Excellent service, for an EXCELLENT price! I was totally impressed! He communicated well through text, arrived on time and replaced my windshield and the seal around it. Their service is very thorough so that there are no problems with leakage later. (Most places are less thorough) I must confess it was super convenient to have him come to the house as I work from home. No drive time on my end or waiting in lines just quick, high quality service! I called this morning and he was here in the early afternoon. We have had Andy Auto Glass fix chips on the windshields of our other cars and we have never had a problem with them since they were repaired. I highly recommend using Andy Auto Glass!!!

Andy has been a joy to work with. His responses to text messages and calls are quick and informative. He came out to see my cargo van and the proposed window install of a slider-opeining window to replace the non-opening factory glass. Of the three businesses I contacted, he was the only one to take on the window replacement.When he returned to do the job, he worked quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and expertly. He even brought his own small trash cans to keep the work area clean during the install! He talked me through what he was doing and why. The professional manner in which he worked gave me a high level of confidence that the window was installed expertly and will not leak - whether in the rain or in the car wash.The five-star review is based on his customer service (mobile service), his professionalism, and his guaranteeing the work.I enthusiastically recommend Andy Auto Glass for quality service and fair price. Very responsive and quickly got a quote. I was able to get my window replaced DAYS before other companies could get me in. Price was great, it was competitive to some shops drop off price, but he came to me(I found most mobile installs run $50+ than a drop off service). Installation was done quickly and Andres was very professional.I definitely would recommend to friends and family.

We were road tripping down from Washington and parked in San Francisco for about 30 minutes. In that time our side window got smashed! We made it to our Hotel in Monterey and contacted Andy the next morning. Within a few hours he met us at our hotel and had our window fixed good as new. Thank you Andres for your immediate response, service and quality of work. I contacted Andy Auto Glass on Saturday and got a new windshield installed a few hours later. The coming to me at my residence alleviated some anxiety of finding service so it is a major plus.

I've had Andy replace 2 windshields for me, one on a 1993 Ford Ranger, and the other on a 1993 Ford Econoline van. In both instances, Andy arrived punctually and replaced my windshields quickly and professionally. His prices are fair and he does excellent work. Andy replaced my windshield today he came out to my work in Carmel Valley and replaced it. Glad I decided to go with Andy! I made a call during my lunch and he came to me an hour later. He was very professional and showed great customer service! He Was able to verify the windshield over the phone, which was not the case at another place I called. I had a very good experience here and will definitely refer ppl to him! Recently had my window regulator and motor give out on me and as I looked for places that could fix this I came upon Andy s AutoGlass which was the only one opened. I requested a quote and not even 5 minutes after received an answer and was told to call. Once I called Andy was very kind and listened to what had happened and told me exactly what it was and a price and broke down for me when and how he could get it fixed. My window was down and would not go up and he did me the favor of putting it up for me while the part arrived. It all happened Sunday and by Tuesday I had my car fixed in my own driveway. I had such a great experience! I gave him a call and got a very reasonable quote! He came to my house the very next day and check out and fix my windshield that had a crack due to a semi kicking back a rock. He applied something to keep the crack from spreading in less than 15 minutes! 10/10 service and prices. Andres is awesome man ... Great customer service. Goes above and beyond. I called him regarding my windshield and He told me he will be in my house on the next day He assisted me with no hesitation.
