The customer service here is excellent. It was very easy to schedule a service appointment for my Mercedes. The staff is professional and friendly and their prices are reasonable. Best service I have ever gotten from an auto shop. Better pricing than the dealer. We spoke about service before doing the work and I felt very comfortable with the work being done. The ownership and staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend you take your car to Mercedes Repair San Diego.

The technician went above and beyond to help me with a pre purchase inspection since I'm out of state. I really appreciate her honesty and helpfulness. I would highly recommend this shop.
