Old lady in the office should really work on her customer service skills. The amount of wrinkles & age spots that you have doesn't mean that you're wise. If you hate your job, then my best advice is to start heading on over to the retirement home.

Dispatcher said it would arrive in 45 mins and they didn t even get back to me until more than 2 hours later. I called at 8:30am and it s almost 10:30. Definitely not using this company againService: Car towingService: Car towing

I just want to say thank you!!One of my trucks broke down in Salinas, California. with two cars on the hook. I called California towing to help us out Towing the truck back to the dealership and they respond right away. They ll take care of us with the storage over the weekend and deliver the truck at the dealership.Thank you happy holidays!!Service: Car towing

World's worst towing company i have ever seen. Super rude staff. Its been weeks since we were requesting the towing bill so that we can pay them to release the truck/trailer.

Operator was really rude on the phone while my family was in distress. Cancelled the service after finding someone more helpful and affordable.

My review is based on seeing how one of their driver s was recklessly driving. He was drifting in and out of lanes, cutting off cars and going way over speed limit. I called to let them know about said driver so hopefully something was taken care of. If the driver is driving that crazy I would never trust them with my car.

I called at about 615am since I needed a tow because I got a flat on my way to work. Called my insurance's Road Side and was told they would have California Towing and Transport on the way to help me out. I called the company, Susie answered and gave me an average arrival time of 730am, I asked if it was possible anything quicker since I had an important meeting at work this morning, to which she answered very rude "We have tow trucks NOT helicopters!" I decided to call my insurance company back to cancel. It was a very stressful morning and Susie was very rude. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.

My 96 miata's transmission and or clutch blew, still figuring out at the moment. Was in salinas, which is 45 minutes from my home. Called them up asked for a price and they gave me one. The tow truck came and the dude was really careful with the car. It's a really low car and most people won't tow it so this was a plus on service for me. The driver was very friendly and the service was amazing. Would recommend highly

The crew and office staff at California Towing & Transport are the best in the business!We had a large truck and freighted trailer sunk to the axle off road, late at night, in the rain. Three tow companies came, but only California Transport knew how to extract the vehicle and trailer. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly and the office staff was such a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend California Towing and Transport, and will not hesitate to call them first next time.

Impound lots make a killing off those most vulnerable, taking advantage of the poor. It's legal thievery and this one is definitely no exception. I had paid them over $750 when my car was with them for only 6 days. I'd understand more in San francisco maybe, but this is f'ing ghetto Salinas. They offer no payment plans or low income rates. It was either have them keep my vehicle for or give them all the money to my name and not eat for a week. I hope the owner sleeps well at night knowing how many lives they have and continue to ruin.If you just need a tow and have come across these guys, I beg you to look elsewhere. Put your money where your mouth is and say no to these moral-less scam artists.

I called 2gt my truck towed. The lady that answered was soo rude not only did she tell me they couldn't help me but her attitude was soo strong. I don't know how they make money if customers have to deal with ppl like her!!am glad I took my money somewhere else RUDE AS COMPANY.

I went to go pick up a vehicle, from the tow yard and they were very helpful and vey nice. The trucks they have and the service were superb
