The place is awesome always does a great job and the people working there are amazing. My kids love the lights inside the car wash and the tenants name is Lot he s awesome and always helps me out when needed. Great place.

They are always doing a perfect job. The car wash machine is not broken, and towels are replenished at any time. Also, the staff is very kind to me and helps me immediately when the machine can't read the subscription sticker on my car. It's always crowded, so I want them to create a system that makes the flow of the car smooth

The worst Soapy Joe s. It s just too small and no available spots to dry and vacuum every time I go there. Unfortunately this is the nearest location from my house and I do not want to drive far to just get car wash. Corporate should consider to have bigger one for this neighborhood just like the one at Miramar which is awesome. Can t stand Rancho Bernardo Soapy Joe s.

Here was the worst Soapy Joe's I've ever visited. One day, I mistakenly vacuumed an important item and told a staff member about it. He said "We can't open the trash bin until midnight! I'll call you tmr!!" So, I shared my contact information to the staff. However, I didn't get any response from him.After a week, I revisited there and asked another staff about the situation I faced. The staff also said the same thing, so I waited for a response for a night, but there was no response again. Although I repeated 3 times, no one gave me any response and information.Finally, I met a manager of this shop. The manager said "I haven't haerd about it from staff! I'll surely tell you after checking the bins!!" I shared my contact information again and waited for the manager's response. However, as you can imagine, he also didn't call me.Soapy Joe's might not have phone for staff

Soapy Joes is a great car wash. The current manager is amazing, super polite and very nice. They employees are very welcoming and provide a great atmosphere. The car wash itself is great as they have great monthly memberships which I highly recommend. Driving a car daily, it s get dirty pretty fast so it s convenient to be able to come wash it whenever I feel like it

Complete waste of money (and water). My car looks dirtier than before the wash, not sure how they manage to do that. Just leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is quite friendly. I ll get back to washing it with a bucket and a cloth, more eco friendly and efficient.

Good value and time savings for a big SUV to get cleaned. Staff are friendly. Gets very crowded on weekends and often have to wait to get one of the slots that have a vacuum.

I was having some problems trying to figure out the screen. A staff member named Jerald was there to help me through the process of a membership. All the staff was very friendly and I m quivering with excitement to return.

Ben was a great help. He helped me find the best wash to fit my needs as well as my budget. He told me about the membership plan. Wasn t pushy but showed me the benefits of this program. I go here every two weeks to get a car wash. I love the service here and they do a great job cleaning my car. Most of all, I've loved the service I get from a boy named Jerald. He shows me hospitality and patience while I'm trying to pay for my cash and he helped me save money when I was debating on getting a membership. Definitely would recommend this car wash for any car people.

This is the BEST car wash I ve been to and wish I could give them a MILLION stars!! The manager went far above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and an extremely quality cleaning!We decided to bring our truck through the car wash from Burning Man, and since the wash wasn t designed to clean both the truck bed cover and truck bed at once, they offered to clean the whole truck bed for us without any upcharge! They did an incredibly thorough job and helped us out big time in a pinch, since we had to return the truck rental within the hour.THANK YOU SO MUCH Soapy Joe car wash and special call out to Doug the site manager for delivering the best car wash experience EVER!!

One of the most convenient and cleanest car wash facilities in the Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Escondido area. Elajah is always there and is ready to help out anyone. We have a membership for both of our cars :)

Would rate 0 stars if could. I bought the $12 car wash and my car did not come out clean at all! The roof, front, and sides of my car are absolutely disgusting. Not worth the money. My spit does a better job. Also they scratched my windows.

I have been a premium member for several years. Then last Saturday i drove through the wash with a perfectly fine car. Drove out with a 6 foot scratch down the entire side of my vehicle. I filed an incident report, was told I would be called back within 3 days. No calls were made. Eventually I call back and they said "claim denied". I have recommended many people to their business. Now I will be cancelling my membership and taking legal action against this UNETHICAL business. Shame on you soapy Joe's.
