Off Road Warehouse is the best!!! They've fully set up my Tacoma for off road adventuring!! They installed aftermarket suspension, wheels, tires, an on board compressor, front bumper with a winch and light bar, skid plate, rock sliders, a roof rack with additional lights and mounted a bar in the bed of my truck to make it easier to tie down my motorcycles. They also tinted my front windows to match the back and painted the hood after I had scratched it and it looks brand new! They're super pro, really friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to aftermarket part selection, installation and all the maintenance my truck has needed. I highly recommend getting your truck worked on at ORW!

Needed new wheels/tires installed on my Tacoma fast, and I had superb service here! The store manager (Jake) got me scheduled quickly and the techs (Derek/Ricky) were great in suggesting appropriate tire size/balancing/installing them on my truck. And bonus that the showroom is clean and has water and coffee!

Orw has done work on both of my Tacomas. Jake the store manager and his Team are so helpful. I paint a picture in my head and they make art happen. Thanks for the custom build guys! You have a customer for life.

I had them install a lift & UCA install and do a tire upgrade and couldn't have been happier. They provided good timing and price for this install and hit the mark. We didn't feel like they tried to upsell us or make us feel stupid about the lack of knowledge we had. Marcos walked us through the process and we couldn't have been happier with how our 4Runner performed. I would highly recommend them.

The Team at ORW is second to none. Mike handled my front locker like a true professional, consistent communication from start to finish. Derek and Ricky went through the previous company s gear install and it was not within spec and these two made sure my rig was trail ready. True professionals at ORW

Great group of people. I took my truck in to get a posi unit put in my rear end. They got it done in one day for a fair price. A couple weeks later I noticed a small leak. I came in and Ian was an immediate help. He got me a next day appointment to fix the issue. Great service here. Thanks guys

All three times I've dealt with the sales team they wouldn't get back to me about product pricing (light bars, wheels, and tire rack hitches). They were very pleasant to deal with but would have to be persuaded to look up pricing for products. This third time was the last time I'll come here, but that's ok. I went to 4-wheel parts and got the same parts for cheaper.

Called and made an appointment to have my truck re-checked/serviced after previous work from this location completed. Checked-in at appointed time slot, about an 1.5 later I come to find that my vehicle hadn t been moved. When I asked front desk staff about vehicle status I was simply told Techs will eventually get to it . I informed them that based on initial phone call, vehicle was not scheduled for a drop off and wait around but a service appointment otherwise arrangements would have been made. Thankfully another shop is a bit more efficient in the Vehicle & Customer service :]

I received great customer service here. They listened to my needs, went through options and didn't attempt to upsell me. Once the time came to install the parts it was just as painless.Good group of guys here.

Needed to write a review finally after using these guys for years. Walked in and Kyle helped me find exactly what I needed for my lift, went out of his way and had the parts shipped in from another stores, reminded me that I forgot a few small items on my order and tracked them down as well. Prices were cheaper then Amazon and I got really good service. Just top notch shop and really knowledgeable about what is actually available. Tons of lift kits out there that are no longer made but are still in the books so having an expert onsite is a real boon.Very happy camper

Writing my first review due to how happy I am as a customer of ORW off Kearny Villa Rd in San Diego. Kyle, I believe the assistant manager, was extremely helpful with all my questions and needs. He is very knowledgeable, personable and helped me find the parts I needed without any hassle. He deserves a raise if you ask me! In all my experience was great and their service far surpassed my expectations. I wanted to thank you again! Keep up the great work and I will see you again soon.

Great customer service! These guys are very knowledgeable and helped me get what I wanted for my F250. Of course I went in thinking I knew what I wanted based off what I saw online or social media but these guys showed me other options for my Truck that I never knew about and I am so happy they helped me get exactly what I was shooting for. They truly care about their customer service and it shows! Very friendly and accommodating! This place is managed very well. I highly recommend!

Everyone at this place was extremely helpful and courteous and did a great job building my Tacoma the way I had envisioned. Shoutout to Mike A. for dealing with all the questions I had. I don t speak the language of car parts and so to envision a build and have Mike walk me through it from point A to point Z was extremely helpful. He educated me and ultimately made me feel confident in my pursuit. My truck is exactly how I envisioned and hoped it would be and I can t wait to get back into ORW for more accessories and necessities. I d recommend anyone and everyone give this team a ring when starting their build.

This place was nice. I felt like I got what I wanted at a decent price. They installed a truck rack and tent topper combo with no issues.The only complaint I would have was there was some equipment inside the tent that was not installed, but when we saw them inside they had no issue placing them on before I drove away. I WOULD shop there again.

The order I received had the incorrect parts, not a show stopper, but their customer service is. Rude doesn t begin to describe it.After spending ~$2500 it was like pulling teeth to work with them to rectify the situation. Eventually the correct parts came in, but after the insolent manner how the staff treated me the entire time I decided to not spend another dime there.Highly recommend working with the manufacturer of your choice directly or another shop. Not worth the headache.

I got several parts for my parents Jeep here, Racks for Boards, Tow rack for there RV. ORW did an awesome job. The Associate "Kyle the Assistant Manger" gave all the options and possibilities for future stuff they would need. I felt like I got a great deal and will be back for more purchases.

Great knowledge and service. This is a busy place and i can understand why. The shop got my ford in there quick for maintenance and service on the previous work they have done before. The service I've gotten from Off Road Warehouse is top notch above their competitor I have been too in the past.

Ian, Jake and Kyle continue to go above and beyond when taking care of my Ford Ranger. They upgraded the stock suspension to a Fox 2.0 setup and I could not be happier with the performance improvements both on and off road.When I've had any issues such as weird noises, or questions the team at OFW SD has always treated me with respect, kindness and the willingness to make me feel like family.You can shop around all day and price match, but when you want the job done right go support a real family of off road enthusiasts at Off Road Warehouse San Diego.Thanks boyz! This review im giving is WAY OVER DUE!But I will keep it short.The customer service at ORW is awful and had been since the 90s. I took my truck to the the old balboa location and couldn't believe how poorly that place was run. I vowed never to take any of my vehicles there again. And I didn't until 2019. I went to get my shocks and and sway bar installed and to my surprise nothing had changed. I was met with the same arrogance and lack of accountability I experienced in 1995. These guys act they are the only off road shop in Southern California! They act as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to give them your money. I got what I deserved!! Shame on me.I can't belive these guys are still in business!.ORW HANDS DOWN SUCKS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

We were able to get our jeep outfitted with racks and blue ox towing system to tow behind our RV. Kyle the assistant manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed. Highly recommended

I ve purchased products and had work done at ORW San Diego for many years with multiple vehicles. I ve had 100% outstanding experiences every time. Recently Ian worked with me on a build, and along with the Service Manager and the whole ORW staff, they did an amazing job completing a tricky modification. Their work continues to impress me each time they work on one of my vehicles and the customer service experience goes above and beyond expectations. Hi I was recently in ORW just kind of milling around not sure what I was going to do or how I would go about it when I was approached by a young man named Kyle and another young man Ian Both Men were incredibly helpful and incredibly patient with me as I wasn t sure what I was going to do both of them Took the time to explain things to me as I needed and truly helped me out So that I now know what I need and what I m going to need to spend and where I will have the work done obviously at ORW I cannot thank them enough I now feel confident , Kyle and Ian You guys are great thank you very much sincerely Wayne

Reached out after having issues with my truck axles heating/burning smell. Outlined the issue and told the manager everything i had done/replaced already on my own. After replacing some items they said truck was good to go. Issue persisted so took it back. This time they said it was the wheel bearing, and that it was good to go again. Issue persisted. Third time tech said the housing could be bent but no way of checking that without disassembly and I asked why they didn't check that the first time it was apart to which he stated we weren't told you had already replaced those items. Spoke with manager and he had me bring truck back a fourth time to verify axle, which was supposedly inspected on the previous trips. Manager called to say that the axle is bent and that they're not going to work on the truck. Cool. Thanks for nothing.
