I called to ask for the price of a wheel and they asked me for a lot of my information such as driver's license number, date of birth. Nowhere do they ask you for such private information. The one who answered me on the call is not patient at all.

The store manager is a joke. Tries to use intimidating tactics as well as threats to coerce customers into paying for something they never agreed upon. He Wanted an explanation for what was going on yet would raise his voice to talk over me every attempt I I made to explain. Got aggressive very quickly. Never go here. Worst rim place ever

There is a reason this place has bad reviews, They really try to scam you. Sell you useless insurance. They really don't want you to buy things cash. And apparently prices change in a weeks notice. Called about some rims got the quote. Said I will stop by next week. When I drop by the next week they price it up over 70% from the original price. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but sometimes where their is smoke there's fire. Stay Away. Theirs a place around the same area with much better customer service and prices try them.

DO NOT GO THERE.Went there to get rims and tires put on. And I gave them the deposit for the rims and tires. And they told me to come back in the three days to get it installed. So I show up and I wait almost a hour and they tell oh we can t do it. Because they couldn t get ahold of three references. So they couldn t get a hold of three references in three days before I showed up. Don t waste your time or money there. The whole staff are complete idiots.

They tried to make me pay more than what the contract said which is 90 days same as cash, then when they put my rims on, the lug nuts won't fit, so the manager said I need to buy my own haha some good quality service there, I brought my own lug nuts and ask them to refund me since they charged me for lug nuts that doesn't fit and of course the manager said no. If you wan't good quality service, top of the line rims with complete parts and best deals with no hidden fees... this is NOT your store.. Try everything else around the county besides this store.. you'll waste your time and money. They use to be Rimco too but the same thing since the manager is the same. This is my first 1 star review and I'm pretty fair to all my reviews, mostly 5 stars and 3 stars is my lowest so that says a lot.

Horrible Customer Service, the manager the guy bold promised me with the main owner Bill a used tire cuz I was paying for Insurance I still havent recieved it after paying if off and the horrible customer Service. The Sales Concustant Anthony Said he would help me talk to the boss and segun they did but still different story starting from the sales consultant to the manager even to.the main owner Bill. And even when they come and take the tires they broke the hub cap and they never replace it still driving with a broken hub cap dont believe on their insurance bunch of scam I wouldn't recommend here even tho its local I would drive to the Modesto area or Fresno. Horrible customer service.

Very poor customer service! They have my information incorrect in the system and each time I tell them they say they will fix it and still have not; I went out of town for my honeymoon, told them I d be in to pay in two weeks once I return and I ve been getting about 7 calls a day and so has my husband! They are very rude, inconsiderate and I will never do business with them again!!!!

This place is terrible if your experience dealing with children doesn't alarm you as you walk in than let them screw you their service is worse than the salvation army . Wait I think they beat them by 1 star. Stay away from this place they will rob you

Demanded me to pay a 150$ fee that I ve never agreed on, didn t signe no paper just for getting approve and choosing wheels I decided not to finalize contract a joke

Had a very good experienced with everyone from rent a wheel. Yareli went through all the catalogs just to find exactly what I was looking for. Left very happy a with a new set of wheels

Was planning on getting a new set of rims on my wifes new car, but i value reviews, and what previous customers have to say about there experience here...and unfortunately , it sounds all bad, ...guess i'll try San Jose....

The worst customer service ever had me waiting for 3 days had me going up and down wasting my time for the end to tell me no what was the reason no reason man worst place ever I mean mediocre bro m I do not recommend this rent a wheel to nobody

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WANT TO ARGUE ABOUT SIMPLE ISSUES, REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY RIMS THAT THEY TOOK OFF MY OWN CAR BACK AND MAKING THREATS OF COMING TO PICK UP RIMS EVEN THO THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR. NEED NEW MANAGER AS THIS GUY HANGS UP IN YOUR FACE WHEN HE KNOWS HE IS WRONG. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE BLIND. MANAGER IS A TOTAL IDIOT, IF YOU MAKE A STATEMENT, YOU CAN ASSURE IT WILL GO OVER HIS HEAD AS HE HAS NO EDUCATION, THIS IS THE REASON HE ARGUES. MY RIMS WERE DAMAGED AND WERE GOING TO BE PAID FOR THROUGH THE INSURANCE COMPANY BUT THIS DUMB ASS COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THIS AND WANTED TO ARGUE. HAHAHAHA. THANK YOU NOW I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GIVE THEM THE MONEY. LOL I MEAN STUPID. LOL WOW.

In reality it has very good car accessories such as tires and wheels and in the same location they have a very good placement service but their purchasing system is not good, they lack a little more conviction and not having so many things in the application is absurd more or minus an average 7En realidad tiene muy buenos acsesorios para carro como llantas rines y en el mismo local tienen el servicio de colocaci�n muy vien pero su sistema de compra no es bueno les falta un poco m�s de convencimiento y no tener tantas cosas en la aplicaci�n es absurdo m�s o menos un 7 de promedio

The person in charge of this shop is incompetent, not recommended, if I had listened to others I would never have put my tires in this dumpster. In my opinion they don't deserve a .El encargado de esta tieda es un incompetente, cero recomendable si hubiera escuchado a los dem�s jam�s hubiera puesto mis llantas en este basurero. En mi opini�n no merecen ni una .
