I received a flyer in the mail for a discounted oil change around the time I needed one, so I scheduled an online appointment. Which was quick and easy.At the time of the oil change, the techs let me know I needed new brake pads and I had damage near my wheel that was causing a leak. I was hesitant to have them both done there until I looked around for pricing. Without having to ask, the techs took me into the shop and showed me exactly what they were talking about, which made me feel more comfortable and like I wasn't being scammed lol I could visibly see the damage, along with the leak (I noticed a leak a few weeks before bringing my car in) and they explained why I should have it fixed, but didn't pressure me to have it done with them if I thought I should shop around.Julio at the front desk was very patient while I figured out while if I was going to have the work done through them or go somewhere else. He was wonderful throughout the whole experience and deserves extra praise for that.In the end, I ended up having the services done through them and I don't regret it. It was affordable and quick - they also offered financing options if needed.The staff are all wonderful and welcoming - they care that you have a pleasant experience and that everything is done efficiently.Will be back for my next oil change :)

This was my first experience going outside my usual mechanic. I call expecting to schedule an appointment a week and I was surprised they took me in that same day. While I there, I was greeted by friendly staff members. They offered coffee and snacks. The waiting area was very clean. I had a break fluid flush the lady was very knowledgeable about the procedure and also advise me of their process of what mechanic does.I recommend this place not only for their knowledge but friendly environment.

Very quick turnaround! I needed the alternator replaced on my 17 year old beefy Sequoia and they got it done in one (1) day. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. They have a great system where they can text you the quote, which is very convenient. Shop is also very cute (love the mural on the wall!) and clean. They even have snacks and water. Definitely one of the best mechanic experiences I've had :)

I heard about Trustlane through my brother who had axel repairs done for my mom s Honda accord. Brenda, Juan, and Cindy have all been amazing, communication has exceeded my expectations. I had brought my car in for numerous repairs, what I love about them is I get a full detail report on my car including pictures to support findings. They do not do any work on your car unless you approve it so there are no surprise when you go to it pick up. In the event that repairs costs are far beyond what your pockets can afford, they do offer financing and the process is painless and quick. They ve always respected my budget and never felt like they were bleeding me for money. They respect my vision on rebuilding my car and have certainly gained my trust.

Brenda was an absolute pleasure work with, was was the other female, although I did not remember her name. Wasn t thrilled to have to pay to fix a car in general, but they were all very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. They even were able to give me a loaner car for the time it took for the car to be fixed. Highly recommend to anyone.

Trustlane Automotive is awesome. Julio up at the front desk was no nice and cordial. They offered snacks and drinks for guests. And my Smog was complete with in 15-20 minutes! so smooth!

This is a very efficient and honest auto repair shop. We have gone to them twice. Both times we got the car back early and the work done was above and beyond. They also provided a car for us to use because they had to wait for a part. We went somewhere else at first but they too had to find the part. Trustlane had our car fixed and back to us before the other shop called us back.

Way too expensive here. Even getting a diagnosis is expensive even when I told them the problems already that were previously diagnosed. $262 to just look at the car!! Will be going somewhere that is actually affordable after seeing the charges for these fixes not sure how these people are affording services here or maybe don t know better. They are thorough and seem to do good work but there are also other shops that do as well that don t charge an arm and a leg. Edit: husband submitted a review to you guys in email

There team did a great job on my oil change, they even reset my computer to my car so I don't see and sensor telling me I need a oil change. That a big deal to me . Ty again5

It was easy to make an appointment via their website.I had an easy check in and they brought me back to look at my car when they wanted to show me something about my oil change.There was a nice cooled waiting room for me to wait during their work. Also had water bottles and some granola bars to munch on The paperwork was clean and outlined all their notes when they completed the service.

I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give this place a try. Was very surprised with a quick friendly greeting and sufficient time, it took for them to do the oil change. They even had Costco snacks and updated magazines to enjoy in the lobby. very impressed and will be back. Totally recommend this place to others. Thank you, Karen M.

Excellent service. Not only is the staff courteous. They offer coffee, water and snacks while you wait. I went in for a SMOG check and they checked my brakes and they needed to be replaced as they were really bad. They gave me a loaner car and when my car was ready they dropped my car at my work and picked up the loaner car.

I highly recommend this business! I ve had several vehicles worked on here. I ve never had any problems with the work. We all know how expensive mechanic work is but their prices have always come under any other quotes I ve gotten. Finally the service writer staff, Joel, Antonio, and especially Brenda are more than Excellent. The owner should be very proud of the business he has built. The customer service assistance at the front desk very customer service oriented. Great asset to business.The mechanic tried to tell me that my oil was really dirty, and I needed to change it. I told him that I had my oil changed here not too long ago actually two months ago and my oil is full and that I did not feel the need to change it. Also, he told me my brake fluid was low and that I needed to change it because it was real dirty. I told him that I thought that they were just top it off since they checked it. He top it off for me and I thanked him. ps , I have drive little over 2000 miles since my oil change.Service: Oil change

Diagnostic was detailed and able to find the issue immediately. The advisor listens and kept me updated and the mechanic did a great job. They are very nice and easy to speak with people. I liked that they sent videos of the issue before I approved any repairs and they delivered my car to my house after the repair. Though there was a new error that appeared on my car after the repair, I called them and they were more than happy to look at it. They answered all of my questions and sent me a video and picture of the parts that were taken out. I appreciate their help and commitment to customer service.

Honesty and integrity is hard to come by. Especially when dealing with mechanics, one of the reasons I don't like going to get my car repaired is because of dishonesty. Juan, the owner really does care about his customers. I won't go into detail, however, I had some issues happen and juan took care of the situation more than I could have imagined. He absolutely did not have to help me out how he did. Mechanics need more business owners like Juan. His Priority wasnt to get my money. It was to make things right for me. Thank you!

Cannot say Enough Good things about Trustlane automotive. Antonio,Joel, and the rest of the staff are AMAZING!!!! Brought my Volkswagen Jetta for a smog and oil change, was immediately greeted my Antonio he said my car would be about 2hrs so I decided to wait. The waiting area is very clean and well stocked with Water, tea, coffee and even some small Snacks. This is probably the BEst service center in Monterey County.

I had a WONDERFUL experience. Customer service is great and appreciate them being detailed with the pre-purchased auto inspection that I got for a potential truck I was going to buy. I also appreciate that they can speak Spanish as well.

Midas told me I needed immediate replacement of rear brake items. Trustlane showed me the rear brakes and made it known i am in the clear for a little while longer. I am so happy that I did not just listen blindly to Midas in Monterey and that I actually took the time to go see these guys again. They have such excellent customer service and they really seem to care about their customers. I will go back there from now on and my mom says she's going to too
