I had a key made for my Chrysler 300 on or about 4 months from today 3-4-2023. The person who made the key said we had 6 month guarantee. My key to open lock and unlock door stopped working. Unfortunately I lost my receipt. Today I went to LOCKSMITH STAR to get key reactivated. The person that helped me informed me that I needed my receipt. I asked if they did not keep records of the work they did and how they dealt with IRS paperwork. He informed me that they send paperwork away and that they do not keep paperwork here. For sure , I will not use this service again with this company.

I have a 2012 VW Jetta. My ignition wouldn't turn, and I was stuck three hours away from home. We knew it wasn't electrical, as VWs are known to have ignition issues, and all the lights and alarms were working still. I called them up, they were there within an hour, and he checked out the problem. He walked us step by step, showed us the replacement parts (he has everything he needs in his van on site!!), and it was fixed in about 45 minutes. Great service!!

I Paid 122.78 to fix my key for it to only work for a month , had to go backMultiple times for them to fix it. They stated if it stop working AGAIN to bring it back in , I did and they wouldn t fix it for me . I would expect them to know what they are doing . I wouldn t recommend this place! Over priced & bad service

I contacted the Lorenzo @ Concord for a duplicate. No one answered the phone. I contacted on Facebook and response time was slow. I asked for a quote at 9:30am and got a response at 2pm. By the time I got a response, I had already gotten a duplicate and for much cheaper than Locksmith Star. Truly hope Salinas customer service is better because Lorenzo for Concord is bad.

Simply giving them 5 stars they were here ahead of time and programmed new chip in and got my new key in under 15 min recommend for price it wasn t to bad (didn t have original key chip nor copy) btw very friendly great service !!

Brought in aftermarket FOB to be programmed. Quick and easy. Responded well and took care of issue when problem arose.
