No good service always busy working on something else letting people wait only one assisting others talking in the stock area when i asked if there was someone available he said I'm helping a customer no matter how many people is wating they don't call for back up. MANAGER NEEDS TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE MORE EFFICIENT

Ordered my parts at 11 am. and did not get until 4:30pm! And I still didn't get all my parts. I have to wait until 2 days from now.

Horrible Customer Service. Employee Named SALVADOR was very rude, never back again.I hope they have better customer service and keep good employees to help their customer instead of this type of employee that only gives bad attitude and hard time.

When I arrived the assisted manager was been condescending to a gentleman that only wanted to make sure the warranty applied before bringing the part in. Then when I asked for the lightbulbs I need it, he couldnt tell me the correct ones for my car. Then when I asked to borrow some tools to removed the light to buy the correct one he mentioned I may steal them like others do. So I gave him my DL and he got me the wrong tools, when I got back, he didn t even try to keep helping and said buy they tools if you want. Terrible service, I will never come back here.

6/24/22 Sidney and Dante made my day today. They ordered me parts and they got there on time, and even the went extra distance. These guys know what they're talking about, know what they're doing, and are fast.

I had ordered brake hoses which were delivered the next day! Instead of 2pm the day I ordered them, but talking to the manager and assistant Manager I was impressed with their concern and professionalism in making the transaction correct when the hoses did come in. Amanda treated me so well and apologized for mix up. This is the reason I drive from spring valley to National City instead of going to AutoZ__e 5 mins from my house. Thank you a million times. You guys rock.

Well. This place gets a four from me. I'll explain why but first the good things.I started coming to this place because one of my friends worked here and I said why not? Johnny(previous Manager) was great at what he did. He was one of the coolest guys around and was great with his employees. The guys behind the counter, Salvador, Alex and Anthony are awesome. They're just great and they know their stuff. Alex has done his best to find parts for me that we couldn't find anywhere else. Anthony is knowledgeable in his field and Salvador always has great advice. The new manager is fine. Javier is a good guy too. The reason why I gave four stars is because of these guys.There are a few things I dislike about this place. The sockets are not always stocked up. Sometimes the other employees are not knowledgeable but they are new so its fine. They shortened their hours. Which really sucks. Especially when the competitor might not have a part you need and the Oreilys is closed. And for the better part. They're always short in the night time.Other than that. I like this oreilys a lot.

I bought a Muscle car, and boy the first few weeks I lived in O'Reillys, the friendly, bilingual staff is of great help and the variety of parts is great.I have many great experiences from having my battery die on me and getting it charged for free since they have a great warranty, to having alternator tested, buying various parts for great value. I prefer it over Autozone, the staff has an incredible amount of knowledge and are extremely helpful at troubleshooting any issue as well.Highly recommend.

Was able to find parts for my BMW M6 last minute I got a spark plug and coil pack for my V10 right price no one else had it

I'd leave no stars. Oreilly claims they price match with autozone but its only for masterpro which is worse than duralast from autozone. For my tundra they only carry import direct control arms but they refuse to price match with autozone duralast arms claiming they are a more inferior product but they only sell import direct for my truck. So javier said we should just go to autozone since there is nothing he can do. LOUD AND CLEAR! I only buy from oreillys and i guess i am a autozone only customer now

no one helped me out. I was waiting around the front trying to get the cashiers attention some older looking people walked in and where helped out right away . I may look young but that is no reason to ignore me. I wont be coming back to this place

O'Reilly Auto Part store in National City was the only parts store that could find parts to my old truck. When I was told parts were no longer made. Staff give me options to what I could do and attempt when gaskets are no longer made. For the first time I learned how to rebuild a power steering gear box. To my amazement there is zero instructions on youtube for the type of repair I did.

Was quoted $200 for a battery for my 2010 vehicle. I went to AutoZone got the same battery for $168 including core fee. I felt like the guy was trying to get over on me.

Luis at the National Ave is super helpful and has the best disposition/ customer service. This was one of the best OReilly sites in San Diego County.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED.. I PURCHASED ROTORS FOR MY VAN THEY LASTED 4 MONTHS AND WARPED, CROOKED ...EVERY TIME I'VE BEEN THERE, EMPLOYEES ARE ARGUING WITH CUSTOMERS EVEN YELLING

There's no sales man or casher on Saturday night 7pm. Sales man who was helping the other customer didn't even say anything at me. I stood there and waited for 5min. Wasted my time.

Unprofessional he put me embarrassed in front of everyone like if I didn't knew what part I was looking for and told me to come prepared next time and I told him specific what part I was looking for awful service and it's not the first time he act that way because I have a friend he did the same way
