Purchased my new tire from Americas Tire. Salinas staff was amazing keeping me in the loop throughout my online order and made sure that my tires were ready. When I arrived for my appointment, there was a sign with my name and no waiting to get my car started. What a great touch, you feel special. : ) I waited longer than I expected having an appointment but it was ok for me as they had friendly and honest employees which is very important. Highly recommend Salinas Americas Tire.

So I took my vehicle in for tire rotation called to make an appointment. Showed up with plenty of time then to find out that they're not going to be able to work on my vehicle for about 2 hours. So what is the whole point of calling and making an appointment when you can't take me right away. Also I kindly asked the staff to please make sure that after the vehicle was done with the tire rotation that the vehicle get locked the vehicle was not locked when I came back to my vehicle since I don't know who else is walking around in the back parking lot other than their staff. Friendly staff but there are definitely some key issues that need to be worked on especially communication when making appointments.

I came to America's Tire for their tire selection. I needed a couple EV tires and Costco didn't have them.I like their app/website, online selection, purchase, appointment scheduling. I decided to buy their service certificate road hazard warranty because it covers sidewall damage even if it's my fault, like hitting a curb.The people were very nice, service was fast, price was good.Thank you for making a difficult purchase much easier.

I rolled into the shop an hour before closing tonight. My tire light was on, and I don t know what to do with these things. I planned to just ask for a tire check so that I could know how bad it was (I always buy the guarantee on my tires).I am astonished at the level of customer service I received from every single person (at least 4) who helped me. My tires were pretty shockingly low, and the technicians were able to laugh with me without denying that it was a safety issue. They were even able to educate me on this basic car maintenance issue without condescending to me or making me feel like an idiot. Also, not a single person let me feel bad for showing up so late. And every interaction I had was totally genuine.As a single mom, there are so many things that worry me, and my car is pretty high on that list. I ve been taking my car here for a few years, and I wouldn t think of taking it anywhere else.

Took my car in to get a tire patch due to a nail. Staff was helpful and courteous. Waited at the store for maybe 20min before it was done. I have been purchasing rims and tires from America's tires for a long time.

At 5:30 pm on a Friday I discovered a screw in my tire. I called Costco Tire and they couldn t guarantee they could help me today so I called America s Tire. Casey picked up the phone quickly and said, Head on over! We will get you taken care of! When I arrived I was welcomed by a professional team in a clean and well staffed store. Casey and his counterparts: Kai and Sal, got me in and out with a repaired tire in 30 minutes! And to top it off they would not let me pay for the repair! They just said, Please come back and use us when you next replace your tires! Incredible service! I will definitely be back to America s Tire! Thank you so much!

AVOID TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! I never leave reviews but the recent experience I had with America's Tires is HORRIBLE. Long story short, had an alignment done here and my car came out with all the lights on the dash as they plugged their computer into it. Had to take it to the dealer since they couldn't fix what they did, and now after putting a claim in they don't want to cover the bill. Embarrassing corporation that doesn't take care of their customer in the end knowing they made the part fail and don't want to cough up the responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, MUCH BETTER TIRE PLACES TO TAKE YOUR CAR TOO.

Back in February of this year I bought 02 new tires before making my way from Monterey, CA to San Antonio, TX. I have been a long time Discount Tire customer since 2008, or 2009. I have always had the upmost respect and have always trusted Discount Tire (also known as America's Tire) with all my tire needs. I happened to notice some spots on the inside rim where it looks like a technician accidently hammered on a regular weight instead of using tape weights, which resulted in at least 03 spots where it took off the powder coat that I had gotten done not too long ago. I had gone a handful of times to this location and never had any issues except this one and only time! I submitted the claim there with Victor Alejo (Assistant Manager) who every single time I came through helped me out so much and always took care of me. When I returned to the store, a different person helped me with having the rims checked out. That salesman was Jose G. They had about 3 or so technicians look at my rim and even rolled it inside for me to look at again to confirm the numerous spots on the inside. They took at least 3-5 different pictures to show the damage that was done. Victor told me after that to wait until Friday of that week to call and confirm the status of the claim. He reassured me that it would be taken care of properly.It has been over a month with numerous phone calls with Fleet Response. They claimed that there was no negligence on their end and the only pictures he received were the ones that I had taken, so I really did not like how it played out! To be honest, it makes me not want to come back as a customer because of this. I have sent numerous emails to Customer Relations dating back to April with no responses at all. I had to change my departure time on that day and drive 20 miles there and 20 miles back to my house from a mistake that was made on a technician's part. In conclusion, I FINALLY got the check but only the amount that I paid to get it powder coated. The amount was already discounted from the place I got the rims powder coated at and that is the exact amount that Fleet Response gave me. In all honesty, it is not about the amount in total but all the hassle that I had to endure as a customer in order to get it all taken care of.

We ordered and paid for four new tires online and I drove from Monterey to have them installed at 11:15am. I waited in the lobby and about 30 minutes passed when a sales associate came in and let me know that my alignment was off so I should get that done ($90 additional fee) I agreed and he said it would be another hour or so to complete the service. I agreed politely and continued to wait. Over one hour later another sales associate came out and let me know that they were very busy and it would probably be another hour OR two until they could get to my vehicle to do the realignment. At this time it was almost 1pm and I had to get back to Monterey for work. I politely declined and told them I would get the realignment done another time, but I felt like they could have been more organized and let me know the real wait time for the service they were trying to upsell me on. My husband was also disappointed and filled out the survey that was emailed to him and let them know our thoughts. I received a phone call from a sales associate just a day later apologizing for the inconvenience, he had seen the service survey and invited me back to the shop to have the realignment service performed at no additional charge as an apology for the error on Saturday. I thanked him and booked an appointment for today at 9:00am and was feeling hopeful. So today I drove back out to Salinas and gave my keys to the sales associate and waited in the lobby. Just ten minutes later a technician came into the lobby and let me know that my car was fine and did not need realignment. He said I could pick it up outside. I was just astounded So I waited hours last Saturday for an up-sale that I didn t need (and was asked to wait longer) and then drove back out here for nothing? Shame on you America s Tire, I am driving back to Monterey and I will never return to this business again.

This was my first time using this location since my usually America s tire in Millbrae is always backed up a few weeks. Since I was in the area, I was able to schedule an appointment online the same day. The service requested was a tire rotation and balance for my tesla model 3. It took about an 1 hour and 15 minutes to be done. The techs and employees were very helpful and I would recommend this shop anytime. Who doesn t love free rotations and balancing when you purchase tires from them! Great value.

Great service! Went above and beyond. My tires ended up being shipped back due to a delay on my side while waiting for wheels that got lost at sea. They offered me temp tires to hold me over. I ended up going with a different set AT tires that they had in stock and they matched my original order price. Will be back!

Good service overall. You just have to know your facts and stay on top of things. Manager did miscalculate remaining credit on prorated treadwear warranty for new tire exchange and billed me an extra $100+ at first, but did correct as I walked him through it. Granted, it was also an unusual situation with a Slingshot Trike at half warranty term. Tire was also mounted backwards outside in at first. But tech was also nice, just made an honest mistake. Fixed it. Again, you just have to know your stuff as a customer and stay on top of things. Great place overall

Came in at 0800 hrs to get my tires and wheels installed. It was done by 0834 hrs.The tires do take a whole week to arrive while Amazon can ship it in 3 days for a much cheaper price.

It was not a perfectly smooth transaction but they made up for the things that went wrong so I have to give them a high score. I would definitely buy tires from this business in the future and recommend them to others.

Ordered a tire and wheel package from Tire Rack and had it delivered here. Unfortunately the tires I ordered did not meet the specs of my vehicle (Even though Tire Rack said it would). I was helped by Jonathan who was very helpful and professional and was able to help me order the correct tires for my vehicle. To my surprise the tires where ready to get installed the very next morning (Today 10-21-22). This is my first time here and I wont go anywhere else for tires. This place really is the best when it comes to customer service. Thanks for the quality assistance Jonathan!

This place is unprofessional their technicians don't know what there doing and cracked my rim said it was already like that when I never had an issue before with that tire Had to go back several times and call them they never informed me on anything. Was a big headache afterall I'm finally done with all the run around for 2 weeks and go pick my car up and find that they just threw the spare in my backseat not to mention they're leather and can tear. I won't be going here again.

A must place to get tires and rims. I feel that the Salinas store has a great staff to help you to get the best deal. Let joseph know Marty sent you. On 06/25/2022 stop in at America's Tire, with the wife, Her vehicle was in need of 4 new tires, we were greeted by associate Jonathan, & advised us that we were due for 4 new tires, after His inspection, we decided on buying 4 new tires. Wife & I walked into America's Tire with Jonathan & He had helped us picked out some new all-weather tires. America's Tire associate Jonathan also had pro/rated our old Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires, they were at 4/32s in the front & the rear tires were at 3/32s. Thank you Jonathan & Jose for getting us back on the road with some all-weather tires, it's always a pleasure to do business with y'all at America's Tire and Salinas California. Debbie & I are enjoying our new Goodyears Assurance 235/40s R19 tires with 85,000 miles warranty with 4 certificate. FYI thanks for the tire dressing that was placed on the tires, the car is looking sharp.

Great experience very helpful sales person, I made a appointment before I got there. He fixed my order my didn't try to pressure me into a more expensive tire. Once we had the right tires and wheels setup I was out the door in about 25 minutes. Was fantastic service.

Made an appointment online because I'm tight for time. Arrive to find out that I have to wait 1hr15min for a tire rotation and there were still 4 cars in front of me. They need to not over-commit themselves. Additionally, when I purchased my tires about six months ago the tires I wanted were out of stock, the ones they recommended me are horrible replacements.

I had a great experience here. I was going to go to Walmart but the reviews at Walmart said to go here instead. They took care of my spare tire and made my whole car safe and driving is smooth!

Terrible service, you walk for hours waiting for your vehicle, then come back and your vehicle is in same spot. Had to make new appointment and then say they couldn't do it. Very unprofessional, will never go back.

America's tires in the Harden Ranch shopping Center has never let me down. Every Employee that I have dealt with shows the definition of Customer Service which is lacking these day. I've had flats (fixed Free!), tire indicator failures, and just replacing tires. Their online notification app is awesome, last two times I hadn't even finished my lunch from the restaurant across the parking lot before they were finished with my car.

Quick in and out for 4 new tires and alignment check. Decent prices. Will be going here for my tires from now on. We used Costco, Cuevas and Walmart before. These guys top all of those.

I got 4 tires about 2 months ago. Service was great, only downside they striped 2 of my studs by putting the lugnuts a bit off at first. I think they just need to take there time more and make sure the lugnuts are on ok before using wrench gun

Got new shoes for my Jeep. They are friendly and helpful. You can wait in the showroom or walk across the parking lot to one of the other stores. They will text you when your car is ready. Ask for a recommendation to get your car aligned after you get your new tires.

I truly like American tires but this one is the worst customer service. I had bought a full set of tires in a different location, but had caught a nail and try to get a patch. They were arguing with me and trying to have me pay for their services that they advertise for free.
