Never have I ever heard of a mechanic shop charging a customer for a FAILED smog check $50. As far as I am concerned, it s only when a vehicle passes a smog check when you are supposed to be charged.NOT ONE TIME DID HE SAY IT WAS GOING TO BE AN ADDITIONAL $50 FOR A FAILED SMOG CHECK. No signs up on the walls, no paper stating that, just him. When asked why, he said because I can do whatever I want, I m the owner, it s my business . It s not the first time that it s happened to only one person, but multiple people which is why he s known for terrible service. Rips off people and under state federal law, it s illegal to do so. Save yourself some time and don t come here unless you want your money taken away because my brother did.

Honestly one of the best mechanic shops in town. Roberto and Carlos are honest and have always come through with their extensive knowledge and great customer service. I had a warning light that no one could figure out the problem. It turn out to be a defective charger.

Took my car twice for the same problem yet couldn t fix the issue. They also charged twice for the same bs they couldn t fix in the first place.

Bueno que les puedo decir cada quien tiene sus mec�nicos pero almenos de mi parte no le puedo confiar mi auto a cualquier mec�nico y en este lugar si tres tu auto eyos no te adivinan lo que puede tener y termines tirando dinero aqu� con Carlos son sinceros y asta te demuestra que es el mal y a Disen que es la parte mala es porque est�n seguros de los que Disen ellos no te asen gastar de m�s y de mi parte yo si selos recomiendo porque son leales Asus clientes

Ellos me cobraron un catalizador original por 1200$ y me instalaron uno universal de 200$. ademas me entregaron mi Nissan sentra 2001 con el smog aprobado pero con la luz de servicio encendida. Me dijeron que lo llevara de nuevo para terminar de repararlo y cada vez que iba ellos me cobraban hasta la silla donde me sentaba a esperar.They charged me an original catalyst for $ 1200 and installed an universal $ 200. I also received my Nisan Sentra 2001 with approved smog but with the service light on. They told me to take it back to finish repairing it and every time I went there, they charged me until the chair where I sat to wait.

Very bad service, they kept my car for a whole day and the next day they delivered it to me worse. They disconnected a coil and page so they could tell me I had no so they could screw me more!Muy mal servicio se quedaron con mi carro un dia entero y al sigiente dia me lo entregaron peor . le avian desconectado una bobina y page para que me dijieran k tenia no para k me jodieran mas!

They keep you waiting for a long time and they don't have good service, very expensive for how they treat the customer and their poor kindness.Te tienen esperando mucho tiempo y no tienen buen servicio muy caro para como tratan al cliente y su mala amabilidad.
