Gerardo was super helpful and kind taking off our military discount and all the kind help making sure that we got the best for our money worth, we are so lucky to be able to continue to support local during this economy and still see such trusted mechanics who are making it affordable for types of of families to be able to have the help they need . :) again so grateful

Finally got my Mercedes E550 alignment done. It drives super smooth. One hour wait was not bad. Cleaned restroom. Staffs are very nice. This is my first time here. I will give them a try for my next service needs.

I took my truck in to get tires put on and when I picked up the truck less than 12 hours later I woke up to a flat tire. I took my truck to a local gas station to get air as the tire was extremely low, but still drivable, and was told by the technician that my valve stems were extremely filthy and since I had just gotten tires the day before they should ve been replaced. I called the service center to ask if they had time to service my truck as I had work to do that day. They told me to bring my truck in and that they would take care of it. As I left the mechanic shop, they replaced one valve stem and sent me on my way hours later I received another flat tire on a different tire at this point. I was in a completely different area so I had to find a sister location that could help me. This location had me wait four hours before the repair could be completed. This cost my company, considerable amount of time and money due to the inconvenience. at this point, the company told me that my valve stems should have been completely replaced when I got the tires installed, which is the second person to tell me this within a few hours I then called the head representative Jason, in order to rectify the situation and receive compensation for the inconvenience. He explained to me that I need to go to the original location to get all my valve stems replaced by the shop that did the work originally, and that compensation would be made. Upon arriving, the only compensation that was offered was a discount on the next set of tires which I declined. As I was completely disappointed, with the overall service and competence of the shop, I had no choice, but to decline any future business with this company. I would advise anyone looking to purchase tires to think long and hard before using this company at this specific location due to their lack of confidence and honesty. I say this because I was told after the fact that they don t replace valve stems because they cost $80 apiece. I found out later that the valve stems are compatible with the air pressure sensors that come on the truck and that the valve stems are compatible with the sensors that are stuck on my truck. They did not have the sensors in stock and did not bother to order them when ordering my tires. Instead they used over five year old valve, stems with brand new tires and sent me on my way. This is a extremely dangerous safety hazard which is why I am posting this negative review.

I ve come to this shop twice now for a new tire after unfortunately getting flats. I ve brought both my vehicles in and have been extremely satisfied with the work done here. Alex helped me today and I am extremely satisfied knowing he searched for the best deal for my vehicle and insuring that they would check the air pressure on my other tires to ensure they were not low. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have all my car service done here. Alex and his team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have questions. The prices are always competitive and I never feel like I m being taken advantage of. I like that the bathroom and lobby area are clean. There are also refreshments available from a vending machine and TV to watch while you wait. I highly recommend ATD on Convoy.

Great customer service! Offered me a better, more expensive tire at the same price as the tires whose arrival to the shop had been delayed for approximately an hour. The car drove noticeably better after receiving their service.

I ve always had great experiences here. The manager and his staff are extremely kind and help with anything I need. I ve referred multiple people, including family to this location. I trust them with all our vehicles. Would definitely recommend visiting this shop for all your vehicle needs.

Really excellent service. Had a flat tire and they were able to fix it immediately. Luckily, the tire was able to be patched and I was not charged. I will be back for any future tire issues.

I came in on a Sunday, late afternoon. One of my sensors indicated I had low tire pressure. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very fast, very professional and understanding. I ve already recommended this place to 3 friends.

Solid shop. Quick and inexpensive service. They were nice enough to hold onto my car for almost a week without any extra charges due to a miscommunication about my phone number and them not being able to get a hold of me. Highly recommend.

After having a challenging day been on the phone for 24 hours ..Costco couldn t fix my flat tire they said it needs to be replace and they don t have it and no one had my tire in San Diego even dealer to replace it for the same day ,every one said they have to order it .I called this place If they have my tire ,the person on the phone his energy was so professional and so clear he said bring it we will fix it and he did .He saved me $300 .I am so proud of people like him .I will pass on his location to anyone I know .Thank you very much again .

Fast and inexpensive. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. I expected to go in and spend a certain amount, end up paying a quarter of that. Left with my girl(car) riding smoother than butter. Definitely a happy customer, we 100% be coming back in the future.

After a couple weeks of researching replacement tires for my car, I found American Tire was offering the lowest pricing and best follow-up service. I purchased a full set of premium tires which came with extra bonuses like free tire rotation. Yay! When my new tires were being put on I found out they do full service car repairs! Since that day several years ago I've been a loyal customer of this great auto shop. They have an excellent service team, communicate well with customers and keep my car running in great shape. Insider tip- be sure to schedule an appointment as they have a big following and keep busy.

I shopped around for two tires for my Silverado and found many places to buy from. Prices were high and most needed to order them. I called American Tire Depot and they sold me all four tires for $150.00 dollars more then just buying two. They told me two to three hour wait and got it done in one hour and a half. Great Service and Amazing prices. I totally recommend them to everyone.

My experience with American Tire Deport was great. I was in/out in a very short time, great price and warranty service. Very satisfiedThat review was unfortunately very erroneous. It was an in/out very satisfying visit.That was because they were getting paid.When it came time for my scheduled tire rotations, I had to repeated come back because they didn't have time. One was even with managers ok to come and he'll take care of my needs. I went back, manager wasn't there to take care of me and neither would repair personnel said it would be three hrs before they can get to it.DO NOT BUY OR PAY FOR ANY SERVICES, ANYTHING FROM THIS TIRE COMPANY. THEY'RE NOT TRUSTWORTY AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY.NEVER DID GET MY TIRE ROTATION. I PAID SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT.

I've had a string of bad experiences at American Tire Depot, that is until today (13Sept 2023) where the new Store Manager Alex renewed my confidence.He professionally responded to my prematurely worn out tires issue which hadn't come close to their warranty, provided a fair deal on a set of replacement tires along with alignment while making sure to get me out the door as quick as possible.While there, I witnessed Alex jump in to pull tires off vehicles, replace tires from the wheels and help with whatever it took to make his shop more efficient. No work was beneath him. (Previous "managers" just sat in the office and "barked" at their crew.)If you've been unimpressed by American Tire Depot in the past, it's worth trying again to see how well Alex takes care of you. Not often you find such honest, hardworking and professionals in the tire business.

This place is awesome. They were able to quickly order specific tires I wanted that nobody had and less than any other competitor. Service is top notch and they are honest. I only bring my cars here now for everything but engine or transmission work. I have recommended them to everyone I know. 10/10

We were from out of town and in a rush. Everywhere else around said it would be a 2 hour wait. American Tire Depot took us right away and was very fast and efficient. They patched the tire for us and didn't even charge! Would reccomend to everyone!
