Good service. Plenty of staff. My suggestion for improvement is for the vehicle interior. Even though a cover is put on the seat for protection, technicians and staff should wear clean disposable gloves as well since they are also touching items inside a vehicle. My front visor, ceiling and door buttons had a smudge of oil, dirt after my service. The advisor did send it to get cleaned. This has happened before in my past services at Toyota.

Excellent service as always. Checking in was fast and easy. Staff was kind and courteous and remembered me. I have been going there for years and wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. Always a pleasure, doesn t feel like another an errand.

Love the new system Toyota has with taking a video of your car being evaluated and checked while getting the suggestions in the video. This put me at ease when making the decision to add a service to my vehicle. Overall, friendly and kid staff.

Everyone is so prepared to help, and assist. They listen to what I needed to say, and came up with the best solution, that satisfied my questions. I would recommend Toyota Salinas Service Center to anyone I know who has a Toyota.

I had a good experience with my visit to the service department. My advisor Marcus was polite and knowledgeable. But my favorite is Michelle. She is a star and a true gem of a person. She was busy though so she wasn t able to be my service advisor.

Salinas Toyota continues to come through for me. I bought my 2012 Prius there and have always used their service center. Justin has been my customer service provider for quite awhile now and he always gives me honest answers and I feel good leaving there, even after 190,000+ miles!!! I m a real person and thank you Salinas Toyota.

Service was scheduled for 11:00 am. I had to wait for 40 min. Outside until some rude lady receptionist came out, I was told it would take 2hrs for only tire rotation.Why would they over schedule vehicles if they do not have the capacity and the people with customer service social skills to perform this job properly?It is ridiculous

What is the purpose of an appointment if it still takes 3 hrs for an oil change? Is it just to spread out service times? Or are there a shortage of technicians?
