I already expect high prices at a dealership but when I'm promised a service I expect it. Went in for an oil change and the inspection that comes with it. What I got was the oil change but the rest of the service was horrible. They dug through my glove box for the ratchet adapter to rotate the tires. I ended up with my registration and other paper work on the floor of my car and the adapter was just thrown in my cup holder. They marked that they checked and adjusted tire pressure and on double checking this I noticed the tire pressure wasn't even close to what they wrote in. Everything else on the inspection sheet was just filled in generically. Looking over other things it looked like they just signed off and didn't even bother doing it right. I've never had a problem in the past but once you loose your trust it's hard to support a business. We'll see what happens next time and I'll decide if I continue to go there.

Not great at diagnosing issues. Took truck in for a check engine light (P0420) and cruise control not working.They recommended a change of catalytic converter. Took it to another shop, and was told that catalytic converters usually last a lifetime. There was a leak in exhaust. Issue was repaired for $100 instead of over $3k.They stated cruise control was working. Had to change the break switch myself with a $10 part later.UPDATE: After speaking with the General Manager, he refunded me partially for this terrible experience.

Needed a repair on our Chevy volt... Everyone in that building were professional and kind.It took a bit of time to get the car in, but once in... They had it done and back to health the same day.They called to let us know if was ready to go and because it was under warranty, no money out of pocket.Great team. Great Service. Great people. Great job. Great experience!

I want to thank Luis for being an awesome service center representative. I took my truck in for a replacement of the automatic transmission fluid and replacement of transfer case fluid. Luis was able to explain the importance of each job, suggested a change of filter as well, and provided excellent customer service.

Horrible!!! Was lied to. Getting my money back for something they said they fixed but didn't.Im glad the 2nd mechanic I took it to was honest. When I called to complain, Jim laughed at me. Eddy and Jim both danced around the fact I was lied to. Eddy also insinuated I didnt have the money to get my car fixed. He said, You only paid $195 could you have paid 450? What??!!I would have paid whatever to get my car fixed....what kind of comment is that? One he should have kept to himself. Never trusting them again.Oh Jim also said they couldnt have done the job without my tuner....AND THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE MY CAR??!!! Right there I should have been told but NO!! They pretended they fixed something and stil charged me. Verified it was ready to smog....lol stay away or get their work checked bottom line.Service: Auto engine tuning

Purchased my brand new 2017 Chevy Impala LT.at this location. Since it has been 5 years since I purchased this vehicle I determined that it was time to change the battery on the car along with both remotes.Called other Chevy and GM dealership's here in Seaside and was told by them that whenever I change the battery that I would need to have the on board computer reprogrammed at an extra cost.Called My Chevrolet in Salinas and they informed me that it was not necessary for the computer to be reprogrammed. Only paid for labor $49 and cost of new battery. Saved over $125.Service department is very courteous and honest. Highly recommend My Chevrolet for all your needs. From sales to service.

Can t give ZERO stars, unfortunately. This place sucks! I quit going for routine service because of it. Today I had an issue that needed GM service. The lady in service said we might be able to look at it if you leave it. We are making appointments a week out. The problem was something that started when service was closed Saturday, and needs to be addressed now, not a week out. Thank goodness for GOLD STAR! They took it in within minutes and was put on rack. FORGET my chevrolet...GO TO GOLD STAR FOR GM SERVICE!

Service was not great, went in for a recall and my vehicle ended up worse. Tried calling and they keep me on hold 30min plus, very disappointed with service.

Visited the parts department and they had everything I was looking for including Synchromesh transmission fluid for my older Chevy truck. Friendly and fast staff as well!

Helpful service writers. They don't male you wait, but the tech staff could be better. They always give you the worst possible situation with your vehicle.
