I went in for some wiper blades and cleaning supplies. Brian was warm and welcoming right away which was nice. I told him I was on a budget and he helped me pick out an affordable but reliable set of blades. He came out to my car with me and not only put them on, but taught me how to put them on too. I'm a 34 year old woman with zero knowledge about cars, yes even something as simple as putting wiper blades on haha. So, this act meant a lot to me. You don't find many people who go out of their way to help anymore. He deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Brian, I appreciate you!

Thank you! Brian! He is very nice, patient and helpful! My car's battery is a little more complicated to change. He took extra time on testing my battery, alternator, and changing my battery without any extra charge!

Call to check stock on an item and they don t even look! She even put me on a brief hold like she went to look. Arrive and have 0 in stock. Wasted trip out of my way because they can t do their job. Female on phone working 4/7/24 around 12pm.

Almost scammed by an Autozone counter salesman. It seems core returns are a popular way for salespeople to steal cash from the company/customers because everything looks balanced at the end of the day. Hope AZ can fix that soon and prevent crooked staff from making up policies.

Asian kid with nose piercings like a tik tok girl could care less about helping you out lied about not having parts didn t even ask me what model trim or engine or awd rwd 7:30 -7:45 pm February 16 2024Couldn t even call or tell me that the parts I need are at a store 6 miles away

Thank you Brian O. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes! He is a licensed expert. I didn't need to go to the dealership. He easily saved me $$$hundreds. I greatly appreciated his expertise, professionalism, and willingness to help me. Thank you. Trust me as a woman, we always worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to car issues...but not with Brian. He can be trusted. Again Thank you Brian.

Paid for a battery and Brian was going to help me install it. After running a few tests he determined that it wasn t a new battery I needed at all! Saved me money, time and helped me out with suggestions on what the actual problem might be! Huge help and super nice and friendly service from Brian! Definitely will come back to him in the future!

This location never has their oil drop off available either due to it being full or to whatever excuse they come up with. This latest time they said that the oil area was contaminated

It was a relatively quiet time, but the guy who was free was very reluctant to help.Worst, I picked up some items, and the bill has 3 out of 4 items. For $7, I have to go back again!There were many empty spots on the shelves I was looking at. Hopefully, it is just a temporary shortage.

Today I come here, I met a nice guy his name call Brian. He s very kind, patient and helpful. Also, he save me a lot a lot money. I had visit many auto zone but in my opinion this store is the best one. Strongly recommend.

I'm so glad it stays open until 11pm! Literally saved me tonight with the rain! I needed new windshield wipers to drive home and good ol' Auto Zone came through!!

Out of all the AutoZone I've been to this one is by far the best. I just needed a simple battery check and fix and the whole AutoZone team of this branch helped me from top to bottom specifically Brian. AutoZone, give Brian a raise please he was the best person whove ever helped me on my 07 civic. Christian was also very helpful he was the one who installed my battery less than a minute I recommend everyone even not from Mira Mesa to go here at the Mira Mesa location

Thank you Brian and Ty for the help!!! You guys were the lifesaver. I accidentally got the carseat stuck with seat belt and the seat belt was locked. I went to the store to get a socket to unscrew the bolt so I can take the seat belt off but didn't know which one to get so went to ask for advice. Brian and Ty came to check my car and helped me unscrew it! The bolt was soooo hard to be unscrewed due to rust or cross threaded but they did not give up and kept trying and trying. There was no way I could to do this myself and I was evening considering to cut the seat belt or break the car seat. They saved me hundreds bucks. Really appreciate it!!

The worst auto parts I have ever being to, I'm nearly 60yo. I seen lazy people in my life, But this one's take the world cup, and I can almost say that literally because I have been in autoparts stores in Mexico, United States and Canada. Do yourself a favor a drive somewhere else, because aside from the traffic to get here you'll be disappointed When you finally get to this location.

Want a place that helps you in a disinterested way? Here's your place. My battery died and the tow driver said I needed a new one. I jumped it and went to AutoZone to double check. They had my battery if needed. A man came outside and checked my battery. Then he gave me a tool to plug in to check my engine on my own. I know nothing about engines. I watched a video and figured out where to plug it in. It turns out that my car doesn't need a battery yet. I know if I need a battery, that I can come here and they will help me when they are off their phones. I'm grateful they helped me!

Decent for a parts store. But apparently the customers there don't care about a cue line, I waited nearly 10 minutes to buy coolant and a dude walked in and cut right in front. Employee helped him instead of telling him to wait in line.

Went to Autozone to have my car battery checked out because my car was having a hard time starting. Took like 3 trys; thinking it is a bad battery. Tai and Brian (or David?? -thought his name was David) were super helpful. They tried to clean the battery since it was so corroded but that didn t fix the problem. Ended up buying a new car battery but they were super pleasant to deal with and even installed my car battery for free. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road again and providing me peace of mind.

Everyone at this location was really helpful throughout my visit. Needed help with my a/c on my Civic and they recommended the right item for what I needed. Brian pointed out the right can for my unit and walked me through how to properly do it myself.

Went to Autozone and purchased some R134 freon from Brian. Went home, unscrewed the red safety feature on the can, plugged in the freon nozzle on the low pressure AC line. Went back to Aurozone, saw Brian there in the parking lot, asked him why the electeonic readout was not working.He proceeded to show me the clear plastic that I had to remove to get the electronic readout to work, then assisted me on how to press the freon sprayer in small increments and waited until the freon was at a good level. He tested it by putting his hands on the ac vent on the passenger side and drivers side. This brother is super chill and helpful. Definitely helped me out with my first time freon recharge. Promote this guy. Definitely come to this guy for assistance. Thanks, Brian. Oh, BTW, he also gas a super cool ride!
