Was looking to buy the new CX-90 PHEV. I went the dealership to schedule a test drive.Elmer and Jay R helped us to-test drive the vehicle and also discussed out the door price. I reached out to Jay the same day to walk in and finalize the purchase.He graciously suggested that we test driveWithin the next couple hours, we were able to finish the process and drive back with our new car.Would recommend Cardinale Mazda you are in the market THANKS AGAIN ELMER and JAY R.

Special Thanks to JR, Brian and Raymundo for making the deal possible and now I am enjoying every minute of the new 23 CX-9 GT! The experience that I had with the store was a great one as well.I have plans for more Mazda vehicles in the future and I definitely would reach out again!

Had a great experience working with Jay R and Mr Camacho. Definitely did all the work, I even laughed during the financial part. CX 5 is a great vehicle but get Jay R, he makes the experience better

I called the Salinas Mazda parts department to place an order. Their computer systems were down. The parts tech helped me identify the proper parts. He said that they would call me. I never received a call for the status of the order. I called back the next week to verify that the parts were there for my service appointment. Parts department was not available at the time. The service tech said that my parts were there. I drove to the dealership which is about 30 minutes away. Since the labor quote was around $600, I decided to do the work myself as it is a basic service. Only 1 of the parts was available for pick up. One part was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks later. 1 part was on backorder. The center piece is on backorder and has to be installed first before the right and the left. The parts tech helped me with a timeline of when the parts would come in and from where.I went on google to order the parts that I have not received from the dealership. The parts were 20 to 30 dollars cheaper and instock. I called to request a refund. The manager said that I would have to come back to the dealership to receive a credit card refund. I don t understand why I would have to drive there to get a refund. Inconvenience. I don t mind paying a restocking fee for the part that is arriving 2 weeks later. My mistake for not ordering the parts online. The dealership could have gone online to order the parts for me but they did not. If a part is not in stock then get it from somewhere else. Common sense for the dealership and myself. Bad customer service. Main reason why I need the parts is because if you let the car sit in the sun without the garnishes. The windshield glue gets damaged from the sun. Hopefully this will not be a future problem. I do need an oil change but I would rather do the service myself. Trust is one of the most important parts in a customer provider relationship. I still blame myself for my actions.Mazda parts department opened late. Had to walk to VW to get help. Was not charged a restocking fee. 4 gallons of gas and time.

I was with a friend and the receptionist was very rude. Rolled her eyes at my friend. My friend is holding her credit card and she asks her how she is going to pay...the credit card IS in her hand...here's your sign!!! Do you have your credit card on your phone? No, that is why I have my card in my hand...DUH!!! To be honest the woman is a #itch and should not have a job dealing with the public. And to top it off, they did service she did not authorize. Go somewhere else!

Very helpful in helping people get into a car when the person needing a car unexpectedly needed one asap. They are great at helping people with bad credit and do everything they possibly can to get you into a car. I am so beyond happy with the service they provided me and the help they did in working on getting me a loan to get into a used car. These guys will go above and beyond for their customers definitely a 100/10 satisfied with the hard work and dedication they have if I could give them higher than a 5 star I most definitely would. Thank you Charlie and Charlie's boss for helping me and getting me into a perfect run around car so I can take my pup places and get to and from work safely. Can't wait for what the future brings

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Jay-R was my sales rep and he was FANTASTIC and I got the car I wanted! I had several dealerships calling w/voicemails, texting and emailing but Jay-R stood out from them all. He sent me 2 personalized videos including texting and calling. When I got to the dealership, I was very comfortable, despite the stresses of purchasing a car. Jay-R was not aggressive in trying to upsell me he was extremely friendly, easy going and patient with my questions. I'd cannot recommend him enough!

I had a great experience buying a new car and selling a previously owned vehicle at Cardinale Mazda. My salesman Luis was very attentive and honest about options throughout the process. The whole team including managers were friendly and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. After shopping around the auto mall I feel this was the best choice for me and my family.

Had the best experience here today. Charlie immediately made us feel welcomed and answered any questions we had . When we choose the Mazda CX5 as the car to purchase Raymundo did everything possible to work with us to get the payments we were requesting. When it came to closing the contract Wildo was very professional at explaining the policy's we needed to sign. Overall they are a great team. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Cardinale Mazda in Salinas.

Took Car back in January, it paid over 1K for repairs. Car had a check engine light. Car only worked for 1.5 days. Called, texted, emailed. Our car sat for close to a month. They avoided me afterwards. Eventually they sent a tow, they sent wrong tow truck , even after I had made it clear the car couldn't power on. Zero communication for like 2 weeks. Car is complete. They charged an additional $400 . Of course blamed us. I figured they charged us that for the tow truck service. The person that spoke to my brother had the audacity to say I put them on blast on here. Well next time don't provide trash service. we brought the car to a stealership knowing that they take advantage of people but they stand behind their work. I hope to God this car doesn't break down any time soon. If this is how they work here , I would advise people to never buy Mazda Or VW. Go to Honda or Toyota.

JR made my car purchase a no pressure, stress free experience. Really appreciated his knowledge, willingness to discuss pros and cons and ratings for the features at top of my list (fuel economy, comfort, price) even showing me options beyond his lot. No haggling games and not an all day at the dealer experience like I ve experienced with prior auto purchases. Totally recommend JR - 5 Stars!

Jay R helped me with my car purchase and from the start it was a fast and efficient process. I was very satisfied with the pricing he was able to get for me on the car. When I picked up my CX30, I was in and out within an hour after all the paperwork. The service here was so much better/friendly than other dealerships that I decided to fly out from LA to buy my car here.

Luis is the best! My family and I were in a bit of a pickle with and needed a reliable second vehicle. Luis took the time and went the extra mile to help us out and and found us a great vehicle that was within our budget. Throughout the whole process he was patient, asked all the right questions, and did everything he could to work with us! Best experience I ve had at a dealership.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Jay-R and his team were super easy to work with. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Cardinale Mazda did not disappoint. They promptly followed up and was able to get the deal done in about a hour or so and even DELIVERED to my place and WOW what a easy, fast-process. Evidently I wrote a review and it was deleted or removed. Horrible place. Run! They are liars and out for money. Took my car in for service and they didnt fix the issue AND they broke my glove compartment! Promise or quote services and they deny they did to try and charge for the service. The service coordniator is rude as hell too. She was very confrontational! 4 family members purpchased cars and I will NEVER do business with them nor recommend them! They also sell damaged vehicles which they try to hide/mask like a torn seat! Promised a car cleaning and handed the car over dirty with dog hair! They never cleaned it! They also tried to add a few thousand to the amount of the selling price. Pay attention folks. They are dirty and sneaky!

We had a very good experience buying a car here. Everybody we ve interacted with has been very professional and kind. The issue I have is with the service. For the second consecutive service appointment, I have had some thing stolen out of my car (charger cables each time). The service manager is kind and did his best to make it right. But I just feel violated by the service department. And it sucks I have to make sure my car is empty if I ever get it serviced there again.

I purchased 2018 Mazda6 from Carvana, which had an oil leak near timing cover, and a recall on a fuel pump. Both were covered by Mazda's warranty. Evelyn Reyes, Service Advisor, welcomed me a day after I made the appointment. (Speedy!) She wasprofessional and friendly, I left my car with her and received a complimentary ride home do to it being warranty related. Car was picked up the next day, free wash by the dealership!I am so impressed with Cardinale Mazda I'll come back for oil changes and all related issues. Thanks EvelynI I appreciate you!

Great experience with Art and his team. I selected this dealership over many others that were vying for my business, based on the good feeling that I got from these guys. They showed me all the cars that I was interested in and all the possible options available.It came down to two cars at the end and Art made sure that those were brought in specially for me to test. Great experience all around. I m very happy with the car I selected. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Mazda or the other brands represented. Stress free and easy, as well as efficient, car purchasing experience.
