it was by the grace of God we found this place. We re from Georgia. My son plays ball at Hartnell. I thought his vehicle needed an alignment but it also needed 2 tires. They did an oil change, dropped me off at a local Pub and picked me up once they were finished. I appreciate these guys going the extra mile and take comfort knowing my son will have a place to take his vehicle, for repairs. Chewy needs a raise, he made our day. The best part of the whole shop

Great place. This last time I used them I called on a saturday to see if they time to fit my car in. They were closing in a few hours. They fit me in. I was more than happy. I went there and waited while they did the job. Super friendly service. Knowledgeable and had my car done quick. I had ran off the road right after a rain at 60mph through a ditch and into an embankment. It was a violent hit. My alignment was quite a ways off. Steering wheel is straight now, and the car feels great. My car would not have survived this collision had it not been a police interceptor. They are tanks. I've been getting my alignments there for years. I don't get them very often, but when I do, they always get it right the 1st time. Highly recommend this place. I will keep coming back.

Great service, prices and honest. I found they had the best prices for the tires I needed. I also asked about doing the brakes because we thought they needed them. Matt could of just agreed with me and did the brakes. He said he checked and out brakes were fine. Not to many places this honest. Will take all my vehicles there and refer them to every one. Thanks Matt

Great customer service. Mike assisted me throughout the entire process. I walked in the shop and placed an order for wheels and tires. It was delivered within a week and installed 2 days later. Their prices for ordering, installation, alignment, etc are the best in town. After install, they offer free rotation every 5k miles. Highly recommend.

Matt and his dad Mike were very professional and put the customer first. They came thru in an emergency to weld a cracked rim. Needed to get back on the road asap since we were out of town guests. I had the car in at 8 and he had the wheel welded and set back up to go before noon. The welding is outsourced so this was a great turn around. This is a well ran business and I will recommend to anyone I know in Salinas.

Very friendly staff. Worked us in straight away. Had a new set of tires on my car within an hour of showing up without an appointment or pre-ordering the tires. Sales agent even walked me through a rebate program from the manufacturer to get some money back on my purchase. Five star service all around!P.S. they also have a vey nice golden retriever called "Chewy".

Bought a set of tires and had an alignment done. Shop used to run well under Mike; not anymore. Tech damaged brand new method wheel, (1 of 4), removed and kept internal values out of each valve stem, couldn't mange to align my Tacoma with only an inch and a half of lift. Shop requested that I bring truck in twice to correct alignment. Finally told me the alignment machine was out of calibration and I'd need to bring the truck in one more time if I wanted a straight steering wheel. Charged me over $200 for alignment and tire dismount. I gave up and went to another shop. Sadly, I will be steering clear of Tire and wheel world.

Mike and Matt are great! This is my 3rd time coming to them for any tire needs. Today I drove off with new tires and wheels and I couldn t be more happier with the way my truck looks. Mike was awesome and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend them, their team is great and does excellent work.

My car was acting strange so I called for an appointment, they got me in on the same day for a 4 wheel alignment. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes and feels good again. The price was very reasonable too. Plus they checked my suspension and found it to be ok. I was worried for no reason.

I've been going there for tires and alignments for lots of years and have never been disappointed with them. This time I bought tires and an alignment for my Ford Fusion and they fixed me up with a set of 4 with a decent mileage rating and an alignment that fit my budget. They're the first place I go to for tires, wheels, brakes, and alignments.It's a local business that's deserves to be supported. It's not a corporate place so don't expect the usual sparkle but their service and prices more than make up for anything missing cosmetically. It's a good tire, wheel, and alignment store that I highly recommend. Drop the car off or wait and you'll be well taken care of.I trust them with my vehicles and my wallet so what more can you say.

good experience. from when i first called in asking questions to when i walked out with a 4 tire replacement, brake pad, and oil change, mike was a big help and guide the whole way. good pricing and good time for the work done, and his time and price quotes are the same/no extra prices after the work is done. very pleased and definitely returning.

Father and son operated and I believe owned. Great deals on tires great customer service. They have new and used items. They also replace shocks and other parts. Workers always seem to have a good attitude when I go in. If you need a cheap set of tires they got it. If you need a good expensive set of tires they got it. They will explain the differences and they know what they are talking about.

Been here a few times when I needed to get a number to jobs done (replacement, rotation, patch, etc...) and they've been done professionally throughout. I've not had an single issue with any of my vehicles they have serviced, and staff has always been friendly (throwing in a few deals as well).Cool shop, awesome service; rivals that of "large chain" tireshops that have left me with questionable service that I've had to correct at home.

I'm from out of state and was staying in CA for a few months. I randomly chose Tire & Wheel World and have been very happy. Mike (the owner) is friendly and gave me a great price for a good quality tires for my Lexus. Much cheaper than what I was going to pay at the Lexus dealership. Free tire rotation included every 5k miles. Thanks guys :)

Mahn, these guys are awesome. Hooked me up with new tires in about an hour. Balance and rotated. Price wise they were pretty average but service wise they were a step above. I did manage to get a good deal though, very happy with the purchase.

Good people, but I am disappointed with there return policy. I bought some lug nuts went back an hour later to return them because they weren't going to fit on my car. I didnt even try them on my car. Owner tells me he's closed to come back tomorrow. I go back the next day just so he can tell me there policy is no returns on accessories. He did offer me store credit, now I'm stuck with over priced lug nuts you could find on ebay for half the price. Do your homework people, before buying.

Michael Spencer is a rock star! We had a blowout on our trailer hauling our Baja Bug from the Bay Area down to San Luis Obispo area. I called from the side of the road, off 101, Michael said he had the tires and could put them on right away. I took the Baja off the trailer and we drove both cars to Tire and Wheel World. Michael met me out front, they looked very busy but he assured me that he could replace the tire quickly.His price was so good, we decided to replace the other tires as well as they were getting old. The pricing was great, the service was great and we were back on the road in under an hour for all the tires. I live in Sunnyvale, but I am not going to get my tires from Michael and his team. It is worth the quick hour drive to get that kind of service! I appreciate everything Tire & Wheel World did! Thanks Micheal!

I have been using Tire and Wheel World forever and as a female I appreciate Mike's honesty in every situation. From my Jeep, to my numerous Chevy SUV's to my now Lexus 330ES Mike as always been honest with me and forthright, telling me what the issue is and what he recommends I do in any given situation. In the beginning I was taking my Lexus to the dealership which got really expensive and then I called Mike and asked if he could take care of the issue I was having. Mike replied "bring it in and let's take a look at it". I did and I was extremely grateful that he was able to do the work for about half the price of the dealership!I always take my Lexus to Mike first!

When My Honda Needs something done - I go to Tire and Wheel World. I always have Matt help me and I have always been treated with honestly and respect. All of the people that work there always show you they care. I am not sure of his name - but one gentleman as I was getting ready to leave - commented that my brake light was on. He took the time to check the fluid and put some in. Light went off - but he told me if it comes back on to come back in and they would figure out what was going on. I can't say enough about their customer service. They are number one in my book.

The pricing for mount and balance was astronomical, not to mention he charged more for having tires mounted that weren't purchased from him. Yea he is a nice guy, that charges too much.... If he would have told me he price before hand i would have taken the tires and drove down to cuevas and have them mounted and balanced for 40 bucks instead of nearly 100$. Every time I have gone there i feel im getting a good deal because the tires are priced cheaply, but then I get slammed with insane install fees. If your trying to save money don't go here. Never again.

Was in town from San Luis Obispo Mike set me up with a set of tires for my Mercedes. I recommend Tire and Wheel World to anyone. Excellent service had my tires ordered midday the next morning they were there.

After cracking a rim on a freeway pothole, I knew I needed some new rims. Called up tire wheel world phone with Mark. Came into the shop they showed me some nice rims and I bought them. They replaced my broken rim and gave me a new tire on the spot. A few days later my new tires were in and all my new wheels were on the car great experience thank you very much

We have used their service for three pick ups two Jeeps and now two Lexus. Their service is fast, reliable, trustworthy, priced right, and the staff always welcomes you. I would not use any other service but Tire & Wheel World. They do not try to push any tires on you unless you need them. The fix flats in no time at all. They 1st make sure it is safe to repair and then use the best material.

Came to see matt my veloster needed tires, rims, and an alignment. Matt was very helpful getting me what I wanted in a awesome price. I am so happy I came to this place staff is great and customer service was top notch never going elsewhere.
