Update: After all this and 17 days, the window wasn't even put in correctly, they bent the window trim and scratched gouges into the paint. It is a supposedly a window subcontractor's fault, but how do they not notice this? Why was my car returned to me in this condition? This is ridiculous!Highly disorganized. No communication, no follow up. People don't return calls, don't call you back when they say they will and are not reliable. After they had my carfor over a week with NO updates the gentleman (Luis?)who answers the phone walked over to find out what was going on with my car. My car was there 17 days and was returned to me filthy. Don't recommend this place at all.

I had been taking my 2001 Honda Accord to a general, small, closer mechanic for small jobs. One day, one of those small jobs turned into a big problem that my closer mechanic could not and would not solve. So I took my 1st and only car I have ever had here to rectify things. Thankfully Tyler was there to guide me through things. I felt like I had given them a haystack and asked them to find a needle. I had begun mentally preparing myself to write my car off. Tyler reached out whenever it was useful and always made smart use of my time. I never felt in the dark about timeline or pricing. In the end someone pulled out some ancient Accord knowledge and I feel like my car is better than when things went wrong. This is all to say, I am grateful to Tyler and all the folks that helped me and keep my Accord (well into it's 20's) on the road. I will be taking my car here exclusively from now on. As the dream of giving it to my children is somehow still alive and surprisingly well. I don't think I can give this service center or Honda a bigger compliment than that.Thank you!

I stopped taking my honda Civic 2016 to this location, had many issues with tires pressure errors that took several visits to fixed, and now that I did my own oil change, I found several (6 total) fasteners missing from the cover sheet that cover the oil filter and drain screw, I guess, they were too busy to put them back, something need to be improved, for sure!

Took my car in, and I had Angela as my service advisor. Her communication was amazing. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. I unfortunately had to get a new transmission and she made sure I got my car in a timely manner.Communication like this just doesn't exist at other places. I appreciated the constant detailed updates.

Not the best experience this time around. I was due for service when my engine started misfiring - last time it did that, it was a bad fuel injector, this time, it turned out to be a fouled plug. They wanted to rebuild the rings, $5800. I told them to hold off, did some research, and it turns out this fouled plug thing is a somewhat common occurrence for the Honda V-6 because of the VCM. In fact, there had been a class action lawsuit that Honda settled, only my 2016 wasn't included because it had a different version. Replacing the spark plug seems to have fixed the problem. Running detergent gas to hopefully prevent another fouling and purchased the readily available modification kit to prevent the cause of the oil getting in the cylinder to begin with.Back to the service at Pacific Honda, my initial contact went on short holiday, and handed my vehicle over to another, who I left a message on how to proceed. He did call me back, but seemed unaware of who I was, or what service my vehicle needed, so I reiterated. I didn't hear back. I waited until the first guy was back and called to ask about my vehicle. He discovered that it had actually been taken care of as requested. When I came to pick up, after I had paid, I noticed while the service indicator had been reset, the engine fault had not. So I had to park, find my service guy to tell him, then wait for them to reset. I likely will not be coming back here again, even though they are close to my work.

I recently had an experience with Pacific Honda Service Center that left me feeling conflicted. While I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the significant inconvenience of waiting for 3.5 hours for a routine oil change even with a scheduled appointment has left me disappointed. To start on a positive note, the check-in person at Pacific Honda Service Center was courteous and appeared to be understanding with my (and others) frustration as he sympathized with this organization's dysfunction. However, the scheduling system/operations management in place at Pacific Honda Service Center leaves much to be desired. Making an appointment should be a means of ensuring a swift and convenient service experience, but in this case, it led to a prolonged wait. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was met with a lengthy queue of other customers who had also made appointments, and even some walk-ins. This was, unfortunately, a significant waste of my time and quite frustrating, considering that I had planned my day around the early morning appointment (7:15am).I understand that delays can occur in any service industry, but a routine oil change delay of 3.5 hours after making an appointment suggests a failure in their operations. Perhaps Pacific Honda Service Center should consider reviewing and optimizing their processes to better accommodate customers who make appointments. I hope that Pacific Honda Service Center takes these concerns to heart and works towards improving their appointment system to provide a more efficient and customer-friendly experience for all.Service: Oil change

I called their service department twice asking about scheduling a battery cable recall service for my 2020 CR-V Hybrid. I also had an issue regarding a dead battery, and wanted to know if it was related to the recall. Each time I was told a service rep would be contacting me. Never called. Frustrated, I made an appointment with another Honda service center further away. Very unprofessional.

Took car in for A/C recall. They sucked out all my freon n declared that my evaporator was leaking n it was not covered under the recall notice (condenser only). They said it would be $4k to fix, then offered to buy my car at a huge discount. When I declined they refused to put the freon back.I had the ac recharged elsewhere for $125 n it works, no leak.Pacific Honda is UNSCRUPULOUS; They bait you in, citing a free recall, damage your car, then offer to either profit from overcharging or buying the now damaged car at a discount.

I purchased a used 2019 Honda HR-V last year in great condition and also got Honda Care. I ve been coming to this service center for routine maintenance and oil changes. It usually takes 3 hours and they call me if they recommend additional services if they notice something. I walk to Starbucks or other spot to work remotely and keep busy so waiting is no problem at all for me. The staff has always been super kind and taken good care of my vehicle. Thanks for changing my oil today and see you next time!

I brought my car into this place about three years ago, wanting to do a 30k miles maintenance. They charged me $1000 for inspection, just to look through the cars. Then they want to charge me another $120 for battery change and another $450 for tire change. I refused. Never went to this place again.

Two of my young adult children had recent bad experiences with the service center. My daughter had an appointment for a simple oil change to her Honda Civic. FIVE HOURS LATER, the service was completed--ridiculous! The DMV runs a better operation. Before that, my son also brought in our Honda Accord for an oil change. The service center convinced him he needed 30K service when he had less than 25K miles on the car. MORE THAN $550 LATER, the service was completed. He was completely taken advantage of!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Very dishonest business. Purchased my Honda CR-V from them, had car services done by them for many years. Few days ago bringing in my car for service. I picked up the car with long scratches on the left side of the car. Spoke with Robert about this issue. They will not admit the scratches were cause by them. And will not fix it. Very disappointing car service experience. Will not be going back to this location again.Service: Oil change

It's not worth your time. Extremely unprofessional, no respect for the customer's time and super sluggish operation. To cut a long story short, I brought in my car for service on a Thursday morning at 7.15 am. The service was to identify an oil leak and fix the problem. Now, that shouldn't take more than a day, especially after having taken an appointment for it days before actually coming to the shop. Anyway, I tried to get an ETA on when my car would be ready on the next day (Friday) at noon. The service advisor who was assigned (Tyler) doesn't respond because he is out of the office. Nobody fills in for him, I'm left hanging on the status of my car. I keep calling their office. Nobody has a clue on the car status. Eventually, I'm left with no other choice but to physically go into the place to find out what's the status of my car is after it is sitting there for 2 long days. It's just such a bizarre and disturbing situation at this place, and I'm still wondering how they run this whole place. Please avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth your time. There are better options and places that would respect your time and business.

Sadly they took advantage of my dad 2017 Honda Accord . just went there for basic tire rotations and they scratched up all x4 wheels . very dissapointed bec I wasnt expecting this kind of work on a big Name/company . I came back to let them know and the manager said they are not responsible for this . So heads up ppl make sure to inspect all your wheels before you take for service take a photo just to be so sure bec they easily say no not us . thats what this manager is good for. master tech of lie's .Service: Tires

This place is way too BUSY!I made my first appointment online and when I went in at my appointment time I waited 30min for them to tell me they couldn't find the appointment in their system and if I wanted my car fixed it would take an entire day. So I rescheduled. I never got a confirmation call or email leading up to the appointment. I show up and the line of cars is all the way in the road. I knew it would take me atleast 30min to an hour to even have someone awknowledge me. So I called DCH Honda and made and appointment there. I got in there immediately and the staff was very friendly. Go there instead. I'm sure it's not the employees of Pacific Honda's fault but they are way too busy and disorganized.

I had my Honda insight for 2.5 had no issues with the service department just stop by in the morning and good to go. Fast forward to last week I had to bring my car because my ac was not working well. The repair is still covered under warranty and I was told that they will have it fixed the same day /worse case scenario the next day. On day 2 they said it was the evaporator and that I need to bring it back the following week on Wednesday. When I came back to pick up my car another representative said they have nothing until Friday so booked the Friday appointment. Gabe the guy who was working with me came out and said he will fit me in on Wednesday so I came back the following week on Wednesday and Gabe told me sorry you will need to wait until Friday, because they are behind but that he will call me back if he can get me in sooner. He calls me in 2 hrs and says sorry but we need to move your appointment out 2 more weeks. Yet I m still getting a reminder text that I have an appointment this Friday. When I call the service department no one calls me back or replies to my texts. Absolutely worst customer service ever!!! So looks like I need to wait a month and Gabe never booked the august 7 th appointment since I never received a confirmation email I won t be surprised if I show up august 7 and they will have another excuse why they can t fix it.

Bryce Pace advisor is super helpful. Did a great job helping me out. The check in process is not great and needs major improvement.. took me almost 45 minutes to check in for an appointment so leave yourself ample time. But Bryce was happy to help and did a great job!

I brought my car in on a Saturday morning for service. When checking in, all I had to do was drive into the service line and wait in the car. Even though there were other people ahead of me, I did not wait very long before being inquired on what I brought my car in for by a Service Advisor. Erick was my Service Advisor and he did a great job meeting my needs. My car needed general maintenance, specific age/mileage maintenance, and a check-engine light diagnosed. Erick followed up with me on what the check-engine light was but also additional maintenance he recommended. I accepted his recommendations, which I knew my car needed after being overseas. Everything was completed the same day and I was able to pickup my car that afternoon. They exceeded my expectation that it would be completed by the next day or two for what had to be done. When I came to pickup my car, Erick met me once again and explained the inspection, services and maintenance completed. The total charges was what I expected, nothing more. My car was running a lot better after this service. My overall experience was excellent, and I will continue to bring my car here for service.

We visited here once for oil change this year. But just realized from invoice, they charged us additional $20 for no reason. Decided to visit other Honda service center.

How is it I bring in my car and it functioned better before bringing it into this shop? I brought my car in for basic maintenance, long story short my ignition was fine before bringing it into this shop. Now my ignition almost always stutters before starting. Went 3 separate times into Honda to handle this issue. I was disappointed in both the mechanical service and customer service. And my car is still having this issue because of them. Don't bring your car here if you possibly want it returned in worst condition!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Over 2 hours for an oil change and coolant service and they hadn t even started it - no other customers waiting - they were having a retirement party that took precedence. Finally left without any service being done and they left the hood unlatched and didn t notice until I was on the freeway and saw it fluttering - very dangerous. Never going back.

I bought a certified 2020 Honda Accord 2 months ago from Pacific Honda and kept having issues with the 'tire pressure low' indicator coming on when there was no problem/leak with my tires. I came by after work, had a tech check my tires & then calibrate my settings & turn off the notification. Unfortunately on my way home it came on again, 15 minutes later! I was not very happy to say the least so I called and made another appointment to come by. I was helped by Angela Gonzales this time. She was very nice & understanding with me and went above and beyond to help me. I was ordered a lyft to get to work and ultimately she was able to get me a brand new loaner car since I ended up having a family emergency while my car was in the shop (of course-right?!) !The tire issue ended up being the fact that the used car dept at Pacific Honda only replaced the front tires during the inspection process and they were a different brand than the rear used tires that they left on the vehicle! Honda has a known issue that these sensors are very touchy so hopefully the used car dept stops doing this - the only reason I took away a star was because this inconvenience could of been prevented if Honda dealer would not of started the problem to begin with. But ultimately Angela was very helpful and fixed this situation with new tires at NO COST to me - much appreciated!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic
