? They have had the truck for 30 days and they claim they still dont know whats wrong.

If you re a small company don t go there Shane and Victor and Paula Will lie to you the will keep your truck there forever and not know what s wrong with it charged twice for diagnostics. They called me and said my truck was ready gave it back to me leaking oil after pay almost 8k for all repairs still not working ac BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! They will screw you over!!!!!!! Also lied about giving me gas cards for the inconvenience Shane beware of him horrible service manager

I called to ask for a part availability and their price, for about 3 minutes they didn't answer, when they finally did it was for the known "would you please hold?" And they never picked up again!! It was about 5:25 when I first called, they answered again by 6:08 just to hang up again!! Never doing business with them again!!

I bought a clutch June last year ,the clutch never work in my truck I have to back and returned they said in order to give me my money back they have to inspected with the company who make the clutch, is been almost 8 months and never hear from them i call the manager of the part department Adriana Mendoza many times and leave a message she never call me back ,She doesn't care about customers and don't know what customer services is about, save your time and headache and buy from GIBBS INTERNATIONAL better customer servises

I only use Amsoil in my pick-up truck. RWC Group always has Amsoil motor oil in stock. I don't know of any other store that has it.

Used to be Borner. I recommend putting"truck" somewhere in your name, "group"sounds like you're a rock band.Much easier to locate you if you're from out of town and looking for "truck sales and service or parts"
