My battery needed replacing on my way to Tahoe last week and Andrew and Josue had the courtesy and professionalism to replace the battery for me. It was raining quite a bit so I am especially grateful to the team at AutoZone Prunedale. Many thanks.

1st time here as I recently moved to the area. The guys working today were pretty busy, with multiple counter sales/questions as well as a couple phones calls, but were able to manage everyone with good quality customer service. I found my new local "Go-To" !(I needed a battery for my travel trailer ASAP! and left with what I needed)

Stopped in a few months ago to get parts for some car issues. Staff here was incredibly helpful, friendly and got me what I needed. I'm grateful for thst since my knowledge of car parts and the like is very limited. I'd likely have purchased the wrong thing had they not been so helpful. I'll be sure to stop in next time I need something for my ride. Keep up the good work.

10/10! This is the place to go! My car s engine started acting weird en route to San Francisco so I stopped by for help. Emiliano stayed after hours to help install the cylinders and the store manager came to get spark plugs and install them. Honestly, I feel so so so so grateful that they were down to stick around and help. I rahighly recommend!

Lifesavers! We broke a radiator hose nearby and were able to limp to this store. They not only had the hose we needed, but they loaned us tools and gloves to do the fix and then let us use their bathroom to clean up after. Very professional and helpful.

Always friendly staff. Sometimes need to help them figure out what you need, so if you're sending someone for you, send a detailed description to 2. If they don't have it they can generally get it in a day or two.

Had exactly what we needed. It's a smaller store but you can have parts shipped same day if ordered before 2pm...or noon. They even checked my check engine light.

Stopped here cause the fuse for my radio display went out. Asked the gentleman behind the counter for some help since I know nothing about cars. Had the instruction manual with me to make sure I got the right one, he said ya I don t do fuses I just follow the instructions... thank bud because of you I had to buy 2 different kinds of 10A fuses since the first one was not correct.

Prunedale autozone is a joke,they don't carry the most common parts and the girl working there thought answering my questions was bothering her,I'll drive the extra miles to salinas

If they don't have your part , the staff will track the part down and get it by the next day.
