Cannot express how grateful I am to have found David and his shop! I've been blown away with his communication, professionalism, friendliness, and transparency.The day before my first visit here I was at our other mechanic, and our experience between them and Concierge couldn't be more night and day.Whereas I've become accustomed to having to pull teeth for information, increased costs without explanation, and blind faith the work is actually getting done well-Instead David communicated what he would be doing ahead of time, showed me the old parts he took out and explained why they were bad, and when it came time to pay I had a clear itemized(!) invoice, both in my hand and on my email.When first going through the diagnosis he was honest about what was critical, what was smart, what could wait, and what was a nice to have/ don't waste your money so that I could prioritize our budget.It felt like a VIP treatment, but that's just how he does business! He is educational without being condescending, genuinely kind, and has restored my faith in mechanics.I now drive half way across LA to take our 2 cars here. They are both over 200K miles and he's determined to help us keep them going to 300. His prices are more than fair, and he had a great loyalty program for 50% off oil changes.If you're looking for the blend of professional, honest, and extremely helpful, David is your guy!

David was the perfect mechanic for the job. Very transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. He provided great assistance when working with my warranty. He completed the job in a professional and prompt manner. Definitely the best experience I ve had with any mechanic, I will definitely be bringing my vehicles for the next repair/maintenance to him.

I have found David to be a professional who diagnoses the problem accurately, and deals honestly with every customer. In the rare instance that Concierge Autoworks is unable to resolve the issue the same day, they will work to give you a realistic time-frame. It has been my experience that David only does business with reliable and trustworthy vendors. I have found David to be fair, always giving full disclosure with regard to pricing. He will also return replaced parts, upon request.

I went to multiple mechanics to figure out what was going on with my car.... After spending a ton of money with NO resolution, I found Concierge Autoworks. Times are tough, man.... But let me tell you..... These guys know what they're doing, they have integrity, and their prices are extremely fair.I can't thank you guys enough for helping me get back on the road. David has been my first and only Mechanic for about 4 years now and he s great and honest about his work. Every time I have an issue with my car he finds the issue and the issue never comes back. Very professional, clean, family owned! Not only did David change my oil, but he also inspected my vehicle and told me about the problems it has. I've been bringing my vehicles to David for several years now and trust him to not only find and fix the problem the first time, but to also give me a very reasonable rate for the repair work performed. I've recommended David and Concierge to several friends who have also had work done on their vehicles and have been very happy. David has done everything from oil changes, engine tuning, vehicle cooling system work to a full on front end and steering rack replacement on a 4x4. These guys are good. Their troubleshooting skills are superb. Previously, I had brought my wife s mdx for a starting problem. I got a heating problem with my A6 and they did investigate the root cause of the problem just to tell me that it was a faulty error. Other places would have probably told me that it needed parts to be changed out. I like these guys honesty. That goes a long way in my books.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I wanted to take a moment and give David this review. Ever since he helped me a few years ago with my Murano he has been my go to. He has taken care of both the family cars and always been super professional. In addition, the cars have been running smoothly ever since. The plan was to buy another vehicle but so far we have NOT needed too because of how has taken care of any issues that have come up. Highly recommend for Oil Changes, Major Engine work, Body work and all else!

This is the only place we take our 3 vehicles. David is great! Very fair and knowledgeable service. The rewards program is great as well. I had my brakes done on my car a while back, and earned a free oil change this last time I was in. I've already referred other friends and family to Concierge, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Concierge is a great business I have had my thermostat fixed and went back to get my oil cooler filter and spark plugs and they even offered me my next oil change free of charge these guys are awesome and do amazing work!

Don't usually do reviews but David deserves one! Took my Mercedes to concierge Auto for a check engine. Other mechanics said they did not know what was wrong with my vehicle. David the owner, ran diagnostic on my car and within 30 mins he knew what the issue was. Pricing was fair and way cheaper than the dealership. Did my research on David and it turns out he is a highly skilled auto technician! 10/10 in my opinion! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This place is terrible I would not recommend the mechanic refuse to do a alignment service on my car after I already paid him, he said they don t do alignment services after their site said they do I will be reporting this issue to the better business bureau
