I don't recommend anybody to go pick up any glass at this warehouse. but if you don't have any other choice expect to wait from 40 minutes to an hour plus minutes for you to get your glass at any time of the day. If you do complain they offer you to close your account or go somewhere else ((( IF YOU Don't LIKE IT WITH ATTITUDE ))) . THIS COMPANY LACKS OF GOOD LEADERSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE... If you try to complain to corporate office good luck you'll hit a wall and frustration.

Went to pick up a glass for work. It's always busy but the guys there get the job done and are friendly. Got out fast

Disappointed in their customer service I order glass and they're 30 minutes late and then I do pickups and they never come to pick up the glass

People are very slow to serve, they turn around a lot, they waste a lot of time, 1 hour of waiting is a lotMuy lenta la gente para atender se dan muchas vueltas pierden mucho el tiempo 1 hora de espera es mucho
