If it were possible to give a 10-star rating, I would. Eric provides the best customer service and is incredibly knowledgeable. His establishment is the only place I take my motorcycle. Eric is meticulous, and I have never had any issues after leaving his shop. They even have a dyno in the back, so he can handle any repairs or modifications you may need. In my experience, they have even surpassed the dealership in terms of quality of service.

I was referred to Lee's Cycle Services by my boyfriend, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results of my motorcycle repair. Despite the insurance agent failing to submit my claim on time due to being overwhelmed, Eric at Lee's Cycle went above and beyond to ensure my motorcycle was repaired promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking high-quality work for their cherished motorcycles!

Got my full service done recently, found some issues with tuning. Had to replace a few parts and put it back on the dyno. Got it all smoothed out, and gained a bit of power as well! Now my old 09 ZX6R feels like new again! And they can do anything, street or track. Eric is great, and Jodi is one of the best wrenches in the business. And the prices are reasonable too, so highly recommend this shop!Services: Tires, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Awesome shop and awssome staff! Convienently located super close to the highway. Had a sprocket kit installed on my R6 and they found that a few bolts were snapped and went ahead and took care of drilling them and correcting the issue. That kind of attention to detail and care for your customer is hard to find now days! Definately a shop I would recommend taking your bike to!!

He never talks down to me and gives me solid, trustworthy advice. He has never tried to up sell me or try to get me to spend more money.I ve compared the pricing with other shops and he offers the best deals.

I recently moved to San Diego and didn't have time to go to the shop I normally go to and I was referred to Lee's by some other riders. So I called em up to see if they were booked for the day and they told me to head over whenever I could. The shop was super easy to find and even though there was only one guy working at the time (the mechanics were on their lunch break) he took my bike back as soon as I picked out a tire. All in all I'm super happy with the speed and quality of the service! I tend to be a little apprehensive about going to a new place but the staff were great! I didn't realize how bad of shape my chain was in (bought the bike used and have had most of the work and maintenance done at the place I bought it) and my normal guy never mentioned it. So not only did I get the new tire put on (the tire prices are good) but also had a new chain put on and was in and out inside of an hour! It's safe to say I have found a place I like and trust to take my bike. I would highly recommend Lee's Cycle! Thanks again!

I got to give the BIGGEST shoutout to Eric Van over at Lee's Cycle!!! I had an electrical issue I been dealing with and my bike kept shutting off! I told him I have a huge ride I need to make this Sunday. I dropped the bike off at 10am. This dude traced every wire in my wiring harness, found the short in it, fixed the mess and rewired it. Then serviced my chain, fixed my kickstand, some other sensor and my bars. Calls me at 2:00 telling me my bike is done! Rides PERFECT! Eric is such a great mechanic, great guy and the dude actually looks out for you! Much love and respect man! Thank you for always keeping me on 2 s!

Been going to Lees since day one with my bike. The only shop to touch my bike. Prices are great with quality service they provide. They know I beat the crap out of bike and they give me crap about, they still take care me. Been going here so long once in awhile I get a hook up. I'm always confident after my bike is worked on I can go balls to the walls on the freeway and I've never had an issue. Whether your just a street rider or track just go to lees.

They were nice enough to trade me a valve shim for the one I needed, when I was doing my own valve clearance adjustment. Saved me from having to buy a full shim set! Will return here for other services I need.

This place is amazing. Very nice and helpful, ready to answer questions, free candy, free coffee and water, great atmosphere, and reasonable rates. The labor rate here is $80 per hour, with a minimum of $40. I came here to have my chain changed because I didn't have the tools - they did this in a half hour.

I've gone to Lee's cycle for a number of years now and can say that my experience has always been positive. I know that there mechanics are good because they not only fix whatever problem I have, they also ensure that other aspects of my bike are good to go. An example of this would be; once I sent my bike in for a tire install, and when I got her back I notice they replace a couple screws that where missing from my rear set and fairing. customer service is good as well because I feel like the atmosphere there is always positive.

The guy who worked on my bike was a really cool dude, replaced my rear tire, wiped down the wheel and cleaned the chain all for 43 on a ninja 400. Yes I provided my own tire. Forgot to mention that he also adjusted the clutch lever.

I took my bike into Lee's Cycle Services to get an ECU flash and to have a Power Commander installed and get the fuel mapping tuned. I called the shop over the phone before I dropped my bike off and the gentlemen I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable about my bike and how it would respond and I initially got a very good feeling about the shop as he seemed very professional. I dropped my bike off on the 3rd of July and was told at the counter by the same gentlemen I was talking to on the phone that the service should take seven to ten days which worked for me because on the 16th I was headed out of town on business. On the 10th day (Friday the 13th) of waiting for my bike I called the shop shortly before they closed because I had yet to hear anything from them. The man I talked to on the phone seemed very apologetic and mentioned that they were out of stock of the power commander and that their supplier would have them in stock tomorrow. He said that my ECU had still not come back in the mail and that he would call me the next day with what he described as "a better update." Moreover, he even went so far as to mention that if it would keep me a happy customer he would stay late Saturday to perform the tune and would come in on Sunday (a day that they are not normally open) to make sure I received my bike before I went out of town and that even if the worst happens I would not be charged the storage fee until I was back and available to pick up the bike. Needless to say I was taken aback at such a commitment to their customer. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. I received no call yesterday. I have yet to receive my motorcycle. I have yet to receive an update. As much as I would like to believe that they won't charge me while I am out of town for my bike sitting in their shop, talk is cheap, they have proved theirs more so.While I understand things happen that are out of their control, if you're going to tell a customer that you're going to call them with an update you really should. -1 StarAgain, I can understand how things happen or even how someone might overlook it but when a customer comes in and drops off their motorcycle for a power commander and you don't have it and won't have it in stock for ten whole days you should probably call them and tell them that or offer to let them ride their bike and give them a call when the part comes in. - 1 StarI'll update further once I can ride my bike and test the quality of their work.EDIT:I finally received a call from Eric on the 25th of July informing me that my bike was done. This is a whole 15 days past when I was originally told that my bike would be completed. Eric informed me that their dyno failed and that they had to wait for it to be repaired before they could finish my bike. Another thing that in my mind I would call a customer to inform them about, especially if their bike was already way past due for completion. The work is satisfactory as of me writing this on the 1st of August but this shops communication is non-existent. Something that slightly redeems them is that they cleaned my bike before returning it to me.

I came to this place desperate for service. I was trying to ready my bike for a return to New York state. I needed an oil change and a new chain at the very least. The rest of the shops i went to or called were swamped with work, telling me i had to wait a week. The day i got there, there was nobody there and a "be back soon" sign on the door. The owner eventually arrived and agreed to change my oil and install a new chain which i was grateful for. The three stars is for the chain he sold me. My choice was either a cheaper JT or an expensive RK. He wanted retail prices so I went for the cheap one. Also It only needed to last 4,000 miles and i wasn't changing the sprockets. He charged $110 for the JT brand and another $40 to install it. I could have got the RK for $110 off Amazon. The JT is a total piece of junk (<$70 on Amazon), I"m not sure I would even stock that if I was a bike shop. I was having issues with the chain after only a couple 100 miles although I was drenching it with lube. I felt like the whole shop was full of low quality stuff as well. He discounted the oil change $9 because i had to wait but you don't have to remove the fairings on my bike so...

Lee's Cycle is one of the best and most honest motorcycle in san diego. I've had a terrible experience with Le grande, North county motorcycle concept. The owner of that shop is a fraud. But, Eric from Lee's Cycle made me forget about that horrible experience. I am a regular customer of his now and my BMW S1000RR is never happier.

The shop mis-installed a new chain on my bike and didn't know how to tension it correctly. Had to take it to BMW to get it fixed. Lee's refused to admit fault. I sued for compensation but lost, because I was still using the chain on my bike, though the judge did recognize that they messed up the install. If you can't trust them to put a chain on right, what can you trust them with?

Lee's came highly recommended from a couple of guys I ride Palomar with. I was surprised when I experienced the exact opposite of a professional shop. These clowns quoted me a turn around time that they ended up quadrupling. Each time I'd call them for status, they'd give me some obvious BS excuse just to get me off the phone. On top of that, the shop is a dump. It looks like it has never been cleaned. My advice is go somewhere else. Anyone writing a positive review of this place is an employee in disguise.

I've been riding and racing for 25 yrs and know a pro shop from a shade tree hack when I see one. Eric and his team are real pros. By far the best work and prices in southern california. If you are new to the area or maybe new to the sport this is the place to go. They have an extensive in stock parts inventory including hard to find plastics, wheels and tires.Super fast delivery on special orders.Plus an in house motorcycle dyno. Race tune your ride right here. They don't advertise it but they service dirt bikes and jet skis too. Honest, Reliable,Friendly,Dependable I cannot say enough about the positive attributes of this business.

The service is always top notch and speedy. They are honest in what they tell is needed and what is not needed. You can have confidence in this establishment knowing that they will keep the machine that you ride running like a top, and safely.
